Writing this so others don't suffer. Cold tap in shower not working. They put in a bigger sewer pipe and the water pressure went way down. They disconnected my sprinklers so that needed to be redone by someone else more skilled. After repeated messages to remedy this, I was ignored. The worst part is that it wasn't a problem with the sewer line and they didn't fix the cold water tap in the shower. Bad on every front. Their trouble shooting scope was a big failure. We had a water main leak in our front yard next to the garage. Water was everywhere and was flooding our planters and the area next to the garage. Carlos came out and assessed the situation and began digging to find the connection from the main city water line to our house. It was deep down and under some concrete overpour from when the house was built. It took a while but he finally reached it and discovered that the connection had sheared. And Billy personally has come to my place twice very late in the night to help me inspect potential issues. No exorbitant "consulting fee": I've had plumber coming to my house and I had to pay $150 for 10 mins of consultation cuz it's their minimum charges. And Billy would come to my place doing a much more thorough inspection for no charge at all. I have an older home built in the 1940s where houses back in the day had smaller appliances, such as a 30 gallon water heater, which is good for 1 load of laundry before needing to recharge. This is my second review of Infinity Plumbing. My first excellent encounter with Infinity Plumbing was back in the fall, when I called on them to look at a leaky toilet. When their scheduled plumber was unable to complete his previously scheduled job to arrive in time for my free consultation, owner and manager Carlos apologized and remedied the situation by showing up himself, comping not only the consultation but also the repair and parts. At that time, I wrote "By investing an hour and some impressive customer-service, Carlos converted a disappointed customer into a customer-for-life." And I meant it. Fast-forward half a year to this month. The ejector pump in my basement bathroom stopped working. (This issue was unrelated to the previous repair.) As soon as I called, the entire Infinity Plumbing team jumped into action. Jazz booked the appointment for only about two hours out from the time I called in. Then the whole crew -- Carlos, Jazz, and Romeo -- showed up to get the work done. Fantastic service from start to finish. Living in a 1940s era house it was inevitable we would eventually need to replace plumbing. We thought we had some sort of underground leak; contacted Infinity and Roberto was at my doorstep super fast. After crawling around under the house AND using a camera to check the pipes (for free!), he recommended breaking through our laundry room floor. Next day he returned and worked all day to get to the pipes, discovering more issues. Our pipes were cracked and needed replacing. Over four days of total work a large section of piping and junction was replaced and concrete poured to replace what had been dug up. This was a hard job in some ways because of the age of the house, position of the pipes and my messy garage!! Infinity did great work including all the clean up and hauling away a sink and unused toilet. I really felt they worked extra hard and were super easy to deal with. Going out of business? Infinity only registered with the Secretary of State in July 2021. So they've actually been "in business" less than one year. Carlos operates under another business -- Advantedge Plumbing. That business was also only established in 2021. (Registered with the Sec of State in September 2021) I paid Carlos to create a stub out for a hose and rough in waste and water lines in an office studio. Every aspect of the job was performed below standard according to the GC and the work was never finished. Carlos repeatedly promised to send a refund, but now ignores my correspondence. read more

Carlos was really great. He came out and gave me a free estimate, and talked over my options with me for our new water heater. He explained the pros and cons of a tankless vs. tanked and then gave me a verbal estimate. He then sent me the estimates via email so I could research and choose. The turnaround was about a week from initial estimate to final installation. He was communicative about what he was doing, sent pictures and cleaned up afterwards. According to my research, the price was pretty fair and included a new pad, pan and hauling away the old water heater. The company overall was also very responsive! They were able to send a tech on site to give a free estimate on the same day they first contacted me. Their quote was very competitive compared to other bids that tried to oversell me on the scope of work required to fix the leak. Made an appointment for the fix and they were able to come out a couple of days later. I also chose them because the tech reassured me he didn't have to break the concrete to get to the leak and that he could just dig under the concrete to access the pipe. I have known for a while that my main sewer line has been clogged. For years I've been going to Home Depot and renting a 50 foot auger to clean it out. This past weekend I was not able to and was resigned to the fact that I probably needed to finally fix my main sewage line. I connected with Infinity Plumbing and they were at my house with an hours. Not only did they unclog my line, they saw from their camera that my line did not need to be replaced, and instead saw that roots had grown inside of it for years and it needed to be cleaned out. Keep in mind, I've receive quotes before to fix my main line and every one of them told me to replace the whole thing. Instead Infinity said my line was fine and they simply need to hydro blow the roots out. What they did next was off the charts. They first added two new clean-out pipes to the outside my house so I do not have to go through the indoor line again. They then brought in an industrial strength hydro blower to my house (the thing had a diesel engine to it) to wash out the roots. They spent all day cleaning/fixing my mainline and worked their asses off. The cost of the services was substantially cheaper than all the quotes to replace the mainline. I know paying for plumbing's sucks, however I was more than happy to give Infinity Plumbing my money for their services rendered. Well done Julio, Roberto, Billy, and Carlos!
