Eddie and Sergio from Ocean Plumbing responded to an emergency plumbing call that initially appeared to be a minor issue. After assessing the situation, they identified a larger building issue that required HOA involvement. They stayed on-site until the issue was resolved and provided the HOA with recommendations for long-term maintenance. We truly appreciated their professionalism, thoroughness, and commitment to seeing the job through. Thank you, Ocean Plumbing, especially Eddie and Sergio, for your excellent service! read more

Eddie was great. He came out to fix a toilet leak and had it taken care of in no time. He explained exactly what was causing the issue and what he was doing to fix it, which I really appreciated. Great pricing, great service, and very easy to work with. It's always nice finding a reliable local plumber who does quality work without overcomplicating things. Highly recommend Eddie if you need a plumber. Support your local businesses! read more

As part of our new home insurance policy, we were required to install an AWTOS (automatic water turn off system) device. After reaching Eddie was able to provide a quote the same day and start work the next day. He had great ideas for how to integrate the new device and actually improve our access to the main shut-off valve, the device, and our front hose connection. The work was done to a very high standard, communication was excellent, and Eddie was very patient and thoughtful. Highly recommended. read more

My house sprang a leak late on Sunday night - Eddie picked up right away and the team was on site the next morning. Sergio & team were professional, communicative, and on time. They work quick and they are careful to make sure you understand what the issues are and exactly how they are responding. When my house sprang a different leak (that was masked by the first leak) less than 24 hours later they immediately came back and delivered the fix. No issues since then. Price was fair. Easily my go to plumber for any future plumbing issues I have. read more

Eddie came out and gave me a very fair estimate on installing 2 new faucets in my garage for a new washer I was having delivered in 2 days. The original faucets were stuck on due to corrosion and could not be turned. My last washer was well over 20 yrs old. Sergio(Eddie's brother) came the next day to install the faucets. He and his helper were in and out within an hour and besides the fact that I now have 2 shiny new faucets you can't tell that any work has been done. I recommend them. They are quick without skimming on professionalism and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. read more

Eddie quickly responded to my request to fix a slow kitchen drain. I received a couple more quotes and selected his company to come out for the service. They came after 5 pm the next day as requested and assessed the situation. They snaked the drain, reinstalled the ptrap and replaced the gasket. Drain now runs fine. Quality job and a reasonable price. read more

Eddie and his team did a great job relocating gas pipe and installing a 90 degree angle and shutoff valve drilling through the floor at a reasonable price. I previously got a shutoff valve installed by another company but when the new gas range arrived it would not seat flush. The other company didn't bid on time but ocean plumbing gave me a quick and fair quote and got it done beautifully. Now the stove seats flush! read more

I have sought Eduardo's help twice now and both times I've been very impress by his knowledge, eagerness to explain things and not just handwaving and the pride he takes in his work. I know I have found an amazing plumber now and will be calling him in the future. He has been fair in his dealings and prices too which makes working with him even a better experience. read more

Another satisfied customer! Great job - on time, efficient, professional and quick, including cleanup.

Replied to my inquiry quickly and arrived quickly for an emergency sewer repair on a Sunday. Sergio was courteous and did a thorough job, took pictures of issues that needed to be addressed. Fair prices. I would hire again! read more

As Realtors, we have incredibly high standards for the contractors we work with, and Eddie and Ocean Plumbing exceeded every single one of them. It is rare to find a professional who combines expert-level skill with such incredible responsiveness, reliability, and honesty. We had a busy situation involving two different properties, and Eddie handled it all with total professionalism. For the first property, he came out on very short notice to perform a diagnostic on a leaking water heater. Once it was clear the unit needed replacing, he didn't make us wait; he purchased and installed a new high-efficiency unit the very next morning. We were so impressed by his thoughtful approach, as he recommended a specific unit to help the occupants save on annual utility bills. He provided a completely transparent breakdown of costs for the parts, labor, and even the processing fees, covering everything from earthquake straps to the six-year warranty. On that same day, Eddie also went out to a second property of ours to look at a separate issue. After his inspection, he determined that a repair wasn't actually necessary. We were so impressed by his integrity. He didn't try to create a job where there wasn't one, but instead gave us honest, professional peace of mind. In the real estate world, reliability and trust are everything. Because of his speed, fair pricing, and customer-first attitude, we will be using Eddie and Ocean Plumbing for all of our future needs and will be recommending them to all of our clients. If you want a plumber who is reliable, fair, and willing to go the extra mile on short notice, Eddie is the one to call. read more

Eduardo and his crew came out quickly and assessed my sump pump situation, as well as a rusted out outflow pipe from my shower. Their greatest strength was in coming up with the best plan to fit my needs - they proposed a future-proof and simple plan to replace the outflow pipe, and they came up with a routing of the sump pump outflow that was almost invisible in my basement. Not only that, they were committed to getting it right, working to get the right kind of pump for my particular situation. And finally, they worked quickly, they were friendly and communicated well, and left the place clean. Ocean Plumbing will be my first call every time! read more

They call back, are diligent and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the results of a leak in our bathroom. We just called again this morning and Sergio came right over. Waiting for the estimate now. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend. read more

Eddie & Sergio were awesome! We contacted them via Yelp regarding a leaking pipe in our wall. Eddie came out right away and gave us a reasonable estimate and we were able to schedule the repair next day. Sergio went above and beyond to explain to us the issue and replaced piping that wasn't even in the initial scope of work. Their commitment to not cutting corners and doing work the right way is unmatched. We have an old 1920s house and they were very knowledgeable and were able to do the repair within a few hours. Would highly recommend working with them! read more

Amazing is right!! Fast friendly service by Eddie AND more than fair price! Recommend highly not often you find plumbers this good!

We had an excellent experience working with Ocean Plumbing. Eddie and his brother Serg were great to work with. They helped us replace two toilets (and haul away the old ones), unclogged a slow shower drain, and recaulked the shower. The team also did some diagnostic work for us for potential water leakage issues. Very responsive, polite, and clean up well after the jobs. I would recommend Ocean Plumbing. read more

I needed my kitchen faucet fixed so I turned to Yelp. I actually inquired to another business but when I put out my "project" for other companies to compete for, Ocean Plumbing was the first to actually give me a call. After a brief conversation, I set up an appointment for the job. As they say, the early bird catches the worm. Eddie and Sergio arrived at the time agreed on. They were very courteous, friendly, and informative. After explaining the problem, Eddie suggested a few remedies from must-do's and can-do's. The faucet was definitely a must-do but he also said there were things that I can do later if I decided so I can save some money. Sergio went about doing the job well and Eddie kept me up on the job. I told Eddie about a problem with my dishwasher and he told me that they can fix it also and since they're already paid for the time, I just needed to pay for the part. All in all, they were great. Sergio was good and quick. Eddie kept me informed. The price for the job was reasonable considering the time and the job. I will definitely keep them at the top of my contact list. read more

I made a late night request on a Thursday night for an emergency appointment and Eddie called right away (after 10pm!). He walked us through what happened over the phone, gave some advice, and assured us everything would be okay. He came at 7am the next morning and got to work on the toilet backup and leak. Issue was fixed and he was just so nice explaining what happened and was able to reassure us that it was all good. Thanks so much, Eddie!!! read more

Like many others, I've worked with a number of plumbers. Many in the area are great, but Ocean Plumbing currently takes the grand prize for me. My toilet was suddenly leaking, and I called for an emergency request because leaking sewage water on a weekday is not my 11:11 wish. I used Yelp to send inquiries to multiple places, but Ocean Plumbing was the only one who texted and called me to get more information. For an emergency situation, communication is super important, and I appreciated Eddie's proactiveness. We made an appointment same day, and what we believed to be a common issue of an old wax seal turned out much more laborious - the shut off angle valve was broken too and without that we couldn't do anything. Fortunately, Eddie was there. He guided me through the issue, collaborated with my apartment building, and quickly fixed valve, the toilet, and sink. Maybe some places would have bailed or put in a temporary fix until the next appointment, but not Ocean Plumbing. For all the labor and parts, the price was incredibly reasonable. You probably see that in other reviews but seriously for that level of skill, professionalism, and charisma, it is a top tier service. I WILL be messaging Eddie again for all future requests - THANK YOU EDDIE AND OCEAN PLUMBING!! read more

Eddie looked underneath my kitchen sink and showed me where the leak was coming from, he explained what he needed to do to stop the leak. He told me how much it would cost for parts and labor. He removed the p-trap and show me the worn gaskets and washers. Eddie replaced the worn gaskets and washers with new ones, then he reassembled and tighten all the drain connections. He tested the drain thoroughly to ensure it was leak free. Eddie did a good job. Eddie was professional. thorough and friendly. I would recommend Ocean Plumbing. read more

So thankful I was connected with Ocean Plumbing through Yelp! Eddie, Juan, Sergio and the whole team were very easy to plan with, very straightforward and direct with no up-selling, with high quality work that was a great value for the money! They honestly go the EXTRA mile to get original matching parts from their connections and resources too so that everything matches and looks aesthetically uniform, even if the pieces are outdated and harder to find. The team did this for both my toilet handle as well as my tub handles. My tub was leaking from the hot and cold handles, and there was no access panel for a team to be able to get to the pipes to tighten or replace the valves. Eddie and his team members Sergio and Juan not only have plumbing knowledge to fix the leak with matching parts that stopped the leak and improved the life of my bathtub, they also were able to make an access panel with minimal dust or disruption for our access to the bathroom. I have worked with multiple plumbing and tile teams in the past, and none have given the same level of care and detailed work for this affordable price! I have worked with other teams in the past who have charged around the same price who ended up leaving debris and mess after their work or been really hard to reach and plan around or who have one person come out to do the estimate and then a totally different team come to do the work who seem far less knowledge about the project - none of that was the case with Ocean Plumbing so they will get my business over the other company every time. They communicate well about each step of the process with me, without upselling me on anything more that I need. I am truly happy with the work of Ocean Plumbing to the primary bathroom and know they went over and above on this job for me! Give your business to this local, family-owned team, you will be glad you did when you see the results! read more

Needed to have my main exit line snaked. Eddie is very personable and explained what was going on to me before doing the work. He also explained to me another major issue that I didn't know the cause of (wax seal gone bad, allowing sewage water to leak into crawlspace). He then proceeded to discuss pricing, I agreed, and he did a stellar job, fixing both the blockage and the other issue. Ocean plumbing will be my go-to from now on! read more

Absolute legends. We discovered our water heater had burst its lower seam and was at risk of catastrophic failure. Eddie had a quick response to an emergency, his team had calm professional approach, patiently walked us through every technical detail we asked about, gave several options with cost and risk assessment for each, and worked quickly, cleanly and kept us from a flooded basement for far less than I expected. Ocean Plumbing rescued us during a real gas line emergency. Sergio and his happened to be working nearby and we approached them for help, and they didn't hesitate. Despite already being mid-job with another client, they graciously fit us in, got the situation safely under control, and then returned later that same day to finish the work once their prior commitment was complete. That kind of flexibility and generosity made an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. Throughout the whole experience Sergio was calm, competent, and completely professional.
