The shower diverter for our bathtub faucet stopped functioning due to corrosion and needed to be replaced. Cristobal offered to send someone out within an hour to give a free estimate. Viktor arrived within the hour, checked out the faucet, and after agreeing on a quote, set to work. He found further issues with the original faucet stem and replaced the whole fixture for us still at the quoted price! We have a new faucet, a funtional shower, and Viktor was great at explaining what was wrong and showing me the issues he was discovering. Christobal had worked on my property before. He is so efficient as well as good at Planning. He solved my problem in a much shorter time with fewer materials than any other plumbers' solutions. Because of the efficiency his cost was much less as well. I love the fact that he gets right to work and gets done as soon as possible. Even if the job takes multiple days, he is very conscientious about how the property is kept. He always cleans up after himself And keeps me updated on what's happening. This last time I had a water main break to the building and it cost me hundreds of gallons a day leaking ($4,000+ water bill!!!). Eventually, we figured it was the tree root that was creating the problem. So he proposed a reroute under the sidewalk from the main, connecting directly to the building. He also proposed installing a pressure regulator so that it would not need so much pressure and therefore be more efficient. He covered the underground copper pipes with a plastic liner so that they wouldn't corrode. He poured new concrete to replace the part of the walkway the rerouting had to go through. It looks even better than before! If you have a big job or a small job, I would highly recommend using Master Plumbing. Since he was such a new business owner, he didn't have his credit card and merchant services set up yet. We were able to work out a way to charge my plumbing project eventually. I hope he gets that straightened out soon because otherwise it would limit his size of projects and payments. read more

But I was not in luck as the guy who installed my kitchen sink is a you tube self made plumber and I was way over my head.
