I called Master Plumbing Solution for a second opinion after another company quoted me $3,850 to replace my entire water service line. Wilson came out, took one look, and figured out the big leak was actually on the city side of the meter, between the curb stop and the meter. Not my line at all. He tightened a valve on the spot and cut the leak from about 1,000 gallons a day down to a trickle, then told me to call EBMUD since it was their responsibility to fix. He didn't charge me a cent for the visit. After EBMUD swapped their valve, there was still a small leak. Wilson suggested it might just be a toilet flapper. He was right. I found a running toilet and fixed it myself in five minutes. The meter stopped. So instead of a $3,850 line replacement I didn't need, the real problem was a city valve and a toilet flapper. Christobal had worked on my property before. He is so efficient as well as good at Planning. He solved my problem in a much shorter time with fewer materials than any other plumbers' solutions. Because of the efficiency his cost was much less as well. I love the fact that he gets right to work and gets done as soon as possible. Even if the job takes multiple days, he is very conscientious about how the property is kept. He always cleans up after himself And keeps me updated on what's happening. This last time I had a water main break to the building and it cost me hundreds of gallons a day leaking ($4,000+ water bill!!!). Eventually, we figured it was the tree root that was creating the problem. So he proposed a reroute under the sidewalk from the main, connecting directly to the building. He also proposed installing a pressure regulator so that it would not need so much pressure and therefore be more efficient. He covered the underground copper pipes with a plastic liner so that they wouldn't corrode. He poured new concrete to replace the part of the walkway the rerouting had to go through. It looks even better than before! If you have a big job or a small job, I would highly recommend using Master Plumbing. Since he was such a new business owner, he didn't have his credit card and merchant services set up yet. We were able to work out a way to charge my plumbing project eventually. I hope he gets that straightened out soon because otherwise it would limit his size of projects and payments. read more

Lets be honestly no one wants to go and hire and Plumber you know it's a pain and it's money you don't want to spend. But I was not in luck as the guy who installed my kitchen sink is a you tube self made plumber and I was way over my head. I had to call in the PRo'.s I was very happy with how fast master Plumbing solutions responded to me. I was also happy to hear after sending a picture they gave me a ballpark quote they stuck to. They came the next day and it was the owners brother. I speak a bit of Spanish but I was able to coummicate with him and he was overall very friendly. I was watching over his shoulder trying to pickup on what I was doing wrong. I had a done a few things wrong with my setup and they were able to snape a stuck apple that some how a bird drop down my room clean out that ended up in my pipes. Talk about bad luck. I did like my tech made sure to really test and make sure we had no leaks and it was draining correctly He was in and out in about over an hour and I also appreciate they didn't over charge me for parts. I know how much that bag cost at home depot and just adding a few bucks to the cost was fair enough. If you don't mind a bit of using translate but want a top tier job.
