Pablo realized that he wasn't getting away, so he pulled over at a gas station. Pablo told me that he was sorry and to not call the cops and that he will pay for the damages. I told Pablo too late. I'm on the phone with the police right now and that he should've just stop. Pablo got visibly upset. Meanwhile the passenger an older Hispanic female not dressed for labor work threw away multiple emptied beer bottles. Pablo passed field sobriety test with Hayward Police; however, the truck got towed for Pablo not being licensed. Cops called Chad from Drainline who did not provide proof of insurance as requested by HPD. My insurance attempted to reach out to the company and Chad who took no responsibility; therefore, this is posted. Everyone who ever worked hard and followed the law to pay for insurance to be responsible citizens should be upset. This is why our insurance rates are so high. We get to pay for uninsured and unlicensed drivers.

I had this company come to see why upstairs toilet was not flushing properly. The technician, Victor, put a hand snake into the toilet two times. Flushed and water went down, but slower than normal. I said I did not think the flush was powerful enough. Victor said, "It's old." So in less than 5 minutes, he was on his way. 5 flushes later, the toilet still has a blockage. Phone calls and text messages have been ignored. Still waiting. Victor pointed out the phone number on the invoice and said to call if I had any problems.
