Oddly, the tech charged us for new copper while keeping the copper sections he removed, saying he was adding it to their collection. I get not being able to reuse the sections connected to the old valves but there was some that could have been reused, or left for our recycling. Not a huge deal, just seemed odd that he mentioned keeping it for their future use. We'll still use Letts and recommend them to friends. They're very prompt. The work is done well. And the job sites are left clean.

I actually met the owner at my site because of the inconsistencies and he continued to give me inconsistent information beyond what his technician gave me so I have no trust in these people at all and I will never use them again. I found a completely legitimate service for a third of the price by a friend recommendation.
