    Butter chicken $22
    Violet P.

I wasn't familiar with this restaurant until I saw a Groupon and purchased it for $40 worth of food. The restaurant is in the Courtyard Marriott West and when you enter the front doors, it's just to your right. The restaurant isn't enclosed and has tables for 2 or 4, 3 round booths, and 2 areas with seating of high chairs. The bar area has alcoholic drinks but they also serve Starbucks, and cold drinks. There are TVs and a few bar stools too. We choose a table for 2 and our server brought us menus. They have a Happy Hour from 5-6 where selected drinks and chicken wings, nachos, dry ribs, hummus and rice rolls are $5. Since we were using our Groupon, we were told we couldn't order for this menu. The menu has appetizers, soup few salads, sandwich and burgers, 2 pastas, and entrees with steak, lamb, and other meats. I decided on the butter chicken served with rice and garlic naan. While we waited for our food, more customers came into the restaurant. There were 2 servers that I saw and they were kept busy keeping up with the service at the tables. One party was big but this isn't a great place to come for large groups as they would have to move tables together if they aren't occupied. The butter chicken was good and I found the sauce was good to mop up with the naan. It wasn't too creamy which I liked. The server checked on us and also refilled our drinks. The washrooms are in the area where the conference rooms are. They are clean, and bright and there are bottles of hand lotion available. With the Groupon, it was a decent price. Without, I would say the prices are a few dollars too much for an open casual hotel restaurant. Service was good and our server apologized for the slowness even though I found it acceptable. Would be a place I would come back to for a meal or appetizers.

Wow, did not expect such great food at a hotel! The Bison Ribeye was fantastic. I also had the vegetable samosas, they were delish also. My wife loved the Chicken Supreme, all that and a couple of draft Sam Adams 76, made the meal complete. A must try place if you are visiting the area. Prices were average.

My wife and I decided to hit this place up for dinner after purchasing a deal from Groupon. We arrived at around 5:30 PM on Saturday -- the atmosphere was quiet and there were only a few people there. We were greeted promptly from across the room by the bartender who told us our server would be out shortly. After the friendly server took our drink orders, the food and beverage manager appeared in a puff of smoke to take our meal orders. I think he was bored. Like I said, it was pretty slow when we went in. From the time we walked in to the time we ordered our food only ten minutes passed -- if that. We even had to turn the server away once because we hadn't decided what to eat yet. I ordered the rib eye steak with mashed potatoes and a bottle of Canadian. The steak was cooked as I ordered it -- well done. This can be the test of a restaurant's suck factor -- how well they listen to the customer. Well I'm happy to say that the Aqua Restaurant passed the suck test. (Or failed it, however you want to look at it.) I'm trying to say the steak was good. They poured my beer into a glass which was above and beyond. I don't mind drinking it from a bottle. My only gripe is about the prices. The food is expensive and we probably wouldn't have come here if we didn't have the Groupon. The service is relaxed and friendly and the food is good but it isn't worth what the restaurant charges. The layout of the establishment is wide open. It's within full view of the hotel check-in desk and the lobby. There was an Asian girl in a black bikini waiting for a cab with her friends in said lobby the night we ate there. (Did I mention it's January?) My wife guessed that they were on their way to a party at the waterpark at WEM. So if you like to eat in subdued, quiet restaurants or if you have a fetish for scantily clad Asian girls - you gotta eat here. If you`re interested for the second reason then make sure your back is to the bar. Oh yeah, there`s a bar too.

I was initially hoping to just so with the salad bar option and forgo the meat but when the question wasn't even asked I decided to just try the odd meat item but still lean heavy on the salad bar. Compared to what I remembered about the other location this salad bar seemed to be much more of a disappointing experience. The food itself was good but overall there seemed to be a bunch of dishes that didn't appeal to me. The food was really good. There's no debating that and the grilled pineapple is to die for, same with the cheese buns. But overall it just seems to be very expensive for what you do get. It's definitely not my top tier restaurant choice and I might not return to this particular location.

We arrived and were directed to a table in the room for large parties. There were 2 parties occupying tables and one was a little loud. The table only had 9 seats so we told the waitress and they put a few chairs at the ends of the tables. Not ideal considering we had a reservation and one chair was sticking out. But another staff person added a chair to make it more comfortable. The buffet is set up past the lobby of the hotel. The first table has the plates, yogurts, and small boxes of cereals to choose from. To the left is the breakfast area with pancakes, waffles, French toast, and the long line for made to order omelettes. There was a carving station for ham too. There was the syrup, chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream too. Past the omelette station was a vegetable tray, cheese tray, and a few salads, seafood, and sushi area. In the middle section offered of lunch and breakfast items. The lunch items included huge cabbage rolls, chicken, pork chops, ribs, asparagus, pasta, and a taco station. Breakfast items were sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, chunky potatoes, and eggs benedict. The dessert section had fruit and chocolate fountain, variety of squares, and pudding and jello cups. My first plate I had a sausage, waffle, eggs, and potatoes. I didn't overload so I also tried a cabbage roll. I really liked the cabbage roll with the mixture of meat and rice. The waffle still had some crispiness and not soggy like it can be in buffets. I went back to try some lunch items. Had a few pieces of sushi, shrimp, pasta, and pork chop. The food was alright and nothing really stood out as delicious. It was a typical buffet with lots of variety but the freshness and quality not quite there as when you go to a restaurant and have it made to order. It could be enjoyed if you are looking for a brunch to accommodate lots of people as long as they don't mess up your reservation!

My ultimate meal preference at the Keg starts with a delicious Caesar salad and the baseball top sirloin cut, with sides of steak fries and vegetables. This is one of many beef cuts at the restaurant, but you can also find a wide diversity of appetizers, steak cuts, chicken, fish and seafood and sides. The Keg also has a full alcohol menu - beers, wine and cocktails. Let's not forget amazing desserts too - many times I am too full to get a plate of dessert though!!! I have been to a number of locations where the restaurant is modern - but for the seasoned and regular Keg customer, one would know that many restaurants are located in old renovated buildings. Whichever location you visit, the ambiance at any location is an experience in itself. As an high end restaurant, it is definitely a fancy dining experience. The serving staff is very friendly and professional, and service you get is great, fast and excellent. They can answer any questions you have and make suggestions when needed. Finally, the Keg is a great place to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary, a date or any other reason you may have, and a meal experience you will not forget !!
