They always do an amazing job! The AC runs super cold now. It was easy to book and they were flexible with their schedule.

Kaji & Sae were on time, very respectful of my home & dogs. Professional service & thorough; quality deep cleaning of my 3 split units. Extends the life of my units & worth every penny. Looks clean & smells fresh! I immediately put them in my contacts for future services...Mahalo Kaji & Sae! read more

If you want the BEST look no further! Kaji and his wife were both extremely detail oriented in their work. It was like they were working on their own units. I couldn't have been happier with their service. Great service at a great price...you don't see that often today. Deep cleaning process (originally from Japan) is second to none. I've had my units for over 12 years and they've never been cleaner. Give them a call... you won't regret it! read more

I selected Aqua AC Clean because of their five star reviews. They are definitely Five Star+. They were prompt, efficient and careful to keep the premises clean. The Kajis did an excellent job cleaning the guck from our split air conditioners and even polished the covers so they look like new. Super nice people. Definitely recommend! read more

Aqua AC Clean is phenomenal from the beginning to the end! We have a 10 year old Panasonic and 3 fairly new Mitsubishi units that haven't been cleaned until we got in touch with Kaji! During the first phone call, he went over the entire process and pricing. They even send a text with all the information mentioned over the phone! Today, we finally met the power duo behind the magic, and they cleaned all 4 units in about 4 1/2 hours. Very thorough and kind personalities! Our entire family is happy, impressed, and staying cool during this summer's heat. Thank you so much Aqua AC Clean, we'll definitely be seeing you annually from now on. read more

Aqua AC Clean - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

I'm so happy to have found this company! They cleaned our 2 Mitsubishi air conditioning units without using toxic chemicals! I've hired other cleaning companies in the past and they usually spray a foam cleaner and then have you run the machine for an hour while it smells like chemicals. I fortunately stumbled upon Aqua AC Clean and didn't know there was a way to clean without chemicals! They did an amazing job. Our AC units run cooler now and there's no gross visible stuff stuck on the grill. He even took before and after photos to show how clean he got it. The scariest part was all the black mold from the before photos. We will definitely be using them again next year! They also responded very quickly via Yelp for an appointment request and their prices were comparable to other cleaning services I've used in the past. read more

Very professional and thorough. The husband and wife team worked well together. I will use them annually.

Very quick to respond and detailed on the service and techniques they use for cleaning. Excited to work with them to have our ac cleaned.

I had requested a quote for cleaning of a split unit. Kaji responded quickly and explained the process and gave estimates of the work involved. Kaji and Yujiro worked efficiently, answered questions, and the result was a spanking clean ac unit that badly needed some TLC. A great job and most definitely deserving a great review. Very reasonably priced and will use them again! 5 stars! Happy customer in Nuuanu. read more

I cannot say enough about this power duo! So thankful that I found Aqua AC Clean on Yelp! I haven't cleaned my AC in years & was struggling to clean it myself so figured I should get it done before the hot summer. Communicating through Yelp was easy & we were able to set an appointment. Kaji & his wife were very professional & easy going; they even got along with my dog who usually barks at strangers (bonus points)! The cleaning was quick, yet very thorough & professional. Kaji was kind enough to even hose down the outside unit. After the cleaning, I could really tell a difference in the AC air quality & felt relieved that I was no longer going to be breathing moldy, gross air. With affordable rates & great service, I look forward to using them again to clean my AC & won't hesitate to recommend them to others! read more

Well-worth the 5-star rating. As mentioned in everyone else's reviews, Aqua AC Clean is prompt with their arrival times. Prices are comparable to other vendors (I messaged 6-7 of them) and only one came under, but Kaji is very thorough and responsive in his communications compared to the rest as well. You can feel pretty comfortable in knowing the quality of service you're getting is top-notch for the dollar. I messaged Kaji on a Thursday night after having my final straw with my AC. Contrary to other ACs I've had in my life, the mold actually gave off a smell in mine which was the cross between a big guy sweating and spoiled Portuguese sausage. Anyways, their first availability was on Monday and I used the ol' set the AC to the coldest temp and run it with the windows/doors open to get the smell out temporarily - at least enough that you can actually use it (over the weekend). Service was quite remarkable. I was concerned about the tape on the wall potentially stripping the paint, but it worked out fine. They covered my furniture before starting the cleaning process. Warned me of some minor noise that would occur (from the compressor) and they were in and out probably within an hour and 10-15 minutes. My AC was far from "dirty" from appearance, but the smell is horrific. If it's something you can afford and health is important to you, I would advise everyone to get a routine professional cleaning done. It helps the AC blow colder and you're just not inhaling nasty particles. Highly recommended. read more

Second time having Yujiro and his wife clean our Fujitsu AC units (5). The job took approx an hour per unit. Their work is thorough and most importantly, both Yujiro and his wife are so respectful of the space they work in. Super high quality work and service! After seeing how dirty each unit was, we know we're breathing much cleaner air now! Note to self: Don't wait two years, make cleaning the AC units an annual commitment! read more

Aqua AC Clean service/cleaning procedures are the best of any company that I have used for past 20 plus years! Had been putting off cleaning the AC units, but glad we found this company to do it. They were responsive from the get go and had availability within a week of my inquiry. They were on time and set up very quickly. Their set up was neat and they used tarps to cover all areas they were working on which I really appreciated. Very clean. The units were very gross before cleaning with visible mold and mildew as they had not been properly cleaned in over a year. Kaji was very thorough with cleaning/ washing the units as evidenced in before and after pictures he provided us. We will definitely continue to get our AC units cleaner with this company. read more

Aqua AC Clean - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

During this hot summer in Hawaii, it's important to ensure that your A/C is running at its full capacity to keep you cool from all that heat. Needless to say, I have been running the A/C every night this season. My condo was built in 2018. It's been 4 years. Getting my A/C units cleaned has been weighing on my mind for a while and was long overdue. Out of the blue, I finally got the motivation and reached out. Not more than a week ago, my mom and I were talking story. She just happened to mention Aqua A/C Clean and recommended I check them out on yelp. I decided to reach out for a quote, and Aqua A/C was quick in responding and at a competitive rate nonetheless. We scheduled a time to have the work done, and less than a week later - here we are. I'm sitting in my living room with both of my A/Cs units running better than I can ever remember them running. Daisy seems quite happy herself! She'll have to start wearing her pajamas to bed. Kaji and his wife provided nothing but excellent service. Very kind, conscientious, quick, thorough, and efficient all around. I hope that the next time I have to get my A/C cleaned, they will not be too busy - as I am sure many people will catch on to this great business. Oh, and I didn't mention anything about the work that was done. The pictures speak for themselves. Mahalo and Arigatou Gozaimasu Aqua A/C Clean. Excellent work! read more

Aqua AC Clean truly deserves a higher than 5-star rating! Contacted them via Yelp messaging and they responded quickly. Appointment was setup in a couple of weeks (during the Christmas/New Years' Holiday no less). They showed up right on the promised time. Our large Mitsubishi Split system is about 5 years and it was time for a cleaning. The two-person crew was courteous and answered all your questions. They thoroughly cleaned the unit by disinfecting then power washing the inside. What a job! They also serviced our outside unit. For the price they charged it was a bargain because we now have a super clean AC unit. I highly recommend this company! read more

There's a reason Aqua AC has a 5-star rating. Actually a bunch of reasons. I've had maybe 4-5 different services come out over 15 years to clean and service my split-air system. Aqua AC is far and away the best. The owner, Kaji, and his partner is friendly, organized, responsive, and provide superior service. I watched him clean both wall units and was amazed at the care, skill and attention to detail he displayed. I've never seen anyone clean to the depth he did. Every single interior component was meticulously disinfected, cleaned and dried. The living room unit was particularly challenging as the AC is right above my expensive stereo system. Not to worry. With no complaint he made it work and did an amazing deep cleaning. Not a drop of water escaped to damage my electronics. Aqua's prices are very reasonable as well. You can hire Kaji's company with full confidence. read more

I should have took before and after pictures. When we moved in 2 years ago, 4 split AC units were brand new. 2 years later with constant use, they looked 10 years older. Full of mildew and dust build up. The insides were literally black. The units weren't keeping the rooms cold and were blowing out nasty air that we were breathing in. It affected our eyes, making them very itchy we were sneezing all the time. Kaji came to our rescue...very efficient, worked productively, very professional and most importantly were very clean. My house is full of clean cold air again!! Mahalo!!! read more

Had our 2 split ACs for about 2 years and there was a funky smell every time I turned on the AC. I was so worried that mold/mildew may be accumulating in there. Aqua AC Clean is AWESOME!! Very fast response when we contacted them and we were able to set up an appointment a few days later. Kaji and his wife were so pleasant and professional. They were punctual and did such a thorough job with our 2 AC units and compressors. They were very neat and meticulous, protecting all of our surrounding areas as one of the units was near our bed. The quality of work was remarkable both inside and out. Kaji even showed us before and after pictures of the mold that was in the AC. YUCK! I was surprised that they even vacuumed the surrounding areas when they were done! If you want quality work at a reasonable price this is the company to go with. I could not be happier knowing that the air coming from my AC is now clean and fresh. They even give a reminder call when it's time for our next maintenance service next year! I will certainly be calling them to service our units again next year! I DEFINITELY will be recommending Aqua AC Clean to our family and friends! read more
