I would recommend Aqua A/C Clean we reached out to them on yelp and they were very quick on responding. They have competitive rates. We got to schedule with in a week. They had excellent service, they were prompt to my home. He did an awesome job cleaning the coils, he used a coil cleaner then he disinfect and sanitize to get rid of any mold. He does a great job on covering up the A/C so he don't get any furnitures, walls, windows or floors damaged or wet. He also cleaned the coils on my condenser. We were very happy with the service and will be using them again. Thank you Kaji. read more

Wow! Exceptional service! Getting a clear estimate and appointment was so easy! They confirm appointment that day and arrive promptly. They lay down drapes and protect the surrounding with care. They are SO NEAT and do a thorough job. Truly remarkable! We asked for some added services and Kaji was quick to comply. They wouldn't even take the added payment we tried to give! This amazing husband and wife team is dedicated to their profession, committed to quality service, and offer a fair price that you rarely find these days. These 5 star reviews are sincere and REAL. This team deserves it and more! See you for our next cleaning! Will recommend you to friends, families, and all the businesses I know! read more

Time is money and everyone is busy. Aqua AC was the first out of 5 other companies to respond to my email for service. I'm big on punctuality and Kaji was on time, super professional, and extremely thorough with cleaning up after the job was done. Very professional in attire, equipment and communication. I know these reviews are just my opinion, but Aqua AC has a customer for life. For all those reading this, do your shopping, but when it comes time to just pick someone, don't hesitate to reach out to Aqua AC. Kaji, big mahalo!! You guys was awesome! Aloha read more

Awesome job of hydro cleaning my split air a/c. Kaji and his wife do a great job before, during and after cleaning my a/c. He showed me pictures he took showing the mold and dust that had collected and I can only imagine what was being blown out of there all this time! I feel much better now that he got rid of all that nasty stuff in there! read more

Requested cleaning of inside and outside AC components. They were very professional - prompt, well organized, thorough, friendly. Everything was cleaned up carefully and efficiently. Would definitely hire again! read more

It's been about 10 years since my mom's two split air ac systems have been cleaned so I decided to check out various ac cleaning companies for her. I saw the one advertised on tv and checked out the various companies on yelp. After looking at numerous reviews and websites, I decided to call Aqua AC Clean based on their Japan based cleaning and sanitizing process and excellent reviews. After requesting the free estimate, Kaji, the owner, responded within a few hours and we set up a time the next working day to take a look. He was right on time, explained the process and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He explained that it would be just he and his wife that would do the work and would take approximately 3 hours for both ac systems. We set up the cleaning appointment for the next day and again he and his wife were right on time. Due to covid, we all were masked up and safely interacted at all times. Promptly, Kaji and his wife got started. After disconnecting the screens and cover, Kaji meticulously set up waterproof plastic sheeting around the ac and funneled it to a bucket on the tarp covered floor. He then carefully cleaned the inside of the ac with cleaning solution and brushes. Then he used a small power sprayer to finish up the cleaning and and to do the final rinsing. He also used a small blow dryer to get most of the water out. In the mean time, outside, his wife carefully cleaned the various screens and covers to make them look almost brand new. The dirty water collected in the bucket was black with mold and dirt. Pretty gross that I was breathing that stuff for years. Once done, Kaji and his wife thoroughly wiped everything dry, turned on the ac for a quick check and final dry. Then they proceeded to do the second unit just as well as the first. After the inside units were done, they then cleaned the outside condensers just as thoroughly. After everything was completed, Kaji and wife, vacuumed and cleaned everything up, carefully placed back the moved furniture and took all the trash and dirty water with them. After 3 hours everything was back to normal except with two spotless AC units. I highly recommend Kaji and Aqua AC Clean for your ac cleaning. He is very thorough and prompt, treats his customer's house like his own and does and outstanding high quality job for a very reasonable price. I will be calling regularly now and not waiting another 10 years. read more

Once again, Aqua AC Clean is hands down the best at cleaning your split air conditioning units. I retained them once before to clean my 3 units and they were by far the best in terms of quality and professionalism and price. When it was time to clean my units again, I did not hesitate to call them. They responded quickly with a quote and later, arrived promptly to begin working on my units. They use a unique system which involves pressure washing the unit without removing the condenser or blow wheel. As a result, I could see all of the silt, mold and mildew washing down the drain leaving a clean and fresh smelling unit. Kaji is extremely meticulous and spent significant time washing and drying each of the units and he and his wife are so nice and easy to work with. Like having 2 friends over. After the job was completed they cleaned up and vacuumed the areas and even replaced my furniture. You cannot do better than this. Once in a great while you come across a service company that clearly stands out from the rest. Aqua AC is one of them. Truly competent, professional and honest. I highly recommend them and can't wait to use them next year! read more

Kali and his wife are very responsive, respectful, and helpful, very professional. Would recommend to anyone needing cleaning service for their AC. I'd give them a 10 star review were it possible. I received a quote from Kaji within 2 hours (on a weekend evening mind you) for our 6 split units. After searching/reviewing 4 additional competitors I appreciated their cleaning method perfected in Japan since the early 1990's. Made sense to me. And they delivered. Had an appointment within a week - February, getting ahead of the spring/summer rush. The team was on time and finished before 5 PM. My wife and I were completely impressed with the thoroughness and orchestration of the process. No wasted movements, and the stuff that came out of the units....ugh! New home, probably been a while since the units were cleaned. We are definitely happy on our selection of Aqua AC Clean. No hard sales for unnecessary revisits - they asked how we used our AC's and gave us a reasoned and acceptable estimate of when we should have them back. And we will! read more

Would use this service again. Excellent customer service, great attention to detail and their unique cleaning process improved functionality of our split AC units. read more

I can't say we are experts, but we have some experience in hiring professionals to clean our split AC systems. We have total of 16 indoor units that require regular cleaning. We had some good experience, and some so-so experience. After seeing Mr. Kaji's work, I had to downgrade my past experience as so-so, and poor experience. First he doesn't have a dedicated employee to answer calls. Somehow he managed to answer my inquiry promptly, often within a couple to a few hours. Setting up an appointment was very easy. Due to the sheer number of our units, he had to break them up to 3 different dates to complete, because he spends around 1 hour per unit! During that 1 hour, he was non-stop setting up, cleaning, with his brush, cleaner pressure spray, etc. Due to an access issue, he even came in on a Sunday to finish off. As one can see on some of the reviewers' pictures, he is very meticulous about the cleanliness of the work space. He draped the unit, and the floor. He moved away and put back the furniture after finish. It is a thorough job. He cleaned the filter, the blower, drain pan, cover. (I don't think he realized I was observing sometimes. We have some indoor security cameras. Sorry, Mr. Kaji) I am quite happy with the result. I'd like to think his methods, with brush and pressure spray, appear to clean more deeply than the foam, brush/vacuum methods. Also some cleaners take apart(remove the blower) for a deep cleaning, which does a good job, but it adds to the time and the cost, and I worry about doing so repetitively, something might break. We had some units that are rarely used, but there was quite a bit of mold surprisingly. I would not skip the cleaning just because the units are seldom used. He is a humble man and is easy to talk to. He has always been early, and on time. He offers a very reasonable pricing. I almost feel I couldn't pay someone enough to do such a thorough job. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs split AC serviced. read more

Everything from the start of scheduling, service, value, and cleanliness was 5 stars. I wish they were around when I scheduled another aqua wash company to clean my AC a year ago. I was charged 1/10 the price and they did just as good of a job, if not better. They made sure to cover everything in plastic and even vacuumed where they were working. Would highly recommend and will continue going with this company for future cleanings. read more

Aqua AC Clean was more than phenomenal with their service. Answered my Yelp request speedy quick. Arrived half an hour early for their service call. Was beyond friendly and timely, left zero mess. Treated my home with care, cleaned my AC Units in a fashion I had not expected. Was polite and took care in their service. When it comes time to service my other AC units, there is no question on who I will be contacting. You were beyond wonderful. I wish I could give 5 stars for each unit, which would be 10 stars. Thank you for being an awesome team! read more

Kaji was very responsive when I called about scheduling a cleaning for my two mini split systems. On the day of, he showed up ahead of the appointment time and quickly went to work. They took precautionary measures and placed plastic to protect all surrounding furniture. Kaji showed me the dirty water collected from one of the units, and I couldn't believe how dirty it was after less than a year of having our units. Our AC is blowing colder and the areas in our house feel a lot cleaner and fresh. Thank you, Kaji! read more

We needed our Split AC Units cleaned, but come to find out, not all companies clean them the same way. We called several companies who said they only wiped down the the interior parts after applying foam spray to disinfect and remove mold. Aqua AC Clean advised us that they clean the units using pressure washing with Pro Grade Bio Safe solvents. Their next appointment was in a week and we took it. Kaji and his wife showed up on time and thoroughly cleaned each unit and compressors. Kaji and his wife were professional, personable, and detailed. No mess, no leaks and our units smell great. We will definitely call them back next year for maintenance cleaning. 5 stars! read more

Hard to find good AC maintenance companies these days. Kaji and his wife were outstanding. Great value.

Kaji and his wife did a great job. They were punctual, worked efficiently and kept everything clean. I had moved furniture to clear the area and he moved everything back to its place after completing his job without being told . I have now learned that these units must be cleaned regularly to avoid mold and all that build up of dust. I will be sure to call them annually and would recommend them to anyone. read more

I called up and they were able to give me a price right over the phone. They came the next day and cleaned all 6 of the air handlers in my house. They spent all day here and did an excellent job. Each cover was removed and cleaned. The unit on the was was washed and all of the dirt / mildew / mold was removed. Couldn't recommend more. read more

We thought we needed repairs on our AC because it wasn't cooling efficiently anymore, but after recommendation by a friend we had it cleaned by Aqua AC Clean. Now our AC is working like new again. Highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed. read more

I was one of Aqua AC Clean's first clients and will certainly use them again. We have three air conditioner at home, and all were very dirty. We heard that conventional ac cleaning is not capable to get rid of mold hiding well within the air conditioning units. Only by power washing the units, the mold can be eradicated completely. Hence I contacted HydroKleen who then were the only company on Oahu using the superior power washing technology. They quoted me a minimum of $1500 per unit! Then a friend made me aware of a new company formed in Hawaii Kai who is also doing power washing. They came, and after approximately five or six hours they had all three units done. They left the place as clean as it was before, and the air conditioners were as clean as they were when they were new. They charge the same amount as conventional cleaners but they clean much better. They even gave me a discount since I had three units to clean. I ended up paying a little over $500, and now I am able to again breath fresh air. I will definitely use them again. A very professional and reliable local company. Thank you Kaji and Sae for coming to our house! read more
