When I finally got to a point of hanging it and plumbing it in, it had developed a leak at one of the fittings. Storage had caused and "O" ring to deteriorate. I had to buy a replacement part, and, that turned into a GREAT experience. The part was reasonably priced, and, the support folks I talked with were very helpful and quickly got the correct part to me. I finally got the thing fired up, and, after replacing a fuse that had failed because of age and lack of use, it has fired up and worked perfectly. It will put hot water out as long as there is propane available. It is a well designed, and very well made unit, so a big, thumbs up there too I recommend this company for the quality of their product, and the excellent customer service when there are problems with it.

The store itself felt very cramped, and the inventory was limited, which made it hard to seriously compare options. Pricing also wasn't very appealing -- everything felt inflated, which I'm guessing may be influenced by the surrounding area. What stood out the most was the lack of engagement. There were plenty of staff gathered in the back having a loud conversation, but during the roughly 10 minutes we walked around, no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. Because of the tight space, limited selection, and pricing, we ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Not a terrible experience, but not one that encouraged us to stay or return.

That's when I found Smith Appliance. I told them the problem they told me "no problem". A Curteous professional sales person helped me select an appliance (made in u.s.a) in my price range, they have an on-site install guy gave me a price on the spot (happened to be there) and they came and installed it. That was almost a year ago, the thing runs perfectly, very quiet , dishes clean.....my only regret is that I should have dug in discovered this business 30 years ago. We had a Frigidaire refrigerator delivered that was broken right out of the box. The water filter housing had a broken inlet water coupling and water was leaking all over the inside of the fridge. There was significant evidence that the damage happened during manufacture, and whoever installed that part at the factory must have realized it yet didn't fix it at that time. Anthony arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the replacement parts. He ordered the replacements before he left and gave us an ETA on their arrival. When he received the parts, he offered to come out the same day but unfortunately I wasn't home. He said he could come out first thing the next morning. He squeezed us in ahead of all his scheduled appointment and again came out on time. He fixed the problem and put everything back to its normal state no fuss no muss. I highly recommend Anthony and Georgia Appliance Repair. I know I will only use them whenever I need a repair. On a scale of one to five, I'd give them a TEN!

I needed repairs for a Whirlpool washing machine I bought from Lowe's a year and a half ago. I also…read morepurchased the Lowe's Product Protection plan. It started making unusual noises and would not Auto Sense the water level. I started a claim and chose Georgia Appliance Repair to do the service. Anthony came out and determined that the washer needed a new motherboard. He came back to install it once the part came in, but after he left, the washer would no longer get past the auto-sensing cycle. When I tried to call him back, the call goes straight to voice mail. I have been trying to get Anthony back to come look at the washer again, but he will not answer my calls or return my voicemail. DO NOT fall for these positive reviews and DO NOT contact them for service on your appliances! I believe this company is frauding its customers, Assurant and Lowe's! He did something that made the washing machine worse! At least before he came out, it would complete a whole cycle. Also, Lowe's Product Protection Plan is total GARBAGE, and GEORGIA APPLIANCE REPAIR needs to be investigated for fraud!
