I called in every couple of weeks asking for an update and each time was an excuse that the wheel they tried somehow was defective three times over. When I finally had enough and asked to speak to the business owner, they refused and claimed that he was conveniently on vacation. I picked up my vacuum only to find out that it still had the original wheels on it and had obviously not been worked on for 90 days, and offered me only a partial refund when it had been paid in full up front. Their excuse when I went in person to pickup the vacuum? That they had limited technicians so couldn't find time in over 3 months to repair when they estimated one week initially. Avoid this business like the plague.

When we called they gave us a total amount due we paid the amount and two hours later someone called us stating that we still had $170 left to pay. we asked where are these fees coming from and no one was able to answer us. After that being said we spoke to a manager and still couldn't help us. Finally they said it was an insurance. Really!!!Why wasn't that amount added to the balance owed? Please be cautious their interest on monthly payment is ridiculous. A balance of $1500. Dollars can actually turn to 6000.00. Don't recommend this place at all.

Again, no show no call. Same thing on 1/19/2022, same prepared speech "we apologize, it will be on the truck first thing in the morning and they will call when they are 30 to 45 minutes away. Guess what happened? No show no call. Called again on 01/20/2022, same results, except this time the person told me to only talk to him and no one else about the order. I called customer service, who's solution was to transfer me back to the number that's been scamming me in the first place. I finally realize this is a scam. $600 bucks down the drain..... Do not shop here, it's not legit!!!!

He had made great relationships with his customers and takes care of everyone. He knows many by name. In just a short time of coming there I've seen how consistent he is with the patrons and he really cares. It's really nice. I use the facilities but also the wash and fold services. First time I did a drop off and it was just for one small load so $22. This time for 2 loads with pickup included cam to about $58 still not too bad. They follow instructions, fold clothes beautifully and are organized. It's a wide range for pickup and drop off (4hrs) that's the only concern I have because I don't want my items outside for long extended time but it is nice because they text when they are on the way, give and ETA and take a photo of your items. This was nice. Finally, the facilities you can pay using the app or just Apple Pay with the QR code in the machine. They range with the washer size $5.25-$10.25 I believe. They offer FREE DRYERS! I went there because I saw the sign. I really like it because there are big name wash and fold services but may people say things get lost or mixed up or they over charge. This place is so personalized and cares about the community I don't and hope that wouldn't ever be an issue. I must say I am pleased thus far.

Nope, one peek and I quickly grabbed my phone (& holy oil.) It's a small store with the scent of incense wafting through the air. A stern looking lady (who was not my Grandma) stood watch over everyone. The first thing that struck me were the handwritten signs barking orders like, "Don't write numbers in these books. This isn't a library, books are for sale! No refunds. No mixing oils except Myrrh and Frankincense" etc. Ok... The candles clearly aren't being purchased for their beauty or fragrance. I was fascinated and a little scared. You can put roots on people and make them fall in love with you by burning a 'Come Back to Me' candle. 'Break Up' has the opposite effect. You can cast spells, get a miracle, rid your house of evil (Run Devil Run & Exorcist) and get Quick Money rich! There's also a Jinx Removing soap and Court Case shampoo. Prices range from $8 to $15. I asked the sales lady 1) if they were all the same candles in different bottles, 2) if "Grandma" made them and 3) if this was a voodoo/black magic shop. I mean the skull and cat shaped candles were a dead giveaway. The answer was no... And she clearly didn't know what the Pull Out candle was for. But she said she burned her Libra Zodiac and money candles. And you're still working??? She said they get a lot of African and Caribbean customers but it was empty. Probably because there were no Christmas specials (sad face.) There were gift sets. I left after I was caught snapping pics... In short, Grandma's is no Yankee Candle but if you're a witch or know what the High John Conqueror or Dragon Blood is for, it just might be your jam!
