Absolute life saver...after seeing so many glowing reviews (whenever you see 4.9…read morestars and over 50 reviews you know someone is doing something right) I immediately reached out to Rohan after our HVAC heat stopped working on the coldest day of the year (so far!). It was after 5pm, and within a short time Rohan called me back that night and set up something that next day. I so appreciated that because not everyone returns calls after hours, and we (well I) was panicked. It's an old system and thus had multiple problems that Rohan diagnosed, one by one. Each time he did he called me downstairs so I could see what was going on. Not only did it build trust (which he didn't need to do - I could feel from the get go his trustworthiness) but it helped me to understand and learn. All of this troubleshooting required multiple trips and additional parts needed (some where he didn't leave until 9:45pm, one on a Sunday - his off day where he insisted on coming). It also required work arounds for an old system, and finding parts (who knew a Trane doesn't use universal parts?!). But all along he kept a really good attitude, and always went the extra mile. We got a new thermostat and he opened it up to make sure the wires were all put on correctly (when he didn't have to) as just one example. He cleaned everything out - coils, etc. as well. He just deeply cares about his work and clients. He even checked in later that night once things were all finally fixed to make sure all was still good. When you have a problem that you know nothing about you have to rely on others. You hope they know what they're doing, are really good at it, and are truly looking out for you. Home warranty was an option but you know you always get scheduled with the worst of the worst, and they couldn't schedule me in for a few days.. I checked up some reviews on Yelp and HVAC Guys showed up as the only 5 star reviewed provider. Curious I checked other platforms and all had glowing reviews, so I messaged the business on Yelp, and got a response almost immediately. It took me a bit to respond to him, given the chaotic household on a Saturday evening but I was made aware that there is an emergency service fee and the repair charges to fix! Rohan was on his way around 7pm! Rohan has a good demeanor and very personable. He got to work immediately and diagnosed the problem (capacitor). Within 20 mins I had my HVAC working again. He gave him quite a few pieces of relevant information about my HVAC and even cleaned the coils outside to make sure everything was tip top! The total charge was reasonable - please don't compare these with DIY costs as HVACs need some level of knowledge and expertise. They accept all forms of payment but Venmo/Zelle make it super easy to pay for the services. Highly recommended. They also offer maintenance, which is top on my list prior to me turning my heat on.

Their friendly and knowledgeable staff are highly accessible to come give a quote, and fix whatever issues you are having with your furnace and or air conditioners usually the same day you call. In comparison to the other HVAC companies in the metro Atlanta area, ACE&A has always turned out to be the cheapest. They always provide, quick and efficient service, whether it be replacing a whole furnace, fixing a compressor problem, or replacing a bad thermocouple (the part that sends an electrical signal to light the pilot light in a furnace). The only down fall, their time frame window is a little broad, for example, noon-6p.m. That's why I'm deducting a star. If I owned my own house/condo I would totally trust them in servicing my heating and or air conditioner!

This was the worst HVAC company I have ever dealt with. When I called them back, I was initially told the system had too much refrigerant (Freon) and that was causing the noise. The very next day, after the issue continued, I called again and was then told the system did not have enough refrigerant and was charged to add more. Despite the additional service and cost, the noise never went away. After receiving conflicting diagnoses and no resolution to the problem, I decided to hire a different HVAC company. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and left me with little confidence in their workmanship and troubleshooting abilities. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I went to Pure on the recommendation of three childhood friends who still live here. They ALL said to go to Pure. I grew up in Decatur and left for grad school many years ago. I recently returned after living in four states during my career. I have always had three criteria when I make a move to a new location, and they have served me well. Find: 1. A Doctor you can relate to and trust. 2. Someone who gives a great haircut. 3. An auto mechanic you can trust and who does great work. I've found #3 in Decatur Pure Station. After my early check-in, I sat in the waiting area for about two hours, watching and listening to the manager interacting with customers. My observations? Friendly, matter-of-fact, clear. Andy explained everything going on with his client's cars. He made recommendations, and more importantly, noted what didn't need to be done. He gave accurate representations about when services would be completed. For my car, he got the part quickly and told me they had looked over the whole car and only found one repair that needed to be made (besides my originating situation). He was accurate in his honesty, because I already knew I was needing a new rear brake job in the next month. While my car was being repaired, I walked around downtown Decatur. I reacquainting myself with some old, and mostly new, businesses and restaurants. I arrived back at the repair shop in the mid-afternoon, just after they finished repairing the car. Andy explained everything they did, and gave me a very fair price for the service I received. Am I ever glad to have found Pure. Five Stars, and even higher.
