I have used Hammond to install flood light, 3 toilets, AC, ecobee upstairs and downstairs & I am on their maintenance plan. Brian called Friday & talked me through some checklists attempting to get my AC going. Brian even gave me his cell number so I could send him photos of AC in attic. This was Friday night, June 27 around 6 pm. Brian was off on Saturday but he told me he would be at my house on Saturday June 28 at 9 am. He was at my house at 8:55 am. He fixed the issue and I offered to buy him breakfast and he didn't want anything but to get my AC working so I wouldn't be in the heat. Hammond is loyal to their customers.
