    Terrible customer service. Our brand new stove was DOA and when we told him, he said call…read moreFrigidaire. As a consumer, you have to start at the front line call centre. It took over a week to finally escalate to someone who could help. What SHOULD have happened is, Shawn Raja owner ,salesman , one man show etc should have had us return the stove and allow us to find something else or refund the purchase. This needs to be done within 48 hours of telling him there is a problem. He did nothing! In turn he caused a delay in getting a resolution and added stress and frustration. He is not a nice person to intentionally refuse to help someone who just paid for a brand new appliance. I have correspondence from Fridgidaire on how he failed and caused delays, stress and frustration. I wish we had never stopped at his store! I want a refund for the bogus extended warranty he sold us for $200 . He lies, he's dishonest and he's not a good human being. I'm filing a complaint with consumer affairs due to his shady business practices. Bait and switch. He showed a stove on the floor in black but we bought one in stainless steel. It was supposedly the same stove. We were charged an additional $100 for it and it is the lowest quality model we ended up with. It has no self clean option but the floor model does. Watch this shady character ! If you do end up shopping here, get EVERYTHING in writing and RECORD your conversation! He will say anything to make a sale!

His $200 extended warranty is worthless after telling us it started day one, he says call Fridgidaire. I've asked for a refund of the warranty but he is ignoring my messages and doesn't answer the phone. If he had done his part as a vendor, we would have been able to exchange the stove but no, he doesn't care to deal with it. Fridgidaire informed me that it is his responsibility as a seller to take the stove back and file a claim with Frigidaire. instead we were left alone to navigate and figure out what to do. I'm attaching communication from Fridgidaire to show this store failed terribly!

Despite it being brand new, it displayed an E20 error the very first time we ran a cycle. We reported the issue to Trail Appliances immediately, expecting it to be a minor fix or, at the very least, acknowledged properly. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. What followed was a drawn-out, exhausting back-and-forth with Trail. Their response has been slow, unhelpful, and frankly, dismissive. They eventually told us they've ordered parts to fix the machine, but the reality is--the error has worsened. It now happens every 10 minutes, completely disrupting our ability to do something as basic as wash dishes. As a family with a busy home life, this has caused us an incredible amount of stress. The dishwasher is supposed to add convenience, not become a daily source of pain. We've even begun to doubt whether the unit was new to begin with, as it has never worked properly from day one. What's most disappointing is not just the appliance itself, but the complete lack of urgency or empathy from Trail Appliances. When you spend your hard-earned money on something that's supposed to make life easier, and it fails you repeatedly--with no meaningful resolution--it's incredibly disheartening. I don't write reviews often, but I felt it was important to share our experience so others can make a more informed decision. I wouldn't wish this level of inconvenience on anyone.

My husband and I located inexpensive shelves ($56 each to be precise) and approached the man at the check-out counter so that he could bring out the boxes and we could pay for them. He went to the back, and after several minutes was back with our shelves. When it was time to pay, he calculated the total of $140. When we pointed out that the total ought to be $112 plus tax, which in no way adds up to $140, he said that the shelves are $70..."or something like that"! At that point, my husband and I stood there with our mouths half open and our eyes full of surprise and horror. We pointed to the shelves on display which were clearly marked at $56 each! The sales associate proclaimed: "So, $65, yes?" Ahem, no...it $56, for crying out loud! Apparently to this man we looked like a couple of teenagers who would give into pressure of buying clearly marked product at the price established by this sales associate on the spot. I have never experienced anything like this in my life! When my husband was about to erupt with anger, and was pulling me towards the exit, the sales associate said: "Ok, $56"... Like he was doing us a favor...I wish I haven't bought anything from him, but at that moment I was so confused and disoriented by what has been going on, that I handed him my credit card. I am not sure what the hell happened that night at the Brick Clearance Centre, but I most definitely will avoid this place like the plague.

I went on sunday to the Edm south…read morelocation look for couches, I saw Cindy McLaren sitting on a couch arm texting and was asking if I needed help so I started talking about a couch.... she did everything to convince me to order. I said right away there was no way I'd wait 4 months or more, they had it in stock as is but she kept saying it would be cheaper to order another color so I looked at colors and every leather I picked she would scratch it and say no that's not a good one, use this one..... I knew what I wanted but she felt like she knew better. I was so annoyed, she whipped her phone out to show me cat pics and seemed more excited about that then helping me. I said I didn't want to put covers on a couch and she gave me a weird look and said " I'd put covers on it, I cover mine" as if I should as well.... why spend 4k on a couch to cover it! I mentioned I was looking at the brick cause a friend is a manager and she instantly told me she wouldn't buy anything there, I'd get a couple years and their stuff falls apart.... ok but you only offer one year on your leather warranty ..... doesn't sound like you have a lot of faith in your product either. she was pushy and annoying and I will never shop there again. we went and spent 6k on a Palliser sectional that same afternoon. I hope you work on comission because if you would have just listened to the customer, you'd have made an easy sale.

I was going in to buy a sofa I had the cash in my purse but after I was treated that bad I left and bought it from Urban Barm where the staff were welcoming and smiling. The 2 woman wete the ones that were rude the men working there have always been pleasant. Konto should maybe hire pleasant females if they really want business. I worked in the bank for mamy years and never would staff have treated a client like they shouldn't be in there or staff would have been let go on the spot I'm disgusted in how rude those 2 woman were and I will never go back into that store again.
