It took over a week to finally escalate to someone who could help. What SHOULD have happened is, Shawn Raja owner ,salesman , one man show etc should have had us return the stove and allow us to find something else or refund the purchase. This needs to be done within 48 hours of telling him there is a problem. He did nothing! In turn he caused a delay in getting a resolution and added stress and frustration. He is not a nice person to intentionally refuse to help someone who just paid for a brand new appliance. I have correspondence from Fridgidaire on how he failed and caused delays, stress and frustration. I wish we had never stopped at his store! I want a refund for the bogus extended warranty he sold us for $200 . He lies, he's dishonest and he's not a good human being. I'm filing a complaint with consumer affairs due to his shady business practices. Bait and switch. He showed a stove on the floor in black but we bought one in stainless steel. It was supposedly the same stove. We were charged an additional $100 for it and it is the lowest quality model we ended up with. It has no self clean option but the floor model does. Watch this shady character ! If you do end up shopping here, get EVERYTHING in writing and RECORD your conversation! He will say anything to make a sale!

I wrote this for google reviews, but may as well spread it around:…read more If you use these guys for an appliance repair, you can rest assured they will be late - even for an all-day appointment - if they bother to show up at all. I've had this company do a number of appliance repairs at my rental unit. They have never once been on time ("on time" being at least a 4 hour appointment window). They don't call. They schedule all day appointments, then no-show and no-call. They were supposed to install a control board in my 2 year old washing machine this afternoon (purchased from Appliance Outlet, of course), that has been non-functional for three weeks now. "Between 1 and 5", they said. When I hadn't heard from anybody all afternoon, I called them to make certain someone was coming, which they reassured me someone was. So I waited. And waited. Nobody showed up. Nobody called. I didn't hire them, and wouldn't, but the property manager seems to like using them. I have now told her not to send them over again. It would probably have cost me less to hire someone reliable myself to fix the machine than the value of the time I've lost sitting around waiting for chronic lates and no-shows. Don't hire these people for your repairs. Don't buy anything from them. They're patently unreliable. Note: Yelp for some ridiculous reason places my location in California in spite of my attempts to correct it. I'm in Edmonton.

This store stocks mainly GE appliances. Lots of selection in stock, which means no waiting. Bardo was very helpful and I got an even better deal on a higher end washer dryer set than I originally started with. Plus I got delivery within 1 week. If you need new GE appliances shop here!

The store is amazingly decorated especially for my specific search for a bed. The sales agent was helpful and not pushy at all. This is a nice change from the typical Leons or Ashley's furniture. The sales lady was also helpful without me trying to chase her down like some other bougie stores. I bought a model that is beautiful and made of wood. I had my truck with me so I went to the warehouse to pick it up the same day. This is when things got bad. I picked up all the pieces that they gave me and drove back. I attempted to assemble the bed but then realized that I had extra pieces from another model and I was missing pieces. I called the warehouse to inform them and they provided me with information for a delivery. While the shopping experience was good; the picking up experience from the warehouse was not as good. I strongly recommend checking every piece item over and over again to confirm you have the pieces before leaving. The piece of furniture is of great quality and very steady.

I said right away there was no way I'd wait 4 months or more, they had it in stock as is but she kept saying it would be cheaper to order another color so I looked at colors and every leather I picked she would scratch it and say no that's not a good one, use this one..... I knew what I wanted but she felt like she knew better. I was so annoyed, she whipped her phone out to show me cat pics and seemed more excited about that then helping me. I said I didn't want to put covers on a couch and she gave me a weird look and said " I'd put covers on it, I cover mine" as if I should as well.... why spend 4k on a couch to cover it! I mentioned I was looking at the brick cause a friend is a manager and she instantly told me she wouldn't buy anything there, I'd get a couple years and their stuff falls apart.... ok but you only offer one year on your leather warranty ..... doesn't sound like you have a lot of faith in your product either. she was pushy and annoying and I will never shop there again. we went and spent 6k on a Palliser sectional that same afternoon. I hope you work on comission because if you would have just listened to the customer, you'd have made an easy sale.
