I found the store but it doesn't really have a sign outside just a small banner in the window. So it's easily missed. Once inside it's pretty basic, mattresses everywhere, all sizes and wrapped up with a few beds as testers so you can see how soft it firm they are. The flash sale was for show room stock and most of hem were still in he plastic so they weren't weren't used! I got a high quality Queen mattress for $460 (originally $1300)and it includes a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer. What a bargain! The sales lady was super helpful and she advised they do delivery from $60. I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone in the market for a new mattress on a budget :)

We wanted a mattress with pocket coils and firm. We selected a mattress, which they said had 1110 pocket coils. He delivered it in the same day evening and me and my husband slept in the new mattress on the same day. unfortunately we could not find any pocket coil effect and mattress felt like wood. We were using a mattress with more than 600 pocket coils and firm and the new one was worse than the old one. I could not sleep on this new mattress. We had tried the mattress in store by laying down on it. It was okay. but I understood that we need to try it at least one night sleep to know about the mattress. Next day morning we went to the shop and called the owner over phone and explained our experience and shared him that we want to return or exchange the item. He did not agree and in the middle of the conversation he hang up the phone on us. If you want to buy a good mattress go to a good shop. They give 3 to 4 months trial time to return/ exchange and provide better customer care options. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

We checked online for a bed frame and found one for under a thousand on sale. We talked to them, they sent pictures and when we got to the store my partner loved it. When doing the final sale they came back and said the wrong price was placed on their site. Now don't blame the person that is not there, to defend themselves. I didn't make a fuss, or demand that they give us the advertised price, but we assumed they would have given us some sort of a deal on the "new price". Nope, nothing. I came back the following weekend to order the Talalay mattress. It arrived 2 days ago and I haven't slept better in years. He didn't approach us at first (he was on a telephone call) so we got to browse a bit before hand. When he was free, he asked what we were looking for and if we needed any help. We did. He explained to us what the best kind of mattresses were for side sleepers and what were best for back sleepers. He showed us the different coils that came in the different brands. He was sooooo helpful! We laid on a few different mattresses and figured out what we liked best. They had some great sales on too. The one we liked best was even one of the sale items! We didn't buy anything right then and there but we did take a business card and I know that when we decided to buy that mattress, it's him we will be going to see. I am used to relaying this information to salespeople and then being ignored, but he continued to be just as helpful as when he thought he had a sale in the bag.
