This store is a mess. From the manager to the salesman, and the rest of the associates are all crooks. They lie to the customers and don't know good customer service. They don't care how the customer feels. I bought a bed from the store in November 2024. The crooked salesman told me the bed was going to be in the store for delivery in a couple of weeks. But to my surprise, the bed was not even in the store until April 2025 and did not come in at all. They would always tell me lies that the bed would be there in two weeks. They were not able to deliver the bed. The salesman told me that it would be better if I cancelled the order. Which I accepted. But at another time when the crooked manager was there, the salesman denied saying that to me. Imagine a bed that was pre-financed by a bank, and I was paying the bank $194.00 biweekly while the bed was not yet delivered. This bed was not available at all until April 2025, and they offered me the floor or a display model. I refused first, and after two weeks in April and their stock couldn't come in, so I accepted to take the offer at a reduced price. The manager said no. After waiting all this time, I just have to take the old, dusty, scraped bed. Upon delivery, the parts were not correct. To cut the story short, the man who delivered the bed have to come the next day with part of other screws to it together at an extra cost. I will not recommend anyone to walk into the store to buy even a pillow. They can lie, telling customers the store will be closing in two months. read more

This is a terrible shop. Just good for materials that are in stock. Not suitable for furnitures that needs to be ordered. I had a very bad experience with furniture for less in Edmonton, AB. I bought some furnitures, about 5 months ago , paid up front in the shop, but I am still waiting for the furnitures. The funniest thing is that they don't care . I was suppose to get my couch mid February at the latest!!! than was told march 30th, end of month rolled around it moved to April 9 than end of April, now they said may/29 it's so frustrating because you spend 3 thousand dollars on a couch and it'll never show up.. and was told it would be in your house guaranteed 6 weeks max. He said to me that I should basically wait until it comes because he had someone wait up to a year, Had no care in the world for his customers because to him the couch was paid in full and that sale is "final", if this doesn't scream scam and unfortunately I was one of them I don't know what does, I had bought a sectional 2 years ago from them, was crap but it helped get us to making a big purchase and finally having a nice sectional I've always dreamed of. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOW LIFES, as i was suppose to get furniture delivered on Saturday and no delivery...I called and was informed that my furniture wasnt on the truck. I said delivery was promised for Saturday, they told me delivery guys had gone home already. They phoned one guy and he said hed come back but could i help on the other end and I reluctantly said yes (as im 65 yrs old)as I needed my furniture that was paid in full and charged $90 delivery fee. The customer service department is deplorable. $2000 sofa with ottoman, ottoman was damaged on delivery. Took them 6 weeks to get back to me, service department was on holidays apparently. They replaced my damaged ottoman with the floor model, not even a new one. THEN, my $2000 sofa that was 5 months old broke! A piece of wood underneath actually split and made the top seat so you could not sit on it. This sofa is in a room that barely ever gets used so not sure how it broke in the first place but they refused to fix it, stating that I had a 3 month warranty for a piece of garbage sofa. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!! We went in and loved a sectional but we needed the other configuration SO we put a deposit down on December 16th 2020 they said they were putting in an order and would be her in about 6 weeks.. end of January.. we never heard from them so WE called them to find out the status or what was going on in February they said with COVID it was taking longer.. okay fine.. they said it would be here end of March.. never heard anything so I call them a couple days ago (end of May) the manager was so ignorant to me!! Said that they aren't going to have the couch in for another 4 to 6 to 12 weeks!! It wasn't even ordered yet.. which I believe was bullshit than he tried to tell me that the price of couches have doubled but I could come in soon and pick a different one out for the price I put the deposit on.. he told me you better just come get the right facing one instead of the left because they aren't buying them anymore and we better hurry up because they are selling out fast. Needless to say I called my husband to deal with him because he was arrogant and I am pretty sure it was because I was a female. My husband talked to him and made the excuse up that it was his mask he was wearing that made him sound that way.. no he was talking to me like he thought I was stupid. He told my husband to come in and we could get a different couch for the same price. My husband calls him today to see if we can get that couch with no chaise all of a sudden they are all sold out and he doesn't want to sell us a couch at all for that price come get your deposit! Delivered my purchase with the wrong hardware set. 3 months and counting on getting them to send the correct ones

Wish we looked up reviews on this business before we placed our order. Worst experience. We purchased 2 couches on April 3rd, we were told the order takes 4-6 weeks to arrive and advised us that They will call us close to the date of the arrival, but when time came and they didn't call us, we called the store and were told that they received wrong items and therefore they placed a new order for us and again it is gonna take additional 4 weeks, and that the arrival time is gonna be on June 10th. Guess what, June 10th came and we called again the store and were told, sorry there is a delay in shipping, so they asked us to wait for additional 2 weeks. So we called again today (June 24th) just to be told that our order will arrive in Vancouver on July 2nd and that it will arrive here in Edmonton in 10 days. When we told them that we want to cancel our order, they told us that we wont get back refund of our deposit on the purchase, and if anything we can contact the Customer Service that they can not be found by phone only by an email we did email them asking them to cancel our order (because we Don't believe them anymore). After all this hassle we don't even expect them to call us back after we read the other reviews on this business. PLEASE READ IN FULL BUYERS BEWARE!!!! My wife had purchased a sectional couch with a lounge chair on the end. When looking Furniture4Less will treated you fairly good and even give you a deal on the price. So we purchased it in end of Nov 2020. In Jan 2021 I noticed the front of the couch was lower in the middle so I measured on the end by the legs it was 3 1/2 and in the middle it was 1 3/4. The front header board was cracking but not broken. Sent in pictures and requested for warranty with in the 90 days. I get an email stating that this is not a detective, so I called to discuss about this issue. Lady asked for the invoice and placed me on hold. Well a rude guy picks up the phone and starts saying that I jumping on the couch. As calm as I could I explained in my house we don't have any kids nor have jumped on the couch. Ask if maybe the wood was cracked for the factory? The answer I got was shocking "Too bad for your luck then". The lesson is there are wolf's in this industry that will not stand behind their product and don't care about the customer. Very happy so far!! I was tasked with purchasing 4 tables and 16 chairs for the social room of our condo. I explained exactly what I was looking for and although they did not have a sample on the showroom floor the salesman (Kevan) was very knowledgeable and was able to find me several options that I was able to choose from. They worked with me on the deposit requirement and the order has been placed. I have been told the furniture will be here within 2 - 3 weeks and the delivery will be free! read more

We went in as no one would return our emails and we were told to bring in the section of the sofa that was coming apart and they would have it repaired. Then covid hit and everything shut down. Worst buying experience in Edmonton. No notification of items being late until the delivery service shows up with 1/4 of the items ordered. Talking to the manager is like talking to the wall, he gives no explanation as to why we didn't receive any notification of being late or any time frame of when I will receive it. Furniture was ordered 3 weeks in advance and we were told that's ample time for us to receive it by salesman. When i inquired about compensation for the delay the manager would not give a solid answer. Worst experience. Furniture purchased on Jan 30 was promised in two weeks. Five weeks later I got half of it and not as ordered. Still waiting for the remainder. Sales staff have no info or helpful information and passes you on to management which will not get back to you for a week, then they "have to look into it" which in turn takes another week and so on. One delay tactic after another. They are not taking responsibility or are willing to cancel the order and refund the purchase.
