Checked out the fridge quickly, listened to my explanation of the issue, and then gave me a visual breakdown of my fridge and what may be wrong. Then gave my partner and I several options. Hilarious and professional, and quick to act on what option we could to go with. Updated us every step of the way, on what he was doing. We never once got the feeling that he was trying to navigate us to a more expensive labour/parts scenario. John lived up to the review hype. Called gotech this morning, they offered to send a technician at 11am which was during my work day, they scheduled to have John come out after my work within a time frame that worked for me. He came up with an innovative idea to repair it so that I didn't have to replace the whole washer. Very kind.
