I requested that the service person investigate why I was getting so much lint on my clothes in the dryer. He gave me a quote which seemed reasonable, so I booked the service. Loi Nghiem came; he couldn't find anything wrong. He said he could give me 10 dollars off the 90 dollar service call if I paid cash. He also cleaned underneath my stove (40 dollars- a discount of 30, he said). He refused to give me a receipt because he gave me a discount. I am reporting him to the cra and consumer ripoffs. Obviously, he is not claiming the money on his taxes. What a jerk. It is illegal to not provide a receipt when a customer requests one. read more

We booked an appointment that matched both our schedules even though he offered to come sooner! Loi was on time... a bit early! The snow and roads did not delay him as much as it did me! He promptly identified the pump that failed in my washer and had a replacement in his vehicle. Took him a few minutes and the deed was done! He left me the parts to verify the work (thank you!) I appreciated his care and cleaning up making the work look effortless (and I know it wasn't!). He had to make some electrical connections for the replacement pump and it was working on no time! I will happily pay for his expertise any day! read more

My washer would not spin. Quick service. I called on Saturday at 5pm, and they came Sunday at 9:30am. He explained what was not working. I will definitely call them again, hopefully I do not have to. read more

We have had Loi and his wife come out to fix a few of our appliances over the years and many of our friends have used him as well. He is always on time, reasonably priced, fixes things quick and if he can't fix it, he'll tell you to buy a new appliance. I'd rather him tell us to buy a new appliance, than tell us he can fix it and spend a bunch of money, and it doesn't solve the problem in the end. He's honest, reliable and does a great job! Thanks Loi and to his wife! read more

Wow, amazing customer service. Need a discontinued thermostat for my freezer, other places I called just said they couldn't help. The gentleman here gave me a part number that I could order from the same place he would have ordered (could have made mark up on it). Wish more companies were like this. That cared about the customers read more

Fantastic service. They were out super quick, had the parts they needed, and fixed up my dryer with same day service. Thank you very much.

Our dryer stopped working and I gave Loi a call based on the many five star reviews. He showed up the next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to fix the dryer (replace heating element and two of the rollers) in under an hour. He was very efficient, but also took the time to explain what he needed to do at the beginning so it was clear what he'd be doing and the cost. His charges were also very reasonably priced. All in all, a great experience, I'll certainly be calling Loi again if I have any future appliance repair needs. read more

Loi came out at the recommendation of my neighbor within an hour of my calling! We had just come home from vacation to discover our freezer frosted over and our fridge not cold :-( Lou was fast, friendly, and informative! What more could you ask for? So happy he was able repair our fridge! read more

Called this company for a repair on my 6 year old fridge - all food items were freezing in the main section of the fridge. He arrived 45 minutes late. He put a large piece of tin foil around a cooling section of the fridge that he thought was causing the problem. How stupid does he think I am! As if a piece of tin foil would do the job!!! Additionally he mentioned I should purchase a new $2000.00 fridge if the tin foil "bandage" did not do the job. 4 hrs after he left the same freezing problem occurred. What a waste of my money. I since called a company with a reliable service technician who has the training and knowledge to repair it properly. Therefore I cannot recommend this company. read more

Super efficient service! Loi and his helper (I want to say daughter, maybe?) were here in less than an hour after I called on a Saturday morning about my fridge not cooling. He had the part (fan) with him, got it installed, and was back out the door in about 40 minutes. He's friendly, just not chatty! I like his focus on the job. read more

We have used this company before and are always happy with the results. I called Saturday about a broken 12 year old dishwasher and we determined it was not able to be fixed. The technician told me that they install dishwashers and the price was less than the appliance store quoted. We were able to find an in stock dishwasher on Sunday and bring it home. Monday AM I called to schedule an install and they were able to come within an hour. The install was done quickly and we now have a new working dishwasher! Very pleased with the service and the advice. read more

Dryer broke - called Accurate based on reviews. 45 mins later Loi arrived with the part and fixed the machine for a reasonable price. Unbeatable service. read more

I called on a Saturday morning as my dryer stopped heating, and he was here in about 30 minutes. Efficient, honest, direct and reasonable. Doesn't waste time on small talk - get there, get the job done and out before you know it! I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

Fast and reliable. Loi hunted down a hard to find part for my dishwasher. Fair price and very trustworthy. Highly recommend and will use them again. read more

Loi and his helper were at my place within 2 hrs of my call. They came in went downstairs worked on the dryer and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I will recommend these guys to anyone needing small appliance repair. Really decent pricing. read more

I called Accurate Appliance Services because my old whirlpool duet washer got the F11 error (apparently very common and known issue with whirlpool). I tried the web to see if I could fix it myself, tried re-setting it, all to no avail. I stumbled on this company and after reading the reviews, called and let him know what the problem was. They came on a Sunday, no extra fees, replaced the faulty part and I was up and running again in an hour. The repair took 1/2 hour but they remained on site to make sure the cycle finished properly. Very reasonable prices. If you want a fantastic repair person for your appliances, call Accurate! read more

Loi was fast, efficient and had the parts on hand to fix our dryer within 60 mins. He is affordable and saved us a lot of money by not having to buy a new apartment washer/dryer. The problem was the tumbler bearings were completely worn out and our heater coil was bust. Hence why it wouldn't turn on. It works like new now. Don't be put off by his direct and to the point mannerism. He wastes no time with niceties but is still polite. He literally asks you the problem and books a time. Then when he arrived he went straight to work. He did ask us to clean up the dirt and lint that was left behind from the dryer. But honestly with how affordable and efficient he was I was totally happy to sweep up some dust. Especially if it saved us from replacing the unit. read more

Really friendly! He came right away, figured out the problem quick and was honest with the cost. No problems at all. Would recommend.

This morning my nearly new, but out of warranty dryer started making a grinding noise that changed in pitch and intensity. The manufacture's recommended service company's wait time was 10 days. I read the reviews for all the appliance service companies on here and selected Accurate Appliance Services I'm glad I did, Loi (Lou) came out within a couple of hours and discovered the problem was a shifted blower housing rubbing on the drum. He fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the whole experience with Accurate Appliance Services and would definitely recommend them. read more

Loi came on very short notice (within 2.5 hours of my phone call) and was able to fix my stove for a reasonable price. When I sent him a picture of the problem he was able to give me a quote over the phone whereas other companies I had to talk to a call centre and they were not able to come for days. read more

Loi and his partner arrived within 2 hours of my call. My front load washing machine would not drain and I had a washer full of water and clothes. He diagnosed a broken water pump, and as he had one with him, it was replaced and the washer was working within 30 minutes. He is a man of few words but is polite, fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend Accurate Appliance Services. read more

Excellent service start to finish! We contacted Loi to come fix our leaking washing machine. He was able to come fix it within 2 days and was the cheapest quote I obtained. All the other places charged extra for weekend premiums, or charged 2 hour minimums, or took ages to return our calls, or required an "assessment" before they would come back another day to fix it, etc etc etc. THEN I CALLED LOI! Loi knew his stuff and was able to get down to business and not waste time. He was fair and easy to deal with. Our washer was back up and running in no time! I highly recommend him and we awould def use him again if we need him in the future! A+++++ service. Thanks Loi! read more

Had 2 appliances, dishwasher and clothes washer, both breakdown on the weekend. Called Accurate Appliance Services, solely based on prior reviews. Called Monday morning, Loi arrived at noon, fixed both machines within an hour. Quick, professional, knowledgeable, and saved me what I was expecting to be appliance replacement. Highly recommend!! read more

We found out our freezer wasn't working on a Saturday at 10:30 am. Lou was her at noon and we were fixed and moving items back into the freezer at 1:00. Great service! read more

Loi just left my home. I called him 2 hours ago, took him about 1 hour to fix my fridge of 21 years. The fan was gone in the freezer and the water line was plugged. He did an amazing job, so fast and accurate. He owns this business and is a one man team, for 30 years. When you work for yourself I think you care more about your reputation. Bigger companies also have techs that sometimes are new at the game and don't do as good a job. I highly recommend Loi, he was very reasonable as well!!!! read more

I was very happy with the service. Loi came out within a couple hours of my calling and went right to work. He worked very efficiently and was able to disassemble my whirlpool dryer, locate the problem, replace the broken part, and reassemble it in half an hour. His rate was a little lower than the ones that Whirlpool would have sent - and they couldn't come until next week. Would definitely call Accurate again if I have an issue with any of my other appliances. read more

Fixed our washing machine in a quick and efficient manner. Reasonable price for the parts and repair. I was told the price before he did the repair. 4 stars because he left all the stuff he moved out of my laundry room in the hallway after rather than cleaning up after himself. But other than that I was satisfied. read more
