I've had this company do a number of appliance repairs at my rental unit. They have never once been on time ("on time" being at least a 4 hour appointment window). They don't call. They schedule all day appointments, then no-show and no-call. They were supposed to install a control board in my 2 year old washing machine this afternoon (purchased from Appliance Outlet, of course), that has been non-functional for three weeks now. "Between 1 and 5", they said. When I hadn't heard from anybody all afternoon, I called them to make certain someone was coming, which they reassured me someone was. So I waited. And waited. Nobody showed up. Nobody called. I didn't hire them, and wouldn't, but the property manager seems to like using them. I have now told her not to send them over again. It would probably have cost me less to hire someone reliable myself to fix the machine than the value of the time I've lost sitting around waiting for chronic lates and no-shows. Don't hire these people for your repairs. Don't buy anything from them. They're patently unreliable.
