I submit a service request and few mins i got a call from Advance appliance. I Explained the issue of my samsung dryer not heating. I asked for same day service due to emergency reason i need all my cloths done before i go on a flight next day. I needed all my clothings done before that day. Great service. We called on a Sunday morning and had a technician at our house in about an hour. Mark was friendly, efficient, and explained what needed to be done in a way we could understand.
