Very good service. The food is great and after 9 they have half price appetizers. I am usually in a party of 8-16 people and we have never had an issue getting tables setup for us, though we usally go a bit later. Our party has been going here for at least a year, maybe twice a month. They honor the unlimited wings special ($10.99) even though some of the people in my party regularly eat 10+ plates of them. We always ask to be waited on by Tasha because she is always in a good mood and does an awesome job with every aspect of being a waitress in general. She always goes the extra mile as far as service. All the wings are great, the nachos are great, the wonton tacos are great, the whisky bacon burger is great, and all the pasta is great. read more

We arrived around 4:45 this afternoon and despite clean tables on the other side of the restaurant we were seated in an area they were cleaning. Which would be understandable but they were actively cleaning the whole area. Our table was so sticky our menus were sticking to the table. When we asked to move we were told we could only move within that section. To other tables that were currently dirty. We didn't receive any kids menus for my sisters, had to request them. Then had to use a pen for the activities because we were practically ignored other than being rushed for our order. Which came out lukewarm other than the bottom side of the bowl of the Mac n cheese for my daughter. My sister choked on her mozzarella stick because the cheese was so stretchy and rubbery it just went down her throat like a rope. I had to pull it out like a magic trick. When I told my waitress and asked for fries, with no emotion she goes "ok" I didn't request it, but did have my burger removed off my bill. I'm pregnant so I requested no red meat, and it took me over a minute to chew the smallest bite because it was so dry I could barely get through it. Way over cooked. So I just ended up eating my fries and a few wings. Honestly, I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. So I got a call from Aaron, the manager, about my visit. He was very receptive and listened. He apologized and said that Charles would get some more training and to give it another try. So a couple weeks later my friend and I returned. Ordered the same food. It was good, cooked the right way. Service was better. Still slow, but friendlier and she didn't complain the whole time. It was anything to write home about food wise. However, the strawberry margarita was worth writing home about. If I wasn't driving, I would've got another one. So alcohol, 5 stars. I was eating with my dad on fathers day and he ordered a burger. Right and he looked at it close and to his surprise the bun had mold on it.

Really disappointed. Let me start off we got seated and we waited for almost 15 minutes for the server to come to our table. The time that we went there the restaurant was slow they had only 3 tables. After the server came to our table without apologizing for our wait it took him forever to get our drinks but he was fast when he brought our check without asking if we wanted anything else. Overall decent experience. Third visit to this location in the past three years. Matt, our sever, served us well. I ordered the $1 Adios drink while I waited for my friend. It is Applebee's September promotion. The drink was not to my liking so I gave it to my friend who enjoyed it. It was too sweet for my taste, I would've preferred more alcohol. We ordered and with good timing our food came out. I ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tender. The dish was good but it had more of a liquid sauce texture that I did not like for 'Mac and cheese'. When you hear Mac and cheese you think 'ooey gooey' and you also think 'elbow or cavatappi noodles' not penne. Regardless I ate the entire plate and was full. read more

Show up for a late lunch. Did the 19.99 12oz New York strip deal. Came with a baked potato (1.49 upcharge for loaded) and a house salad. The salad was a chopped salad and I opted for the blue cheese dressing. Oh the steak. I ordered medium and got a well done slab. Lucky for me it wasn't totally dry. Flavor was ok so I added some steak sauce. Most steaks I like can stand on their own. This one needed the help. The baked potato was baked at one time but when I got it a tepid room temp spud was what I got. At least it was workable. Real bacon bits and cheese with butter. Which would have been a nice melty combo but that spud wouldn't melt much of anything anymore. Salad was average. read more

Great place. We went on Sunday night and were seated right away. A big plus was that the restaurant was entirely no smoking. The waitress, Ashley, was wonderful and tolerant of our one-year-old's attempts at getting everyone's attention. The food was great and the prices were just right. This post Covid world is full of disappointments and the food industry is among my biggest frustrations. It seems like everywhere we go these days we get slooooow and rude service along with poor quality food. Last night was a breath of fresh air! My husband and I went out after a long day. I felt like steak; he wanted something simpler...so, we went to Applebee's. To be honest, the food was so-so. My steak was way over cooked and had to go back. The second one was chewy, but I still left with a full stomach. Even more, though, I left with a full heart. Our server, Logan, was so delightful! He gave us hope for a better tomorrow. He was fun, positive, and attentive, but not pushy or intrusive. He anticipated our needs with skill and handled the overcooked steak with joy instead of cynicism. If it were just about the food, I probably wouldn't be quick to return, but Logan redeemed the night and made me want to frequent just to bless him if nothing else. When the restaurant is full of empty tables and the waitress tells you that she cant seat you because shes waiting on a waiter, that's pretty stupid. How hard is it to seat someone and just let them know that the waiter will be a little while? I'd rather be seated and have a drink than sit up front looking at all the empty tables. We have had great steaks in the past (4 years) but last visit 2 tries on the medium rare steak were both total failures. This after a cold baked potato. And the other meal was barely eatable. Not just overcooked but smashed to dryness. The 2 steaks were clearly medium to well done. The server was kind and apologetic and clearly embarrassed. Winner! One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Period. Ordered the two for $25. The waitress forgot to put in our order so we had an excessively long wait. Then when the food finally arrived it was mediocre at best. My wife got the steak that was tasteless and had a weird texture. I got the fried shrimp with Cole slaw. It came out with French fries instead so when I told the waitress, rather than just bring out Cole slaw she took the whole plate away. I shouldn't have said anything. The Cole slaw tasted rotten. So bad that it took my appetite away. I had asked for tartar sauce, the waitress forgot. When the sauce finally came out it tasted weird. I asked for a box so we could take the rest of the shrimp home and get out of there. The waitress forgot. Sorry Applebee's, zero stars, won't be back. read more

We were pleased to be able to eat at Applebee's since we had a 2-for-1 coupon. So we decided to go over our lunch break. We arrived and were seated at 11:25am and the waitress took our order almost immediately. We didn't order an appetizer because we were sort of on a time crunch and didn't want to wait any extra time. After waiting for almost 35 minutes the waitress comes out to tell us that our food "should have been out already, but they had to remake my burger because they put cheese on it" ... mind you this is the FIRST time she came out to say anything at all. We had been sitting there for THAT long with no notice as to WHY.... She approached us to tell us what was going on and I told her I was very unhappy and that I'd like to speak to a manager. He came over right away and was very apologetic and even gave us a free meal and packaged it to go. Unfortunately when I got back to work and FINALLY got to sit down to eat my burger it was pink in the middle, the Cowboy Burger is supposed to come with crunchy onion straws and bacon and the all the toppings that you get with a normal burger. Mine had the soggiest onion straws just mushed right into the bread, the bacon was flacid and there was NO toppings at all.. no lettuce or tomatoes or onions or pickles... NOTHING. The fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday and had been sitting under a heat lamp ALL day. I had a bad feeling because I've had bad experiences with Applebee's before, but this solidifies the fact that Applebee's just rides on their name and NOT customer service. Well, it's Applebee's, so don't expect a culinary delight. I had not been in years. It used to be one of our favorites 15 years or so ago. Either my taste has improved or the food has diminished. We went for lunch. Service was fine. We were seated immediately and drinks and food came out quickly. The downside was the quality of the food. I ordered the Bourbon Street steak. It used to be pretty good. Now, I'm not sure what kind of meat they use. It was so light in color, it almost appeared to be pork. But the taste was not pork, nor did it really taste like beef. Some sort of hybrid? Or maybe some animal I've never tried before. Moose perhaps. It wasn't awful, just not a $16 steak. Would have been acceptable for $8. My son said his chicken strips were fine, but they looked like frozen strips to me. Probably get better ones at Hardee's (Carls Jr). Go across the street to Cheddars if the line isn't too long. read more

The downfalls were that there was no one at the host station so I had to wait up front until he appeared to take me to our table and he disappeared again, thankfully I noticed when the rest of my table arrived and that it seemed like it took far too long to get our food, so I don't know if that was the kitchen or the server. read more

We were there for lunch, and from the time it took to sit down, till the time we left, was over an hour. That doesn't work too well when you have an hour lunch to work with. I never expect much from Applebee's. I haven't been to an Applebee's in years and it seems they've gotten worse. My steak was cold, my shrimp under cooked, and the entire meal had a funk like it had been left in the fridge for a week past the expiration date. The girl who helped me on the phone was great, she practically read the whole menu to me on the phone in the middle of lunch hour. she did tell me about 15 minutes for curbside pickup and it was about 30-35 as I watched every other car get their food and read the USA Today. Went to Applebee's tried the two for 25..... For the spinach dip :( tasted like they took it out of freezer put a tablespoon of cheese on it and put in microwave. Was very gross watered down , no flavor other then grossness. Then my food comes and right on top is a thick curly hair from a beard ( which looked like a hair from the lower region ). I was disguised and instead of asking me what I wanted she grabs a plate and gets me another . I couldn't eat after knowing the same cook was going to prepare my food!!! My experience was excellent. My friend and I went in and was seated right away. Our waiter was fast, you could tell he had good knowledge of the menu and specials going on, friendly, you could tell he enjoys his job. Even after we got our food he checked back with us to make sure we were good. The food was cooked perfectly which says a lot. I got the 8 oz steak and it was perfect. Keith our Waiter made sure it was exactly how we wanted it before he left us with it. The vegetables had good flavor and the Mac and cheese was good. It wasn't a long wait on the food.
