My husband and i ate at your restaurant on primrose. I had the chicken parmashan fettuccine. The fettuccine was disgusting . It looked mushy, like it had been leftover from the night before. I paid $50 for the Shrimp 'N Parmesan Sirloin* (I added extra shrimp, onion toppers, and onions) - they tried to pull a fast one on me by replacing it with a $10 piece of chicken (had shrimp so I know it was swapped but did not have extra shrimp or the toppings AND they failed to mention the swap when they called about my husbands ribs) . Also, my husband ordered a full rack of Double-Glazed Baby Back Ribs , they actually called me about this one to let us know they were out. We agreed on 2 chicken sandwiches as a replacement because of the price difference. They only sent one, and put lettuce and tomato on it when asked for it to be removed. Want to know what they offered us? A $20 gift card that does not even cover the difference between my STEAK and the chicken I received. The manager sounded inebriated, and didn't even sound like he cared. Thank goodness for DoorDash. They made it right. Never again!!!!! I want to clarify, we spent $180 for 4 people. Went today for lunch. Burger I ordered was an overcooked smashburger - dry & burnt & definitely not anything like the pic on the menu. We ordered a Blondie for dessert & was served a dry piece of cake with ice cream & caramel sauce. Complained & it was replaced with the same dry cake with the correct sauce & pecans on top - we ate it but certainly not like the Blondie from the past! Pittyful For what we ordered. Should have been told 2 for 25. But no. It was 37.00 Pretty pathetic. The waitress put our food down on our table and said enjoy and turned and walked away quickly. And we did not even have any silverware at all. Then had to get up and find someone so we could get something to eat with. By the time we got silverware our food no longer sizzling. Hot. Very disappointed. As another waitress had to bring our silverware. And our waitress did not even apologize. It was salty food was service terrible food not great. For the price we paid. What was worse? Is the menu show two for 25 and what we had ordered it was off the regular part was the same thing and we could've got it for two for $25 but no we paid 18 for one and 16 for another one which is $34 could've saved us nine or $10 if they would've had silverware brought to us when they brought the food the waitress might've got a better tip in fact we still gave her. We gave her over 10% tip for poor service. We're not going to Applebee's no more this is our third time, but there is no waiting. It was lunchtime. The manager's attitude, tone and customer service was horrible. Sat at the bar to get their new holiday drinks to-go to try. (Mind you there were only 2 people sitting at the bar including myself and maybe 2 other tables) One of the servers took my order then proceeded to go in the kitchen and was never saw again and never rang in my order. So that left me sitting at the bar for about 20 minutes before someone else actually rang in my order. And by that time my friend that was waiting on me decided to just come wait inside with me since it was taking so long. The server then proceeded to come back and tell me that she wasn't going to serve me because I ordered multiple drinks and she assumed I was going to give them to my friend ( she is not of age). So I ask if I can just order one since I had been waiting so long and they still would not serve me under that assumption. So, I proceeded to ask if they would serve me if I was to just come back later by myself because I wanted to try the new drinks. In which the manager proceeded to get rude and snappy and tell me that they have the right to refuse service to anyone and they were not going to serve me even if I was to come back. We were on our own for Thanksgiving. We chose to go celebrate at Appleby's. Loved the holiday menu. Food was very good. The service personnel were cheerful and quick. The place was almost completely full, with fun families and even some of our friends. Blessed day! read more

The only thing they got right was the drinks. The Zesty chicken had rice that must have been days old...inedible. We arrived at 9:30 for a quick meal and drink in mind for 6 people. The restaurant took an hour and a half to make the most watered down drinks. Didn't even tell two of the table they were out of what they wanted and tried to dismiss it. No apps ordered and by the time the food came, it was closing, we were so hungry and watched others that arrived after us getting their meals and beverages. They offer to comp our food and get it to go, as they were eagerly trying to close. Gabby- the one who made it all right- is a saint. She was so sweet and helpful, and none of our experience would have been negative if we could have had her at the beginning. We get home- they said they added extras and what not and two meals weren't even there and the "extras" were scrapped from the bottom of the end of the night. Worst experience ever at a Applebees and I highly doubt any of us return to this location. But, give Gabby a raise or promotion, she was all that salvaged our experience tonight. read more

Service was poor. Food was not very good. Chicken was rubbery, pasta was hard and not hot. Took 35 minutes to get the yucky food. This was not at peak time either. This was a Friday between 1 and 3 in the afternoon. Not a big deal but weird... we had to pass out our own silverware and napkins. 3 knives, 3 forks, wrapped in 10+ napkins. I have no problem with this place. The staff is a bit weak, but the food is good. I really prefer that my servers and the people bringing my food not be covered in tattoos. It's just a quirk of mine. I'm not one to complain, I don't think I've ever made a negative review before. I've been in the service industry for 7 1/2 years and have a ton of patience. We were patient when there was a bug in our drink. We were patient while watching 5+ employees standing at the bar laughing instead of doing any part of their job. We were patient when our appetizer (which was cold) came out at the same time as our entrées. We were patient and polite when we asked for one steak to be taken off of the bill because it was extremely undercooked and tough, somehow at the same time (which is truly a talent). We were patient with how we were basically ignored throughout our meal. We were patient with the hair in our food. What is hard to be patient with is when the manager comes over to the POS directly in front of us to discount $10 for the steak and doesn't say a word. This place really has gone downhill and if these things are considered acceptable, I can't imagine just how gross the galley and kitchen are. read more

Honestly the food wasn't too bad tonight (the reason for the two star review) My husband and I did the 2 for 25 deal. I had the three cheese chicken penne (pretty good) and my husband had the 8oz steak. He said that the steak tasted like hamburger, he ordered it rare and it came out med well. Now, my number one complaint was our server. She took FOREVER to greet us. (About 10 minutes) then she took our drink order and disappeared for another long period of time. Our food took a long time to come out, and when it did, it came out with the wrong sides. When we pointed out the incorrect sides to her she was very snippy about having to fix it. Worst experience. I came to have dinner with my daughter. I ordered a perfect margarita. I poured it and took a sip. W when I went back for sip number two there was a bug in my drink. The bartender took it back and made a new one. We ordered our appetizer(Spinach dip)and entrees(steaks). Everything came out at once. The dip was cold. Our dinners were mixed up. The steaks were terrible. I took one bite and never touched it again. It was undercooked and the flavor was awful. We asked stir it to be removed from the bill.
