The new cheese hamburger is not as appears. Menu and commercial ads show a plate of cheese. Ours had on little scoop under the burger. When questioned manager, she said " that was all it was. Absolutely will never come into this Applebees again. The manager Tiffany really proved what she thinks of patrons that look like me. I called to try to speak with another manager, leaving my name and number and no one reached back out so I'll chalk it up to I'm not welcomed there. Long story short me and my family went out for lunch, including my elderly grandmother. Maybe half an hour into our visit, appetizers already on the table, drinks, we are clearly settled in. Another family is seated directly behind us, and they pull the shade down. I explained to the manager, Tiffany, that we want the shade up and we know there's a larger table behind them that maybe would be more comfortable. She suggests WE move! Then when I made it clear that's not happening she proceeds to go to the table behind me saying the table(our table) is complaining about the blinds! We went there last night about 9:40pm and the place was about half full. We stood at the front door waiting for the host to seat us but he was missing for about ten minutes. We were seated by a waiter. There was a lot of drama going on with the staff. While we were waiting to be greeted we watched the bartender skip out on making drinks to go text and make calls on her phone. The bar was empty and customers were just looking around for the bartender waiting on drinks. It was very awkward. Finally a manager came out but I guess he didn't know how to make drinks so he made a soda and disappeared. Finally our waitress Shelby came to our table. While she was somewhat attentive at first, that died off quickly and we were left without drinks and the option to order our food. Where we were seated we could see into the kitchen area where the ice machine was. Someone dropped a tray of food on the floor in the kitchen and stormed off. The food and broken dishes were never cleaned up. Then another waitress took an ice bucket to be filled up, saw the food on the floor, threw the ice bucket down and left it on the floor in the middle of the food and broken dishes. She went to scream and yell at the kitchen staff. We ordered two burgers from the 2 for $28, a whiskey bacon burger and a regular cheeseburger. I ordered my burger to be cooked medium well and my wife's cheeseburger was to be cooked well done. They both came with fries. We ordered the dollar margaritas, and when they finally came, they were delicious. We ordered another round. Our food came out and they had mixed up the patties. My plate was covered in fries and my wife's plate had 10 fries. The onion ring appetizer was good. We never got the second round of drinks. Missing bartender again. There was one customer that was waiting for 20 minutes for her drinks to be done she was standing at the bar waiting. So we decided to cancel them and left. This was the worst experience of the worst experiences at this location and we won't be back. I would leave no stars if it was an option. read more

Just called about missing an item an the manager told me they do not sell wings in 18 counts. However if you go through Uber eats like I did you can get 9, 18 or 30. I got the 18 and ended up with only 9. The managers response to the problem was that I call Uber and have them come get the new wings free of charge, which isn't possible because I tried that with Uber. This is a solid Applebee's location. The location looks like any other Applebee's. The customer service stands them out of the crowd. They have great service from the time you enter to the time you exit. They greet you when you enter and say goodbye when you exit. Most of the staff are friendly and have smiles. We have eaten here quite a few times and have not ever had a bad experience. The menu is the menu and the food is generally good. You are not coming to Applebee's for a gourmet meal, however you will get a good meal. That is served in ample time. This location has 1/2 priced apps after 9 pm. For me today was the final straw for me for applebee's, i honestly can't recall having a good meal from them. At first i just thought it was the timing but today we went earlier than we normally do and the food was still horrible. As u can see from the pictures the noodles were dry, stuck together and flavorless i couldn't even eat them at all. I had to ask for some extra sauce for the chicken and noodles but that didn't help at all. The chicken was okay but it was very over cooked kind of cut my gums because i didn't expect it to be that hard. Wow...Applebee's. I was here for a great event....my Mom's birthday. We had a short wait time as everyone was not available for seating. Typical chain-restaurant procedure I guess. Well we had about 16-20 in our party. Service was very good. The appetizers were good....spinach dip, buffalo wings and salads. The waiter was able to handle all of our party and even pulled in 2 additional tables for the unexpected arrivals!!! My "oriental chicken salad" was good. It came with a sweet honey vinaigrette. I had to switch out for a simple oil and vinegar because it was way too sweet. I was surprised how calm and quiet the restaurants was on a Sat afternoon.
