    The Apple Store in the Ross Park Mall is a prime example of how to do business. Employees are always available to help a customer, but never overwhelm them by badgering constantly, hoping to make a sale. The sales staff is made up of hardworking and passionate workers who are friendly and helpful. One of the managers, Erik, proved to be an exceptionally helpful, bright and friendly help to me as I was trying to purchase an Apple Watch for my girlfriend. He took personal care over my needs and made sure I left the store satisfied. He is a good representation of great customer service and his sales employees are an extension of that. People who complain about their experiences here don't seems to understand the logistics of running an Apple Store. Yes, it is going to be busy, loud and energetic. No, you will not be pounced on by sales associates asking you what you need. Yes, Apple products are rather pricey. If you want help with something, just ask an employee and notice how well they respond to make sure you are taken care of. If you want to be assaulted with "Hey, can i help you find something today" type questions and then have an employee stand over your shoulder will you look around, go to Journey's. You'll love it. And if you don't like Apple products or their prices, go buy yourself an inferior phone, tablet or laptop that has a 10% chance of blowing up in your face. Enjoy that. Visiting the Apple Store in Ross Park is a pleasant and enthusiasm-filled experience that reflects how Apple does business.

I asked for a paper printout bill in the store, and the sales associate covered this up with a black marker!!! They were obviously trying to sneak in these additional monthly charges without me realizing!!! (You can't even remove Next Up from your account for 14 days after signing up, the perfect amount of time for you to forget.) Furthermore, they intentionally didn't tell me I needed to upgrade my phone plan to get the phone trade-in deal. They told me to take my old phone home to "make sure everything transfers okay to the new phone." When I returned a couple of days later to trade in my old phone, they told me I'd have to upgrade my plan to a more expensive one to do the trade in. I imagine they do this to make sure people don't opt to keep their much cheaper old plan and just buy the new phone as opposed to upgrading the plan, which they likely have an incentive to do. Maybe they also think some people will forget to bring their old phone back or not understand how the deal works. The manager didn't tell me about the upgrade options and signed me up with a more expensive option with all of these features I don't need without my consent! Good thing I realized this when I got home! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

I was told my new phone would be $800 and I could add on a watch for free with added $10 service for the watch. I agreed. All of my payments were being debited from my account and I am partially to blame for not paying better attention to this sooner. I noticed I was being charged $850 for the phone. No big deal. What's an extra $50. Then I noticed I was being charged for the price of the watch. I really didn't even use the watch either. This is where I had a problem. I went to talk to them about it and they politely told me there was nothing they could do for me. I did not qualify for the free watch and too much time had passed. I have an issue with being told the wrong information by an employee. Maybe he should know the correct specials. I decided to drop T-Mobile and go with Verizon where I got a better deal. I am still sad about leaving TMobile but I'm saving money with Verizon. They paid off my old phone and gave me a brand new phone for switching. I also get a discount on my internet for having both services. It made sense. I've had only good experiences with Verizon. Customer service has been excellent. I am not happy I had to leave T-Mobile. Please make sure your employees know what they are talking about T-Mobile. I have become more diligent on my end as well. Lesson learned.

The assistant manager told me about the trade in program and that I could get $380 bill credit for the new phone. The manager was very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunalty they did not have any in stock, But they did order the phone and it only took about one week to get. Super deal and great customer service. I have had T-Mobile for over 6 years and love the service. I highly recommend this T-mobile dealer and T-Mobile service.
