I am not a Walmart shopper. Had to make a return. While walking out, I was looking at all the little businesses in the front of the store. I recently noticed my screen wasn't responding like I wanted it. I couldn't blame it on autocorrect. I needed a new screen. Talk n Fix didn't have any customers. I had time. Mariom promptly acknowledged me, asked me about my phone, and replaced my screen protector. Could I have replaced my screen protector? Yes. Would I have done a nice job and in a timely fashion? Good efficient business. I walked into the mall and found the booth right away. The gentlemen said he would have to order a new LED screen for my Samsung Galaxy 8. He ordered the parts so I didn't have to worry about that part. It came in a few days and I walked back in, took 40 minutes to repair my phone. I am very pleased with his work. read more

Two weeks ago, I was scammed into a discounted phone screen repair by a Talk n Fix Kiosk salesperson at the Ross Park Mall location in Pittsburgh, Pa. I was offered a discount, speedy turnaround, free three month warranty, and a complimentary screen repair. I tipped the salesperson 20% for his generosity and efficient service. Huge mistake! Immediately, the screen protector had to be replaced because it was tinted gray in color and distorted the colors on my phone screen. They replaced it the next day, even offering my choice of tacky knock-off Otter Box cases. I declined. Also, a contact in my mobile phone reached out to me. Apparently Talk n Fix inadvertently emailed my receipt info out to my contacts at random, providing my proprietary information. I have a huge problem with this lack of security with personal financial information. A week later, a noticeable streak on my screen from the screen protector. Two weeks into this "service" my entire display shut down. I went to an Apple Store, who diagnosed and verified the problem to be a defective phone screen. Talk n Fix refuses to issue a refund, claiming they can swap out the screen for repair. I don't trust their service, nor do I have faith they can actually fix my phone screen. I would not recommend this scamming business. Additionally, for a mere $30 more, I could have just gone directly to Apple for a legitimate fix. that's interesting Bashir, because when I googled the phone number attached to me receipt, this was the business associated with the phone number. Also, when I called about my options, someone named Bashir, called me back and left a voicemail. Finally, when I went to talk n fix for a screen protector, the employee walked me down to street talk for options. Thanks for your reply. read more
