Manny did a price match for me. This was important because I have paid for many repairs full price before and it gets expensive. This time I was a first time customer for Dr. Phone Fix. My 6 year old shattered his glass screen even with an Otterbox on it. Manny was very professional and polite. The whole experience was pleasant for an unpleasant situation for myself. I would recommend this shop to anyone as he fixed my son's iPad screen in less than an hour. You cannot even tell it was broken and it was nearing damage to the LCD which this prevented. Thank you!

I have small hairline cracks all over my phone even though I put a screen protector on it the second i got it back and have never dropped it again. Also, my touchscreen has never ever worked the same since getting a new screen- slow to respond, longer to type messages. Overall it's not good quality and I haven't been happy since it's been fixed. Update: as I went to replace my phone case my actual screen pulled up away from my phone. This is garbage.

It was going to cost more than $300 to repair and only 30 day warranty. I declined the repair. Greg took care of me, a few weeks ago, when I stopped by Rotten Apples. He literally took less than 5 mins to pop some screws in and I could open and close my lap top with no problems!! I was going to pay, he said, no charge, so I put some money in the tip jar. He just doesn't know how much that made my whole week! Extremely appreciative! I highly recommend Rotten Apples! Thanks again, Greg :-)

But I thought I'd give Computiverse a try since I had had so many good experiences with them in the past. Paul began the surgery and told me that my hard drive was on the verge of cardiac arrest. He explained to me that a new solid state replacement was available, that had no moving parts, and that it would provide an upgrade from the original part. So I took my external hard drive with the latest back-up to him and he did the change-out. This thing is now lightning fast! Faster than it has ever been! And I am thrilled with the results! Thank you Paul! And thank you Computiverse! You guys are the best! So glad you are there! Bob McBride

During a routine cleaning and replacment of heat transfer compund in August 2022 the receptionist, David, called to explain that during the process the keyboard broke. The technician, Connor, explaned that it was probably due to the age of the device causing brittleness. Over the next months, at least 4 replacement keyboards were installed. Each time the keyboards had functional failure of some of the keys but in every case, there was a deformation of the keyboard in the same spot. Something was distending the keyboard from the backside in the same spot. On each replacement, the keys in that section failed outright or had intermittent problems. Ultimately, even using a keyboard stated to be an OEM part suffered the same problem. Rob was adamant that he could not properly diagnose the problem with out having the password for computer access. I could not imagine how full access to the computer's function would solve a physical mechanical problem. I opened the inner back compartment, located the a screw in the place where keyboard was deformed, removed it and the problem was resolved. Rob, I am cancelling my appointment today and sadly will never be using your services again.
