I went to have a dozen files printed and bound and the printing manager told me to use the self service. I tried and the printers were not working properly, he was standing nearby and heard my struggle yet refused to help. Offered me "credit" if I leave it for a day to be printed. I left and went to FedEx Kinkos where I was treated well. Terrible service and I'll never be back. read more

I was at both Staples and IKEA looking for a desk & chair. Tony, the agent helping me at Staples, was a pleasure to work with, and this store offered me the better price, free next-day delivery by UPS (as opposed to an unknown third party delivery by IKEA), and the staff was extremely professional and respectful. It was an easy decision for me as far as who to go with for my desk/chair, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Staples again. read more

I went to print 30 pictures from my phone, all in one album, some pictures duplicates and the older lady at the desk for printing who was already complaining about not having a lunch told me that 30 is completely unreasonable and unless on a thumb drive she will not have the time to help me. She was "too hungry" and had paged "am I ever going to get a lunch break today?" over to her other associates prior to assisting me. Only 4 pictures can be printed via email and my request was "not a few pictures but rather hours of work". Never had an experience like this at this staples before but this older lady with short hair definitely was not there to help any customer. read more

I recently went to this location recently to print my wedding invitations and I worked with Barry in the print shop. He was AWESOME-- so knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. He gave me great recommendations when I didn't really know what I was doing or asking. My invites were also done quickly and inexpensively. I got everything I needed for ~100 invites, envelopes and all, for about $325. And they look perfect, exactly how I envisioned them! If I ever need stuff printed in the future, this is definitely where I'll go, especially in a day when Barry's working. read more

I went to Staples in Cranberry Twp this evening and had the worst customer service. I was looking for five star binders and walked around the store and did not see an employee until I was in the back of the store. She was stocking notebooks and I felt bad bothering her, but I didn't want to continue walking around so I asked for her assistance. I'm pretty sure I was bothering her, without stopping what she was doing, she told me they barely stock five star products. She didn't even ask what I was looking for or tell me where the "barely stocked" five star products were. She seemed miserable working in a customer service position and offered no sort of help. I said sorry for bothering her and left the store. I won't be back...no service and a lack of employees made my experience here below average! read more

Be sure to check prices at other stores before buying any electronics, printers, etc. at Staples because their prices are significantly higher. Also, their 14 day return policy is crap. I wasn't even offered a merchandise credit. Now I am out $90 and stuck with a printer that doesn't work. read more
