I've been to this location twice and I've found the staff to be very professional and they worked quickly to take care of each person and keep the line moving smoothly. My first visit was to mail 2 packages and that was very successful and much easier than expected. There are lots of other great shops in this plaza so it's a great way to accomplish more than one task. My second visit was to get fingerprinted for a background check. I was early for my appointment, but they took me early, which was great. They have a very modern machine that takes your fingerprints, and the clerk skillfully guided me through the process. read more

Let me preface this by saying I don't have a high bar for customer service. These folks who help us every day suffer from unreasonable customers and I'm highly sympathetic. That said, what a terrible experience yesterday (2/12/25) at this location. I needed a document notarized, called ahead to confirm an available notary, and arrived 15 minutes before 6pm close. Waited in line 6 minutes until 5:51, at which point the person (who I'll avoid naming) assisting me was the notary and the person I'd spoken with. He refused to notarize the document claiming "it was too late and the process takes too long. You should've come in earlier." As a lawyer, I have plenty of experience with notaries and it doesn't take but a few minutes. This response was absurd. I pleaded with him in the most polite manner possible until it became obvious he just didn't want to help. At that point, I began asking him repeatedly (and rhetorically) to tell me how long it takes and what tasks are entailed. We argued from 5:51 until 5:56, at which point he finally responded "FINE, I'll handle it." He then delayed it two more minutes to do other package-moving tasks first before starting on the process at 5:58. Incredibly, I was out the door by 6:02. FOUR MINUTES. Mind you, there were still other customers in the store (who came in AFTER me and who no doubt thought I was being unreasonable until they saw the process did not, in fact, "take too long."), so I was absolutely not the reason this location couldn't close right at 6pm, which seemed to be his goal. Clearly, those other customers weren't denied service because their request spilled past 6pm! My suggestion is to go in the morning and deal with the people there then. They're usually nice and professional. This experience was positively ludicrous and this location should be embarrassed by this sort of customer treatment "acumen." read more

Every time I have used this store, I have had a good experience. Albeit, some asks have taken longer to complete than other asks or tasks I have had to do here. However, it has always gotten done and completed the way I asked. Granted, the prices are a bit more here but if you ship often, you'll know that UPS & FedEx are generally more expensive than the USPS. Even with that fact, I continue to return here because I am met with a smile usually by the employees. I have worked with each but Tyler is always a real gem. He is patient and answers questions while also trying to help each customer efficiently and effectively. Wow! I just read a few of the reviews of this place. I can definitely see how there could be a fine line between having either a good experience, or a crappy encounter. First off, they certainly have a steady flow of customers. The services they provide are more than I ever realized. While waiting my turn, I noticed a sign stating they make keys. They also offer shredding services, fingerprinting , mailbox rentals, computer rental time, etc etc. Pretty impressive. However, the down side to all of these fabulous services is the fact that their shop is too, too, small for these levels of activites. Talk about a claustrophobic experience. Not to mention they only permit 6 customers inside the store due to covid. Truthfully, I cannot imagine anymore people than that anyway due to the limited floor space. This is the worst UPS store IMO. The owner, Ted, is really rude and will completely overcharge you if he thinks he can get away with it. He tried to sneak in charging me for insurance for a package that already had independent insurance...and he wasn't even going to mention it to me that he added it on. I took my package next door to the USPS instead and saved myself $75. I've also walked out of this place after being ignored for +10 minutes while he discusses nonsense with his employees and pretends to be busy. read more

Our issue with this store is really bad service and horrible passport photos. Customer service is not a description I would use when mentioning this store. My husband and I went to this store to get our passport photos. Both photos were just horrific. My husband is 6'4'' and the fellow taking the photo was approximately 5' 10" so his head, face and eyes didn't line up with passport requirements. Also his hair is white so the lighting was so bad that his head blends into the backdrop which is white. So we went back to have the photo taken again and they refunsed to take it unless we paid again. The bill for three photos was $51. I asked for a jpg file and they charged to scan the photo. So the file photo is now second generation and the quality is even worse. I wouldn't recommend going to this store for a passport photo, because you won't be happy. read more

Kathleen is the rudest women I've ever dealt with! Will never go here again. It took 40 minutes to return an area rug. (Granted 20 minutes was waiting outside due to store capacity) It was my husbands first time returning anything from Amazon and was not aware that it is the customers responsibility to remove the original shipping label. However the employe doing the return did not tell him to and proceeds to put the return label on the rug right beside the old shipping label, instead of simply telling him to remove it or applying it over top of it. So, later that night the rug was shipped back to us because they scanned the original label instead of the return label that was twice the size directly beside it. I called the store Monday morning and spoke to Kathleen, (which I later found out is the manager AND the employee who helped my husband). She was the least professional, rudest woman I have ever spoken to in my life. She offered no apology and kept speaking over me just saying it was my fault for not removing the label. When I asked why the employee ( not knowing it was her) didn't tell him too and why she put the new return label literally an inch from the old one she just kept saying it was my responsibility and then says "you're trying to blame us for something that was your responsibility" and she hung up on me. Then she called me back to ask more questions about where the labels were and kept saying maybe the employee didn't see it. I said it was right beside it and you'd have to be blind to not see it. She said very sarcastically "well maybe we have blind employees working here" and hung up on me AGAIN when I told her how rude she was being. I always get great reliable service when I go. Prices are reasonable and the packages arrive in a timely matter.

The worst UPS store ever! They refused to take my package because they wanted more "tape" on it. Then they didn't even offer any. A shipping company that doesn't have tape! A small problem for suck a large company....but this particular location couldn't handle that. Any other shipping store I've been to will gladly offer you packing tape! I would have even bought some! No tape, not even to purchase. The wait time to get in sucks! Waited for about 20 minutes to even get in the store. But over all, the customer service is really bad! I feel like was racism involved. I hope Amazon pulls out of contract with them. I was hoping for a relaxed experience, seeing that they made me bring my package in twice to tell me they refused to accept it. I can't say "bad customer service here" enough. Luckily, AMAZON has great customer service. They processed my return anyway. read more

FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! After purchasing a new car, we went here to have the final paperwork faxed out to make sure our car was registered to our name for the special features like remote lockout assistance. This paperwork included bank account numbers, social security numbers and copies of personal identification. The young lady took the paperwork and sent the fax with no questions or verifications. We paid and left. So, imagine our shock when we got a phone call from a hospital employee in Michigan letting us know she had all of our personal information!! It turns out the UPS store sent everything to the WRONG NUMBER!!! It is unclear how many people had access to or saw our information prior to the Good Samaritan who called us. Of course I immediately called the store and the GM's response was "good thing people are honest, huh?" He acknowledged that they failed to verify the phone number with me prior to sending the fax and gave me a refund because they were clearly in the wrong. However, when I pointed out the risk we are now in for identity theft, due to the stores failure to follow processes, he shrugged it off saying it wasn't his problem. My request was simple, I asked that they cover the coat of credit monitoring for 12 months to prevent other from using the information that was faxed out to the wrong number. The cost of this coverage is $17.99 per month, so we did not ask for anything outlandish. The GM flat out refused saying it wasn't his concern and that all he needed to do was give me a refund. For your own safety DO NOT GO HERE for anything pertaining to personal information. We are reporting this business to the better business bureau and trying to protect ourselves and others from the cost of their careless actions. read more

The worst customer service I've EVER experienced. After the owner provided me misinformation... the store manager Kathleen was rude, deceptive and accusatory. She wouldn't even even let me finish a single sentence without talking over me... and when I asked her to let me speak, she responded with "I'm busy!!" I wish I didn't have to write this review, but I feel compelled because of the persistence of the Manager Kathleen to make things right. A family member surprised me recently with a gift from home, something that might not be important to others, but it carried many memories for my family. On arrival the box was banged up and the contents were shattered. The package was insured, but corporate was not cooperating. Even after providing rounds of photos showing the damage the claim was denied. Kathleen understood the situation and went above and beyond to make sure this was resolved. She was very persistent and always prompt in communicating. Even mentioning pro tips like saving the box "just in case" and sure enough, we did need additional photos of the box and packaging for our claim. I understand accidents happen, we are thankful Kathleen assisted us. read more

The red-headed lady tells me that if I print from the computer in the corner and spend less than 3 mins logged in that I only get charged 3 dollars. I print 35 B&W copies and get charged $15. So I quickly run to get a different envelop and ask how much will this cost to ship I'm told around $3. Ok great. So I make the switch ( and everyone behind me wait a few more minutes) only to be told "ok that will be $15. What?! He just said, in front of a line of people, it would be "around $3". He knew what he did and I was not gonna make these people wait. I paid and left and will never go back. This happened last year to my husband. You got us twice- lol. Never again. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! I went in to send a fax to my car company. Waited for what seemed like forever!! When I was finally addressed, I was told to fill out a fax cover sheet with the information for sending which I did. Young lady behind the counter sent my fax, didn't ask any questions, and provided me with a confirmation page. All good, right? WRONG! I got a call the next day from a hospital in Detroit, MI who stated they had received my fax. My fax that included my SSN, my husband's SSN, our full banking details, a copy of my driver's license as well as all financial information and VIN number for my vehicle! When I went to the store and spoke to the owner Ted, he stated that my handwriting was the reason for the mistake, even though when I called earlier he said it was his policy to review all fax numbers with customers before they are sent (which did not happen). When I asked how the issue could be resolved, he shrugged and said he could give me my money back. ($7.50 for a 3 page fax) When I asked about whether he would be able to provide identity theft services, he looked at me and said what's done is done and he doesn't provide those services. I was furious. This store WILL be hearing from my lawyer. read more
