Kenny at the UPS store in Wexford saved my life today. I accidentally left my wallet in a box I was sending (an Amazon return) because I didn't feel like carrying in my purse so I threw everything in there. Two hours passed before I realized. Kenny kindly placed a plain white label over the "Next Day Air" sticker for me and that is how he found it ON THE TRUCK! He searched for it on the truck! Kenny is an angel and wouldn't even let me bring him a coffee! This is the friendliest place and they would do anything for their customers. I am proof! Thank you Kenny! I had a very complicated Amazon return. It was Monday near lunchtime, the store was crowded, and my return hit a snag, holding up customers. But Kelsey knew what to do. She ushered customers to her counter while explaining what I needed, giving me all the information and time that I needed. Best of all was that she taught me how to navigate Amazon's customer service. If it wouldn't have been for Kelsey, I never would have figured out how to return my 8 bulky wreaths to Amazon. This store is excessively expensive and offers poor customer service. The first example. I went to the store to mail a barrel (not a gun) back to the manufacturer for a repair. The store did not know if they were "allowed" to ship a barrel (a round piece of metal). But, they wanted to charge an expensive fee $20 to $30 to wrap it (a product that they would not ship). I went down to Mail and More where Harry packed the item and shipped it for a fraction of the excessive fee charged by the UPS Store in Wexford (and non of the non sense of having to deal with people that have no clue what they are doing). The second example is that the UPS store charges $15 for having a simple document notarized -- $5 maximum state notary fee BUT PLUS an additional $10 for a separate store fee that goes to the franchise owner. This store fee is ridiculous when there is a notary just down the street that does not charge a store fee twice what the state allows notaries to charge. You can get documents notarized for just $5 at the Mail and More store in Wexford where Harry provides better service and parking is easy. If you need a notary, it's easier and less expensive to just go see Harry at Mail and More. If you want to pay up for a franchise that provides poor customer service and will nickel and dime you you death on everything that should be part of the shipping service (including a separate fee to put a piece of tape on your box) then go to the UPS store. But if you want great customer service and help with packing and shipping at a great price, go to Mail and More in Wexford. It's convenient and customer friendly. read more

This UPS store offers many services, including printing, packing and shipping, mailboxes, a notary public, shredding papers, scanning and faxing, and passport photos. When I first entered the business, a friendly employee immediately said hello to me. I told her that I wanted to get a passport photo, and she told me that she would set up the photo area. Several minutes later, she took two photos of me and asked me which one I preferred. Then she printed two copies of the photo. One copy looked blurry, so the employee apologized to me, and she took another photo of me. She printed two copies of that photo, and those printouts turned out much better, although one photo had a tiny dot on my cheek and the other photo had a small line on my forehead. The employee thanked me for waiting and then rang up my purchase for $15 plus $1 tax. According to the U.S. Department of State's website, people are allowed to have a natural smile in their photos, but this UPS store told me to not smile. Also, my photo had a slight shadow on my face from the lighting, but thankfully the background did not have a shadow. UPDATE: One month later, I received my passport in the mail. The U.S. Department of State had no problem at all with my slightly imperfect photo. read more

Would not recommend the notary service. Was asked to come back at a later time when not busy to complete service needed. Had a small child with me, not the persons working fault, but felt like I was being pushed out so they could focus on other customers. I didn't utilize any other services there so can't speak to those offered. read more

Julie David is the best! I HIGHLY recommend her for all your printing needs. She has helped me with notes and projects for graduate school as well as printed so many things for our wedding! Everything printed is perfect and she goes above and beyond to help you without even asking. She stayed after her shifts to help with our wedding items to make sure they were done the same day we ordered them. Not only is Julie a hard worker, but she's a wonderful human as well.
