I have one issue here: an outlandish charge of $1 per page (I needed 5 B&W pages consisting only of text to be printed). The receipt (shown below) shows the printing services rung up as "postage/miscellaneous." And I would think there should be an itemized charge on the receipt specifically for printing. Doesn't seem ethical or reasonable, especially given the surrounding area as well as prices of things in general around here. I got the pages printed first then had to leave the store to get something and came back to get the notarizing done. He told me he would charge me for the printouts after I came back and now I question why he did that. I wish I had gone to FedEx or UPS for printing services (prices for FedEx shown below from the FedEx site). The way to make this right and change my review would be a refund for what was actually provided. Otherwise, I chose 2 stars for Yelp's category of "Could've been better."

He said his scale was too small to measure the weight. Took the package to UPS and they had the same size scale and the guy was easily able to measure the weight and get my package shipped. When I told the UPS guy about my experience at FedEx he just chuckled and he said my package was not too big or too bulky. Hence my conclusion that the guys in this store are just incompetent.

While we waited, he leaned over his counter and said, "wow, oh wow, and said many rude, insulting things to me and my family, staring like he was going to jump over the counter at us. And this is a federal employee?? Very unnerving. This employee was instantly a rude, unwell person in a near state of rage. There is no reason for this, no wonder good people don't wanna go out and have to deal with this caliber of employees for everyday things. They take no responsibility for charging enormous shipping charges for a 2 day delivery, and then not delivering it. They are charging for a service not provided. This wouldn't happen in the private sector. These people should not have jobs; especially government jobs.

I was early for my appointment, but they took me early, which was great. They have a very modern machine that takes your fingerprints, and the clerk skillfully guided me through the process.
