This store was very helpful I needed fingerprints done in a short period of time and not only did the staff help me on the phone and get my fingerprints done, they went out of their way when I was in the store to help me get everything I needed to mail them as well. Rudest place you can go! Each time I've gone they are never friendly. Went to drop off a package before work and at 8:30 went to the door. Owner was inside and just looked at me. 2 minutes later he comes to open the door. read more

I have been using the UPS store on McKnight Road for virtually all of my shipping and copying needs, as well as other incidentals, since I moved back here 21 years ago. I am in the store at least once/week, and more than that some weeks. I have always been treated right, and they have gone out of their way to be a help to me. I recommend them highly. read more

Everytime I go here I experience great customer service! They go out of their way to guide me to find the best option. Just say no should be the theme when in this store. Just dropping off a package with a pre-paid label involves getting solicited for more services and items. And don't make the mistake of ever buying USPS postage at the store, there is about a 13cent up charge for the same product being sold across the street. (Probably an employee just drives over on their lunch to get stamps and postage to just resell at the higher rate - should be illegal, imo.) Also the UPS Store return policy on new in original packaging and unused products is pretty awful too (it was no in my case.) read more

Would absolutely not recommend. Everytime I go in to simply drop a package off that has a mailing label and is tapped up, I'm in line for at least 15 minutes. To top it off, staff is always rude. Started out as a good experience but that faded when it came to them taking responsibility for a damaged shipment that they packaged. Blaming me for not paying more for packaging. They are great until something goes wrong and it's their fault. As you can tell by the review, I am not happy with the store at this point. Having Insurance doesn't mean anything. I had 15 displays that were dropped off to this particular store, and they needed to be sent to 15 different addresses. It was a project. I called the day before and Kathleen was beyond helpful and sent me the forms to fill out in advance. I called back a bit later and Ted, who I found out was the owner after the fact, was also beyond helpful. It's a shame that there are some bad reviews on here. It's too bad more people do not post that are patient and understanding of this business. Thanks Kathleen very much for making this process smooth and painless. read more

Over the past 2 days, we have spent $628.00 to ship 10 boxes across the country at this UPS store. The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, condescending and dismissive. They were unprofessional and discourteous serving at least 6 customers who came into the store after we did. They started serving us and would keep interrupting our order to serve other people. No one apologized for our inconvenience until we asked if they had a portal through which we could leave a review at which point they apologized profusely for our long wait, gave us coupons and offered us a post it notepad to leave our feedback. We declined that offer and left. read more

DO NOT GIVE THIS UPS STORE BUSINESS. I was in this area, which is why I didn't goto The UPS store I normally visit. After patiently waiting 15 minutes from the time I entered the door to even being acknowledged - a line of customers started to form. A worker behind the desk who was not doing anything, continued to ignore me and asked the customers in line who had a package that was already boxed and helped them first which I found to be very rude. When I was finally helped, the computers weren't working and then started working again. The worker then informed me she was going to charge me 5$ to tape up my package..... the UPS store I normally visit NEVER charges me and is so helpful and friendly. When I questioned the fee she stated "all ups are stores are individually owned and franchised so we do what we what" No business should operate this way and I didn't even get an apology for the lengthy wait time. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT UPS STORE THAN THIS ONE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GO HERE! read more

Time consuming, very expensive and owner rude. I went to have my 90 year old mother's car transferred to me, her son, so I could move out closer from where I lived and take care of her. It was early morning, no one in the store for business and the owner made us wait over 10 minutes to come out front. Tim Wein was pleasant at first. But it took him 20 minutes just to fill out a simple vehicle title transfer, all while my mother had to stand. Now the state will charge just $51 for the transfer at the DMV, at the UPS store they charged the $51 then add $79 on top of that. The extremely high added price from UPS was not discussed until after a half hour and all the paper work was done. When my mother was paying Tim Wein interrupted her payment and asked why I was not paying for the transfer. Tim Wein announced in a loud voice for the whole store to hear that, "in the thirty years of doing vehicle title transfers I never, I mean never had the person receiving the car not pay for the transfer fees." As my mother continued to pay Tim Wein the owner of the McKnight Road UPS Store feeling he was being ignored felt compelled to repeat his previous statement but even louder. So if you like extremely high added costs to your vehicle transfer title, like to wait an unholy amount of time to do it and be insulted by the owner then the McKnight Road UPS Store is the place for you. I myself will go elsewhere and Mr Wein I think its time for you to retire. read more
