    ALERT: Predatory Behavior - BEWARE!…read more I could not recommend this Verizon store less. After leaving, I discovered multiple unauthorized charges and changes to my account that were made without my consent. Here's what happened: Water Protection - They added $30 for water protection to my already waterproof Apple watch WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Verizon Protect - They added a $20/month protection service to my Apple Watch, despite this being available directly through Apple for only $4/month WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Hidden Charges - They added "perks" to the other lines on my service plan, totaling over $40/month, after I had clearly stated multiple times not to touch my other lines. Accessory Scam - I was told about a "Buy One Get One Free" promotion, but when I looked at my bill, multiple accessories were added at full price. The receipt was folded up and shoved into my bag without showing me the details, clearly hoping I wouldn't notice. Begrudgingly, I accepted these accessories after accidentally damaging the box. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels like an outright scam. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE if you value your money and your time. It's clear they're more interested in taking advantage of customers than providing honest service. Extremely disappointed.

We came in to add a line to our existing Verizon account, and when it came time to electronically sign the paperwork, all he did was turn the tablet around and ask for me to sign it. Didn't explain at all what I was about to sign, and also did not ask if we had any questions. The worst thing about our experience is that he SCRATCHED my brand new iPhone 8 when he went to open the compartment tray to put in the new SIM card. Because he was not careful with the metal tool that needs to be used to open that compartment, the side of my phone now has two scratches. Yes, they are small, but as an employee handling other people's expensive personal property, everyone who works there should be properly trained on how to use the tools. I also was met with a lot of attitude and not an apology when I expressed my concern about the scratches. He did wave the fee for the sim, which I appreciate, but he made it seem like I should be so very grateful that he did this, when actually he should have been extremely apologetic for scratching my personal property. I understand that the scratches were small, yet they are very noticeable, and the point is that the device belongs to me, and he shouldn't be damaging property, and especially should handle any accidental situation with major attempts to remedy the damage, which he did not do at all.

    This review is for the Liberty Ave location in Bloomfield…read more It's currently July 2025 and in December 2024, I dropped off an old pixel 6 of mine because the battery expanded in my hot car. I was told they'd look at it and let me know next steps. I was told I'd need to leave a deposit and I'd hear back. I received a call the next day, wherein a voicemail was left letting me know they'd have to order a battery and it'd arrive in 5-7 days. I never heard back. A few weeks later, I called for an update and was told that they couldn't find my phone but could see the work order and that they'd call me back. No one called me back. I called a month later and was told the same thing and that I'd get a call back. Nope. No call. Oh, by the way, when I "paid a deposit", I was actually signed up for a subscription for Asurion Home that I wasn't made aware of. I cancelled it, but not before I was charged. I visited the store today, as it's clear no one cared to call me back. The manager let me know they likely recycled it after 3 months. He said someone would have called to let me know. Spoiler: no one called me. I, however, did call at the 3 month mark and no one said a word to me outside of letting me know they'd have to keep searching and would call me back. And even though someone said they could see my work order when I called, today I was told there was no work order. I really don't know what to think. Was it deleted to cover tracks when they couldn't find my phone? Did one of them steal my phone and delete the work order? I mean, wtf is happening? From my perspective on the outside, I have to assume the employees either have a min amount of people they need to subscribe to Asurion Home, or there is some sort of credit they receive (it looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to) and the person who I spoke with did so without telling me. Regarding my phone, the manager says it was probably recycled after 3 months and that he couldn't help me. He said to call corporate (which I just did. They asked for the work order#, but that was apparently misplaced along with my phone). His recycled-at-3-months argument is nonsense as well, as my phone went missing after a few weeks. I needed the data on the phone and planned to do a data transfer (per the employee), so I didn't need the phone. It was a phone that wasn't in use. But now the data is gone, along with my phone. This really blows for me. I'm pretty upset and I feel like I won't be helped. So yeah, don't go here unless you're interested in a surprise subscription to Asurion Home and being out the cost of a phone.

One month in repair at Cranberry Township store and they will not provide documentation to prove they even ordered the battery from Dell and a tracking number to show it was lost. "Against corporate policy to do so." Take your electronics elsewhere! This company uses sham tactics!!!!!! Spoke to Corporate at Asurion and believe it or not they offered me a $25 check to settle this $200 issue!!!!! Told them they could do BETTER. Said I could have just picked up my computer and sent it to Dell myself to settle but how the hell do you do that if you have no proof of Ubreakifix's order for replacement battery under warranty and a tracking number to prove it was lost in shipment??!!! All which "corporate" says is not permitted under their "policy" worse yet they try to upsell me on an Asurion maintenance plan!!!!! No on your life! RUN DONT WALK!
