We bought an under counter ice maker from Bridgeville Appliance (along with a Monogram range,…read moredishwasher, beverage cooler, microwave, Monogram refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer). When you spend thousands and thousands of dollars on appliances at a store, you would think that the business would appreciate it and try to assist you if issues arose. Not Bridgeville Appliance. We bought extended warranties from Bridgeville since they told us the extended warranty is better than the manufacturer's warranty and Bridgeville will repair them - not some other company. Ice maker broke in early August - needed a cutting grid. We called Bridgeville to get it repaired and they told us that they do not repair that brand of ice maker - when we were told at purchase that they repaired everything in house. Since they couldn't repair it, they outsourced it to another company. The warranty company that Bridgeville Appliance sold us is still investigating the claim. I was so furious at what Bridgeville Appliance sold us that I private paid over $600 to get the ice maker fixed. It is 3 months later and the warranty company is still investigating. I contacted Bridgeville Appliance and they told me it was a service issue and the owner or manager were notified. A month later and nothing from the owner. Nothing from the manager. There are a lot of companies out there that sell higher end appliances. Companies that would appreciate your business. Go to one of them. Bridgeville Appliance loved the money when they sold me the product, but did not stand behind ANYTHING. NOTHING... Go to a company that cares. Bridgeville Appliance DOES NOT.

With the price of programming on cable; Armstrong in my case, I had to try to cut the cost while…read moremaintaining most of the programming I wanted & maybe gain some - so streaming was the answer. After researching options for programming, I needed to get hooked-up & that's where these guys came in. We had three TVs to convert & knew nothing about it. I imagine we could have struggled through it, got frustrated & eventually get there, but decided to bring in some expertise. It was worth the investment as they programmed the Roku boxes I bought & effortlessly logged us into the programming services I subscribed to. In about an hour all three TVs had everything loaded. I lost one channel I would have preferred to keep, but gained two that weren't available through Armstrong. I calculated saving $75/month on programming, so their reasonable service fee plus the cost for three Roku units will be recouped in three months.

The website said it should arrive between the 29th and 2nd. NOT A SINGLE PERSON called to tell me it had arrived. NO ONE called to tell me it had been shipped to me. No tracking information, nothing. I have called every day for a week and not a single person who said they'd call me back with an update has. Not a SINGLE PERSON has given me any information other than someone else mailed it to me and they seem to not be able to get ahold of whoever this is. NO PHONE HAS ARRIVED ON WHAT I WAS PROMISED TWO DAY SHIPPING and now waited two weeks for. The most bullshit run around experience I've ever had and zero fucking care for their customers at all. Don't worry they'll just screen your call if they don't want to talk to you either so hopefully you'll leave a voicemail worth their returning your call for. Oh and if you want to call to speak to a manager or call corporate they're a franchise so corporate can't do anything to help you're just a victim to people who fucked up and won't own up to it.
