Then he has the balls to say why you mad,and I shouldn't be aggressive over the phone. Do not go to this store !!! take pics of all your stuff before you go to any shop. definitely do not go here!!!!Ninja electronics,more like thieves electronics.

They are completely incompetent, especially Niko who says she is some kind of manager that fixes problems. They do not get back to you when they say they will and when they offer something to help fix the issues they then tell you that they can no longer do that. Niko told me I am the Problem! It is total madness. I advise anyone that is thinking of doing business with this company to consider other options. This is an absolute trash business!

You know who does know? The people that work here, and they were unerringly friendly about it. "Yeah, um. . . where are the (finger quote)book socks(end finger quote)?" "Right here, sir." (he points directly behind me) and over here as well (points down the aisle). Slight modications to this conversation occur over the visit. . . "Where are the . . . (accordion folders/erasers/highlighters/pencil sharpeners, and so on). Big back to school sale notwithstanding (I bought six spiral notebooks for $.01 each) I found everything I needed and some stuff I did not.

First, I come to their shipping counter as before, very clean and well maintained, and placed my packages upon said counter. One lady on duty, on the other side of the area, who appeared to be doing laminating work. Focused on her work, I get that, yet oblivious to the fact that she had a customer. A "We'll be right with you, sir!" was all that was required. But nothing. When I finally did get her attention she asked if I was shipping packages, a fact that to me was obvious, but I told her I was and she assured me I'd be taken care of soon. As I stood and continued to wait I saw a man coming my way, thin build with a beard. And the rudest staff member I ever encountered. No greeting, asked me what I wanted, no "How may I help you?" as other Staples do. I told him trying to break the ice, with my hands on the packages, "I want these to go away." Then he demonstrated why he'll never have a better job than this, he asked me if I want to ship the packages. I told him "Yes" with just an edge of impatience to my voice. Then he said what he never should have said, "How am I supposed to know that??" So I explained, "I'm here at the UPS counter, I have packages with UPS labels, two plus two equals ..... " He told me with the same rude tone that he'd be back and I knew he wouldn't, I saw him speaking to two others, one I presumed to be the manager, if he hadn't been busy I'd have brought this to his attention. Finally the lady had a break from her work and more politely checked in my packages and gave me my tracking info. Anyone who wants to do business with this store, you're welcome to them.

I could have went anywhere with cash in hand! Our major frig was awaiting mfg repairs (not related…read moreto Daniels) we decided to buy an addl frig for game room that we were planning on anyway & needed one asap so off to Daniels as one that we decided on was on line & avail now! Sales rep Daniel seemed very receptive & knowledgeable. After good insp of the one avail on display we brought it & had it picked up. It is my opinion when we went to pick up the frig was shrunk wrapped & couldn't see it. Once brought home the frig seemed twisted & doors would not line up. I called Daniels within the hour & all I got was a run around with no return calls! I was appalled at their disregard & ghosting of my calls! I finally got a call from the service man he tried to line the handles up & stated it was not anything we did! Don't use them, I found frig cheaper at the big box stores, I wanted to supply this store since my Dad went there for years but they don't call back or try to make things right!!! This took them over a month with numerous calls to give any respect! Go somewhere else. They were trying to play me out to use the mfg warranty & did not want to take responsibility, I'm very disappointed.

My upright freezer bit the dust on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. We immediately ran down to Daniel's…read morehoping to get something to take home on the spot but they were out of stock at this location. They could order what I wanted for pick up on Monday. We worked with Mark to place that order and he was very helpful and efficient in taking care of us. While we were talking to him, Marty, the owner, started talking to us as well. He was genuinely concerned for us and trying to find an immediate solution so we wouldn't lose all of our frozen food over the weekend. He contacted the Allison Park store and found that they had a smaller size freezer in stock that he offered to us as a loaner for the weekend if we could pick up it up from that store. Never have I worked with an appliance store that cared so much and was willing go to that extreme to help. We saved our frozen goods by getting the loaner and then we returned it when we got our new freezer on Monday. The new freezer is so nice and big and bright. I can only hope it last as long as its predecessor that we purchased at Daniel's 23 years prior.

I am basing this review on my Black Friday shopping experience…read more I always have a good experience at Best Buy. The employees are always helpful and friendly, but I expected far less on Black Friday - technically Thanksgiving. It was hours after doorbusters, near closing, these poor employees missed out on time with their families, heck I would have understood if they were miserable. This was my first stop of many and they set the bar so high no other store could compare. Management must have been passing out candy because these employees were all a dream. From the young man in the TV section who cautioned me against my choice and directed me to another (Which I love) to the other young man in gaming that helped me (as a writer) find the perfect keyboard. The check out girl was so pleasant and smiling. What could have been a typical, tense night of shopping was set off wonderfully by the well informed, super helpful staff of Best Buy.

Tried to get a hold of the local Geek Squad. Got an AI assistant. Horrible. Hung up on me twice…read more Didn't know the Geek Squad fixed cell phones. Wouldn't transfer me to a person. When i finally a person i had a headache and was yelling at them. Not their fault. What should have been a 5 min phone call too over 30 minutes. Get rid of the AI assistant. Give us a real person. Will not use Geek Squad again due to inability to talk to someone competent without jumping through hoops. The companies that don't go to AI assistants will stay in business. All the other ones will go out of business. Personal care and competence still matters a lot.

We bought an under counter ice maker from Bridgeville Appliance (along with a Monogram range,…read moredishwasher, beverage cooler, microwave, Monogram refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer). When you spend thousands and thousands of dollars on appliances at a store, you would think that the business would appreciate it and try to assist you if issues arose. Not Bridgeville Appliance. We bought extended warranties from Bridgeville since they told us the extended warranty is better than the manufacturer's warranty and Bridgeville will repair them - not some other company. Ice maker broke in early August - needed a cutting grid. We called Bridgeville to get it repaired and they told us that they do not repair that brand of ice maker - when we were told at purchase that they repaired everything in house. Since they couldn't repair it, they outsourced it to another company. The warranty company that Bridgeville Appliance sold us is still investigating the claim. I was so furious at what Bridgeville Appliance sold us that I private paid over $600 to get the ice maker fixed. It is 3 months later and the warranty company is still investigating. I contacted Bridgeville Appliance and they told me it was a service issue and the owner or manager were notified. A month later and nothing from the owner. Nothing from the manager. There are a lot of companies out there that sell higher end appliances. Companies that would appreciate your business. Go to one of them. Bridgeville Appliance loved the money when they sold me the product, but did not stand behind ANYTHING. NOTHING... Go to a company that cares. Bridgeville Appliance DOES NOT.
