This is a bullshit store!I took my computer wireless mouse,360 fly camera,wireless keyboard,computer charger cord ,silver camera,blue ray disc player, a small flat screen tv,to this place.I called up there ,first to verify if he wanted it,I live in another county. did not have that much gas,So I take them there,wait for almost hour and a half as they disapeared into the back.Then said fifteen bucks,for the blue ray ,silver camera,and tv.so I was Dam,so I was ok,headed home,got there,no 360 fly camera,a different keyboard with a missing button,the charger wasn't the one I brought up there,and the wireless mouse was gone. Then he has the balls to say why you mad,and I shouldn't be aggressive over the phone. This sight needs a zero star option! I dropped my PS4 off to be fixed and it took a month to get it back!! They are completely incompetent, especially Niko who says she is some kind of manager that fixes problems. They do not get back to you when they say they will and when they offer something to help fix the issues they then tell you that they can no longer do that. Niko told me I am the Problem! I dropped off an iPad to have a screen replacement, assured me it's an easy fix, I had repeatedly called to store for a status, using the number on my receipt, 412-281-6170, they never answer, I called a week later to schedule pick up, they never ordered the screen, called a week later to schedule pickup, screen works home button doesn't work, following week... guess what home button works now screen doesn't. I showed up unannounced, my poor iPad is in worse condition than I dropped it off, it was usable prior, just a crack screencast now the corners and additional glass breakage and won't turn on. I will never go back or recommend this cheesy pawn shop, ran by a bunch of unprofessional IT wanna-be's. They lie, don't return calls, don't actually repair your electronic. read more

Here we go... First off, who sells iPhone dongles for $20? It's literally a two-inch long adapter that usually goes for between $5 and $8. I also got these high-end headphones that barely lasted two months. The quality was good at first and then it went to sh*t. The sound was also delayed by almost a full second which isn't satisfactory at all when it comes to watching videos. I also forgot to mention that the inside looks horrible and the displays aren't too good either. Overall, everything I got there was trash and overpriced, and I do not plan on stepping foot in that place again. 1/10 because the employees are nice to people and I would feel bad for them if I gave them a 0. read more

UPDATE: Today I had the joy to pull my phone out of my pocket to see my brand new "OEM" phone screen is broken 2 weeks later! 0 stars COMPLETELY AVOID. I was ready to be excited about this place and give it repeat business. They ordered parts one evening and replaced my Samsung screen the next day. But one week later it is clear they botched the job and are offering no money back or replacement. - When they gave me my phone back and I put it in my case, the back of the phone ripped off. They took it back to apply more adhesive tape. - After applying the adhesive tape, the repair guy asked a coworker to hold the phone down. The coworker asked "Should we use the clamps?" The repair guy said no it was ok, and walked away for several minutes. The coworker pushed down on the table, putting his weight directly on the center of the screen. - When the repair guy returned, he shooed away his coworker saying "Not so hard!" - The phone screen worked, but the first day I noticed that scrolling would lose contact around the center, and keys I did not touch across the keyboard would press. - 3 days into having the phone back, a crack appeared on the center right side. The next day, a crack across the entire screen. My phone has been in its case this whole time and has not been dropped. I paid $130 for this repair. They only offered me back an "at cost" screen repair ($90! On a phone worth $200 on ebay!) or to buy a new phone. I suggested at least a partial refund of $40 down to the cost of the screen and they refused. Go elsewhere unless you are willing to take all the risk or are willing to extensively test your repair before you leave the store. read more

I took my MacBook here to get fixed and really wish I didn't. These guys are absolute idiots. I got my computer back in worse shape than I took it there with. AMAZING service!! Everyone is so outgoing and friendly. I went in to get my cracked phone/LCD fixed and they took about a half an hour and only charged me $100 for a full repair, tempered glass, and an otter box phone case compared to the usual $120 I dish out at other repair shops for just a screen fix. Prices for other things are cheap as well which made it hard not to buy extra things. Video game consoles, flatscreen TVs, laptops, speakers,and video games were some of the cheapest prices I've seen in the Pittsburgh area to date! I will definitely be back in after pay day to treat myself to new gadgets. If you're downtown I recommend you to stop in and check them out. You can also sell them your games and gadgets for some cash if you're looking to get rid of old systems! Horrible service! Took my daughters iPhone 11 to get a screen repaired. Which they did for her, but the next day she got a black shadow at the bottom of the screen. She took it back and they had to repair it again. Then she had a problem again the next day. She was getting linens on the screen so she went back down. They told her there was a crack on the inside and they are not responsible for the repair, and she would have to pay to get it fixed. Took the phone to Apple store for them to repair it, they said the pixels on the display are bad. So don't go there they use bad products and are not good with customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!!! read more

I've had the absolute worst experience with Ninja Electronics than I've EVER experienced with any other business! I paid them $99 + tax for them to fix a PS4 in June, was told they'd call me in a few days. Called them back about 2 weeks later since I didn't hear from them and was told it was shipped out and should be back on Monday. Called several times since and was told the same thing or that they were expecting it on a certain day. Sometimes they say they'll look into it and call back, but never do. Now that it's almost two months later and I feel like I just paid them to steal my playstation. They don't care, only offer excuses and are making no attempt to rectify the situation. My beloved iPhone's screen cracked more thoroughly then ever before, these guys replaced it for a very reasonable price (half what Apple quoted) and had it done in 20 minutes. The shop was definitely busy, but professional. After waiting a few minutes they checked the phone in, gave me an update midway through, and I was on my way. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I am in Pittsburgh for my brother's wedding. On the much delayed flight in, I was dismayed to find that my cell phone was not charging. I was already quite nervous about traveling into the city and connecting with my family. With my phone slowing sinking into oblivion, I realized that it was my lifeline. The next morning, I went to Ninja electronics. I arrived about 15 min before the store opened. My mom knocked and Micah was kind enough to open the door and serve us despite not being open. Moreover, they did so with a friendly and welcoming smile. I checked my phone in and they noted that their repair tech wouldn't be in until 11 but they'd call when the phone was checked and repaired. Off I went on my morning. After lunch we were in the area and I decided to stop in just to see where things were at. Although the store was busy, Tony remembered me from earlier and went right back to check on the status. He quickly came back out, said that the tech was going to do the work right away and it would be about 15 min. While waiting, Micah also came by and went back to check on things. 15 or so minutes later, I was told the phone was ready to go and they'd charge it for me for a bit. I took my phone anyways, planning on charging it when I sat in the hotel. Unfortunately when I plugged it in, it still was not charging! At this point, since I knew they'd tested it before letting me leave, I realized that my cord was also likely a dud. I went back. Tony was behind the counter and stopped what he was doing to double-check that the phone charged with his cords. He then set me up with a very well priced new cord and I was all set. I cannot say enough how friendly, accommodating, and professional this store was in their service to me. The repair prices were completely reasonable and I was very satisfied with their work and impressed with their willingness to ensure that their work was good. I tried to sell my own iPhone here. And one of the guys seemed like he was trying to take the device as he was not so willingly returning my device at first. They tried to say that they suspected it was one of their own iPhones that had "somehow" ended up missing from inventory. Till I showed my own proof of purchase of the device, then my device was returned. Honestly makes no sense. But I'm definitely never coming to this place again. They are shady workers because they deal with shady customers I guess. read more

horrible service! took my phone down for an iphone 11 screen repair, they fixed it pretty quick. the very next day experienced a black shadow on the bottom of my phone and due to the warranty they fixed it for free, the very next day after that experienced pixel lines on my phone, i was informed that there was "a hairline crack on the inside" of my phone and that it was my fault, went to apple and apple informed me that there was NO crack on the inside and that this company used bad screens! (the pixels are bad) DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more
