For my instance, I got there a few minutes early and it was near 30 minutes before the person helped me. The most frustrating (hence, one start reduction) is there are tons of employees roaming around "selling" while they have only a few folks at the Genius Bar helping people out. All that said, they did restore my iPhone with a fresh install of iOS 26.5, I hooked to their WiFi and started downloading apps. I did prioritize a few apps I was having problems with and verified one of those before leaving. At home the download of the apps was much faster and my issues were resolved.

I ended up buying the Apple iPhone 17 Pro and trading in my old phone. The staff walked me through everything step by step and were very patient with all the questions I had. Inside, it looks like your typical Apple Store with a wide open layout, lots of devices and accessories on display, and plenty of employees available to help when needed. The store was busy but still well organized. Zach helped me out and he was fantastic. He explained all the updated features on my new phone, especially the camera, which I am really excited about. He made the whole experience easy and stress free. Overall I had a great experience and I am very thankful for the help I received. I definitely recommend making an appointment if you plan to visit.

Hear me out through my whole story, and you'll see what exemplary customer service is! I think any business has the ability to provide good service, however, I think that true quality is when a business shows how well they treat unhappy customers and address problems or issues. While many things through this review were NOT their fault at all, I think they way the guys handled everything was just so above and beyond. I also believe that this is a very arbitrary business line to be in, as technology is always changing, and I think many part orders and variations are out of the control of those doing the repairs. So, here goes... When I called to get a quote on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge screen that had been shattered, Brandon ordered me a new screen that day, because, he informed me, they don't stock many parts like that in their store in order to keep the costs down for customers in case the parts get cheaper, which I'm sure they do. They ordered me a new screen, I stopped in to have Shawn install it for me. Well, poor Shawn had a mishap while installing my screen, and accidentally broke the back cover. (I watched youtube tutorials on how to remove it, and, there is no easy way. I'm surprised he actually removed it in the first place!) Well Shawn felt bad about having cracked glass on my screen, he nearly drove me to Verizon himself to buy me a case for it, he felt so bad. Shawn ordered me a new back, and also ordered me ANOTHER front LCD display, since the one that he had put on was defective (an issue from the supplier, NOT ifixnmore.) I could tell that Shawn and Brandon felt TERRIBLE about this, Shawn dropped what he was doing the day I came in for my final screen and back replacement, and he completed my repair within 40 mins. The S6 Edge is difficult, and Shawn is the only one in the store who has "mastered" the repair, which he did flawlessly, I might add. He also insisted on ordering me a warrantied, tempered glass screen protector. He refused to let me pay for it, and had it shipped directly to my house. The guys also guarantee their parts, regardless of the supplier. They also accidentally quoted me a lower price for the LCD screen over the phone originally, but then insisted on still keeping the original quote after they realized the mess-up, even if it meant they broke even on the part and made nothing on the repair. They cared enough about keeping their word, and truly tried to find me the most economical, quality supplier in order to keep costs down. Go see these guys, you will NOT regret it!

I drove 1.5 hours to get to this McIntosh dealer and was very excited to try out and see the amplifiers, pre-amps, integrated amps, and listen to some high end speakers. My experience started off with me looking at a Rotel amplifier and having the older gentleman run over to me (yes I said run), to inform me that "we do not allow our customers to touch anything in here". Okay sure, most of it is a few grand. I explained what I was looking for and after 20 minutes of discussion, the gentleman felt we were just "circling the wagons"; my request was simple, what do you recommend for my home theater setup. The selection was okay and I was able to listen to some B&W 800 series, see a few McIntosh amps, etc. but their setup does not allow you to switch between speakers or different amps/preamps, making a comparison of the different equipment in the room useless, unless you are solely into the aesthetics of the gear. Butch's had a few older pre-amps for decent prices (I would still rather take my chances on Craigslist or Audiogon), a sound room, a projector home audio room (not too useful), no power conditioners in stock, unmarked prices on basic stuff like cables, etc. The salesman did one smart thing: when I listened to 2 different systems in different rooms, while not letting me choose any music, he did use the same song on a CD, which made the sound comparison easier. The biggest issue was that no matter the technical question or request for recommendation, the answer was just "how much do you want to spend", which in no way is helpful. I want to know what I am buying, why it works well for my setup, why it is special; the price has nothing to do with what works for the customer. If you do not want to know what you are purchasing and just need to empty your bank account, this may be for you. The products of course are the highest quality, but my customer experience left much to be desired.
