I was pleasantly surprised to receive an all inclusive cost estimate the very next day. The price was more than reasonable. Once I arrived to drop off the phone to be repaired, I was greeted with excellent customer service and effective communication. When the repair was completed they notified me it was ready for pickup. When I returned to pick up the phone I was happy to see that the repairs were perfectly executed and the phone was like new. Greatly appreciate this repair shop. I managed to drop my iphone 10 and break it during the Covid pandemic. The screen didn't crack, but the display wouldn't turn on. I messaged with an employee via Facebook in the morning, stopped in shortly after they opened, and was told the repair would be about 30 minutes. When I returned, the repair was successfully done (yay!). I picked up a new case with glass screen protector while I was there, which an employee put on for me before I left. They also had used phones and devices available to purchase at discounted prices, and accessories like colored charging cords (so my daughter can stop accusing me of stealing hers). The store was clean and welcoming, inside and out. Great Father/son operation! They fixed my daughters iPhone screen right there on site! It only took about 20 minutes shorter than they had originally told us! We just waited there while it was done and they were so nice! They turned Nextflixs on and my kids got to watch a movie while waiting! They had a lot of other accessories for phone we also bought cases and screen protectors while we were there and they gave a discount on the items because we had a phone worked on! It needed the screen replaced. It took 2weeks and when the parts came in they weren't the right parts. It would've been another week or so to get the right parts. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I took my sons IPad in for a broken screen. It was to take only an hour and a half. The kid broke the touch on it. They called and said what they did and that it has to go out to be sauttered at no extra charge to me. That I won't have the iPad back for 1 week. So I call the day it is to be fixed. Still not back. It is now 10 days in and I just got off the phone with them. He now broke something else! It has to go out again! So he has now broke 2 things that were not broke before. This place is a joke.
