I got it as an open box discount and it has surpassed all expectations. Michael was so nice and attentive. He didn't get upset AT ALL when I asked for help right before close. The call was not helpful and the the first rep asked another rep to work with me. The second rep was underwhelming and I ended up just leaving as I knew dealing with that rep would not be productive. I told him what my specifications and features were for the machine, and he showed me which ones he had in stock (I wanted the machine delivered and installed in 3-4 days if possible) that meet my criteria. I never felt he tried to up sell or arm wrestle with me.In fact he steered me to less expensive machines that had less bells and whistles than I thought I wanted. The delivery and installation of the new machine and removal of the old one were made within my time frame. The delivery crew of 2 arrived in the delivery appointment window. They were very efficient doing their job. Additionally they were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Before leaving, hey showed me how to use the machine and turned it on for a trial run. This made sure the machine was working properly and that all the connections were tight and didn't leak. The next time I need a new appliance, I will return to Laketon without reservations. Had nothing but trouble with this store. When I stopped in to sign up for cell service and buy a…read morenew phone,I was assured they had coverage at my home. Despite their maps and assurances, I found I had no coverage at home. Had to drive a mile to receive a signal.I called the store a half hour before they were supposed to close,and they were gone already. Called customer service and they could not help me because the store had not given me the information I needed to prove I owned the phone. Went back to the store when they were supposed to open the next day, and no one showed up until 45 minutes later. Of course, the phone worked at the store. After several calls to the customer service number (and going through the long phone chain and being on hold each time) I finally told them I was returning the phone. The agent agreed it was useless to me and i should go elsewhere for cell service. After signing up with another carrier I took the phone back. The store was open-but no one was there. After 15 minutes, the agent returned carrying his lunch. At first, he was not willing to let me return the phone but finally agreed to take it back for a $25 restocking fee. I got back $53 on $130 phone (something about getting a credit on the phone to cover the first month's service). When I questioned paying the $60 first month's service fee when I only had the phone for 4 days and could not actually use it for those 4 days, I was told he had to talk to his rep who he could only contact via email. He would not give me the email address. I assume he did nothing because I just got a $221 charge on my credit card. Which means I am out $168 for a phone and service I never used. (I did keep the case). And I cannot get through to a live person at Metro because I no longer have an account there once I switched carriers! This might be a good carrier in other areas, but I would STRONGLY advise anyone in the eastern Pgh suburbs to avoid this store at all costs.

They get people through lines fairly quickly, seem generally knowledgeable about products and when there is an issue, a manager generally comes fairly quickly. The drive up is always wonderful. Staff is always courteous and efficient. The one time I did experience a longer than expected wait, someone came over to the car and said they had a high volume of cars at the time (which they did) and they apologized for the delay. This was a nice touch so I didn't have to worry or wonder what was going on. That being said, they could do a better job of maintaining the overall neatness and cleanliness of the store. And keep the shelves better stocked. The worst, though, is the bathrooms. They always seem to be a hot mess.
