I have been several times. First, shout out to Yassim - a superstar in customer service. He deserves 10 stars. The manager (Michelle, I believe) also very helpful. I knew a head of time my issue would require several visits. Yassim got me all teed up to fix my issue and we just needed corporate to review some paperwork. On my subsequent visit I was initially assisted by one rep who put me on a service call with corporate and then abandoned me. The call was not helpful and the the first rep asked another rep to work with me. The second rep was underwhelming and I ended up just leaving as I knew dealing with that rep would not be productive. Took or phone in to get the screen replaced, cuz we brought them her and the manager said cuz I do have insurance I can't get it replaced. Ok the my daughter cases it broke this is the 2 this and they or $50 and they they tell cuz we didn't go to a t-Mobile store and told us we to a 3 party T-Mobile managers name is Mike very ignorant not helpful don't go to this one you will get no help. My husband and I switched to t mobile a year ago, we went through a lot to get our phone numbers ported over. We switched originally through the customer care option...then had to make 3 trips to the store for the porting of our numbers. I stopped in the in Tunkanock, PA recently and explained we were moving and wanted to make sure we could get coverage where we were moving to. I was told they didn't provide service in the area we were moving to. I said so we are in in a contract we can switch to another carrier. I was told yes. Now that we have switched, I'm told our tablets are in an equipment agreement and I have buy out of the equipment agreement. When I explained that I asked if we were in a contract I was told no. So in speaking with supervisor Patience, she started fishing about the wording I was using as I said contact, she said your not in a contract, your in a equupment agreement. So be careful when you ask questions at t mobile....use the term equipment service agreement verses contract....in the end they mean the same thing but if you say contract, they will tell you you are not in a contract. If you ask equipment agreement they will tell you yes. So now I have to pay $199 to get out of the equipment agreement. Or continue service with them at the rate of $30 a month for 12 more months. Deon rocks--really fantastic customer service! He helped us set up new phones for my son and me, and processed an order for an iPad, explaining terms, conditions and costs throughout, and helping us to backup data and set up new service. With the reduced hours for covid, several customers came in for assistance just before closing, including a mom with a small child. While our phones backed up, Deon pivoted to help her with her phone purchase, and once the transaction was completed, turned back to us, and again while the phones processed the new services, helped a couple of other customers who came in last-minute for phones and cases. Never once did we feel like he was abandoning us, and he juggled the multiple customers with varied needs with finesse. As a manager, I was impressed with his efficiency and attention to customers' needs. Well done, Deon!!! read more

I want to give a shout out to our rep Robert Nolte who was very helpful in transferring our Verizon Wireless service to T-Mobile. We are very pleased with how easy it was to transition our three lines over to the T- Mobile network after 25 years with Verizon Wireless. Making the switch was a no brainer after hearing about the fantastic new plan for military families. We were treated in a very friendly and professional manner by this young man and look forward to being part of the T-Mobile family for a very long time. read more

The store wasn't busy. At all. There were two salesmen and they both had bad attitudes. I had a simple question about a SIM card and they copped an attitude with me. I was patient and when they were rude a second time, I began to cop and attitude. They finally did what I asked and I was on my way. Avoid this location. read more

AT&T Customers with our plans expired. We went to switch to T-Mobile and receive the 55 plus plan. We walked into the Store and was greated by a nice young man. I asked him about the 55 plus plan and the cost(Jus to reconfirm) and was clueless at what I was talking about. First, I must say that communicating with him was hard because of the music playing very loud overhead. We went to the counter which was worse because someone had placed a speaker directly over the counter. After a lot of talking with two people and one person I believe the Manger who kept correcting the other employee in front of us. Well, to make a long story shorter, we walked out after 45 minutes. Reason: They had no idea what to do. 2. The real Reason - I love Bob Marley and his music but not so loud while I am trying to conduct business. Suggestion to the employees, you may enjoy listening to the music when there are not any customers in the store but please turn it down and try to make it a relaxing environment.
