    Verizon Fios......terrible internet and now....WITHOUT NOTICE, they have dropped the Science Channel. Time to go back to Comcast.

Uhhhm, I'm here to shop! This was February 2022 and any other place I stopped was pretty much "normal" for this time. But Best Buy is still behind the times. This location may go the way of Circuit City and HH Gregg. They didn't have what I was looking for (nobody in 3 different states has it), but that's not the reason for 3 stars (which still means Ok). They just need to make you feel welcomed instead of treating the entrance like a border crossing.

As we entered the store it was like a ghost town. Usually there is a person at the entrance to show you the location of any particular item you're searching for. No one around, therefore my wife and I started to search for a HDTV 4K antenna so we could get local channels. As we went to the back of the store, we spotted a new television with a new type crystal for maximum color enhancement. I was looking for a salesperson to speak with but again no one areoun. A vendor with AT&T stopped back to see what phone service were with and I told him TMobile. After I told him that he stated he would get an associate to help us. As we waited we started to look for an antenna for local channels however, they had a poor selection to choose from. Standing there for approximately 40 minutes, I started getting upset. I in a louder voice yelled "Hello, anyone here that can help us"? A young guy came over yelling back saying "what are you yelling about". I stated my business and told him the customer service needs help and is very substandard. This professed store manager looked at us and yelled "Get the f**k out of my store"! That really made me mad so after we argued for a few minutes he continually yelled that phrase at us. I let him know they had no selection to choose from anyway and again I was told that same phrase. This managers name is Jacob and evidently has no managerial experience. He may have been 28-30 years old, I'm 70 and had back surgery, and my wife had a heart attack with continued medical problems. Jacob could have diffused the situation by simply saying he was sorry for my frustration and ask how he could help me but chooses just to tell me to "get the f**k out of HIS store". His loss I was about to p,ink down $2800.00 for that new type tv along with $169.00 local tv antenna but I can guarantee, I will never step another foot in a Best But store if corporate offices are unable to hire competent management & helpful employees to do their job.

    Had nothing but trouble with this store. When I stopped in to sign up for cell service and buy a…read morenew phone,I was assured they had coverage at my home. Despite their maps and assurances, I found I had no coverage at home. Had to drive a mile to receive a signal.I called the store a half hour before they were supposed to close,and they were gone already. Called customer service and they could not help me because the store had not given me the information I needed to prove I owned the phone. Went back to the store when they were supposed to open the next day, and no one showed up until 45 minutes later. Of course, the phone worked at the store. After several calls to the customer service number (and going through the long phone chain and being on hold each time) I finally told them I was returning the phone. The agent agreed it was useless to me and i should go elsewhere for cell service. After signing up with another carrier I took the phone back. The store was open-but no one was there. After 15 minutes, the agent returned carrying his lunch. At first, he was not willing to let me return the phone but finally agreed to take it back for a $25 restocking fee. I got back $53 on $130 phone (something about getting a credit on the phone to cover the first month's service). When I questioned paying the $60 first month's service fee when I only had the phone for 4 days and could not actually use it for those 4 days, I was told he had to talk to his rep who he could only contact via email. He would not give me the email address. I assume he did nothing because I just got a $221 charge on my credit card. Which means I am out $168 for a phone and service I never used. (I did keep the case). And I cannot get through to a live person at Metro because I no longer have an account there once I switched carriers! This might be a good carrier in other areas, but I would STRONGLY advise anyone in the eastern Pgh suburbs to avoid this store at all costs.
