I found Shaun very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable on all aspects of radios. One car had an after market radio that I wanted to replace with an OEM radio. Shaun was able to figure out the original wiring and install the radio. The other car had a radio that was cutting out and diagnosed the problem and fixed the radio. Please take note of how many 1 star reviews there are for this place. This is the most surreal…read moreexperience I've ever had as a consumer. I set an appointment to have a remote start done and dropped the car off first thing in the morning. I called 24 hours later to pick up the vehicle and the receptionist said it would be a few more hours. I asked to talk to a manager...which is when Eddie got on the phone. Before I said one word, Eddie started yelling and screaming how he has to put food on the table for his kids and I was taking up his time, and how I better be respectful and that the job took longer than he expected. I was then hung up on. So now my car is somewhere being worked on and the place working on it just hung up on me. And the reason they hung up on me is because I asked to talk to a manager because my car's remote start took longer than 24 hours to complete even when I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I finally arrived to pick up my vehicle, when I walked into the door of the establishment, the first thing I saw was a life size cut out of president Trump. There was Trump memorabilia everywhere. Frank Sinatra was playing loudly throughout the establishment. Other than Pigeon Bagels in Squirrel Hill, I've never been to an establishment that blasts their political beliefs in your face. I just want to mention that I crushed Pigeon Bagels in a review for posting liberal/left posters in a place of business and I was equally appalled by this place of business's choice of having you surrounded by Trump merchandise. I don't expect to have politics in my face when I go to a place of business and if the owners of this establishment can't understand that....how smart can the people who run this place possibly be? On top of the fact that there are multiple reviews saying how this guy screams at customers. It's truly an experience ...and one that I would never recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY.
