I found Shaun very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable on all aspects of radios. One car had an after market radio that I wanted to replace with an OEM radio. Shaun was able to figure out the original wiring and install the radio. The other car had a radio that was cutting out and diagnosed the problem and fixed the radio. With the upgrade from Cazillia, it is a night and day difference and am very happy with the sound system now. I am an audiophile and appreciate clarity and presence. I should have done it a while ago. Mark and his team were professional, courteous, timely. They did an excellent job. Not a spot on the interior and everything perfectly re-assembled. Mark is very knowledgeable about sound design and took the time to sit with me and discuss options.
