I purchased my 2014 Ford Escape brand new from Glenn Bush Ford, and it has been nothing but…read moreproblems since day one. The most serious issue was coolant leaking into the cylinder--a well-known defect that is the focus of lawsuits against Ford. I ended up paying thousands of dollars out of pocket to address this engine failure. To make matters worse, I was warned that the transmission would likely be the next major issue. This Escape also had multiple recalls over my ownership. I had to bring it in for repair many times, and each time Ford kept my vehicle for extended periods without ever offering a rental, leaving me without transportation. The final straw was the dealership's behavior. After I posted a review about my experience, I received a rude and unprofessional phone call from Glenn Bush Ford. That kind of treatment toward a paying customer is unacceptable. In the end, I traded the Escape in and purchased a new vehicle from another manufacturer--specifically because of how poorly Ford and this dealership handled everything. Between the defective quality of the Escape, the thousands of dollars I lost, and the dismissive and rude service from Glenn Bush Ford, I cannot recommend this dealership or Ford vehicles. Ford has issued more recalls in 2025 than any other manufacturer, setting a record for any single car manufacturer for a full year. The automaker reported 89 recalls in the first six months of 2025, which sets a record for any single car manufacturer for a full year. The new record puts Ford ahead of U.S. manufacturers, with data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration showing the auto giant has issued more recalls than the total combined for the next five automakers. And you're being pretty presumptuous. All of my reviews address quality of service and product, not unsolicited email surveys. Not that that is any of your business. Creeping on a customer's online activity is gross. "Profusely apologized" lmao. Let the "owner of the vehicle" know I'm still waiting on an apology for his boning my coworker while still married to me. Took my home and left me without a dime. Ruined a 27-year marriage all because, when he was experiencing a midlife crisis, he thought maybe instead of buying a new vehicle he'd just find something else to ride. Crazy thing is, he vilified his sister-in-law for doing the EXACT SAME THING. I had to live out of a suitcase in an Airbnb for months before I was permitted to get my belongings from my own home. Then the 2014 Escape I purchased there fell apart and he didn't lift a finger to help. All while proclaiming "I'll always be there for you." That story fell apart as soon as the papers were signed. Haven't heard a word since. Upstanding citizen that. He's a victim-blaming cheater, and a quitter, and a coward. I know Vicki for what she is - a gold-digger. Hope she takes him for every dime. Only vehicles he'll be buying from you then are the ones headed for auction. Ladies, never underestimate the effects of midlife crisis on your man. The family's no better. Ex was taking the new piece to family weddings and reunions while still married and no one batted an eye. But that's Catholics for ya. I guess those are the kind of people that buy Fords too. Constructive criticism should be seen as an opportunity for improvement, not as a reason to retaliate against a customer. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would appreciate an apology from the dealership. Tell the fam I said hello and I appreciate them stealing my house. Still waiting on that apology by the way.

Because I'm not always trusting I checked my oil and noted that it was only 1/2 full. I had my car inspected the following wk and they asked if I wanted to top it off. It was down a quart. After already lengthing the the dip stick and making computer changes to deal with the oil consumption issue for the 5.0 really is upsetting after paying nearly 50k for the vehicle. I called to inform them of this concern and they really did not seem to care. Needless to say it will be my last service there.
