The owner is commenting and wasn't there. I was not in anyway hostile or aggressive. Look the video up on YouTube, just search their name to see who was being hostile and aggressive as they were attempting to remove the tint (couldn't even do that correctly) after refusing to fix it, then tell me to leave with the tint hanging off the window. UNPROFESSIONAL, LEFT BUBBLES IN TINT and misaligned with the window AND WATERMARKS THROUGHOUT WHOLE CAR. Went there today to get my windows tinted and didn't really inspect it thorough enough in the parking lot because it was pouring down rain. When I got home I looked at the window tint and realized that the rear window tint didn't line up with the actual window and was slightly off and a few bubbles in the back window. Also the worker that did the tint got black marks all around near the brow and didn't care about leaving watermarks in the car either. So after that we called auto image and talked to the owner and the owner was being very rude and trying to accuse us of getting a free car detailing and telling us how filthy our car was which it wasn't at all . read more

I've driven past this place quit often...and it looks clean and professional. Spoiler alert they're not even professional enough to answer the phone correctly, so you know you've reached the right establishment. Staff is rude and knowledgeable. My tire was flat and was replaced with the temporary donut tire, but it was low on air. Made it over the hill to Auto Image to hopefully get more air in the tire, and the guy said they didn't have an air compressor. Hmmmmm, I was standing right next to it. Three year old in the car, and they sat there and lied to me. Very classy, Auto Image. Follow up. Called to talk to the manager. The guy said he wasn't here, but could help me. I asked him if he was the one working on the red car in the bay. Stuttered. Asked to have the manager call me, and the lies AGAIN and tells me he is the manager. Compulsive liar? I've been quoted a specific price. When it was time for pick up they informed me that the price went up. No call beforehand or anything. Me using my card to pay the up-charged price realized they charged me an extra 30 on top of that price. To me that's bad business because now I felt like I've been taken advantage of There were no sense of communication. It's a shame because there was a point that they did some good business but now it seems as if they don't care, you can tell by the set up in the lobby. I requested a quote on a remote starter through Yelp and had a response from Chris within 24 hours. I provided my VIN, so he was able to provide a concise quote at a good price. I scheduled an appointment about a week later to drop off and pick up after. Dropped off the car and went out to lunch, did some shopping, and it was all ready when I came back to pick up. The staff were super professional, the price was very good, and there is a lifetime warranty on the work and remote start parts. They showed me how to use the remotes and asked me to call if I had any questions. Less important notes: The customer area was super clean and had a lot of interesting tech/stereo/customizing things to look at. The lot/grounds were very clean/organized/maintained well with ample parking. I've been using my remote starter for 3 weeks now with no problems at all, works perfectly, and I am 100% satisfied. I would never recommend this place totally unprofessional had them tint and black out my windows and tail lights and the tint is horrible bubbles creases not done correctly. Tail lights are peeling every thing I had done was shit. And to top it off I went down there and spoke with the owner and all he had to say was a bunch of excuses and blamed the product. He said he would have the tint fixed they had my car all day and when I picked it up they did absolutely nothing my car was in the same spot I dropped it off unreal. I understand covid affected all businesses big and small but I put a $650 deposit down in early 2020 for a power liftgate and after early June or July I never heard from this business that the kit came in. I sent them messages on Facebook, called, and emailed them and everytime was hung up on and ignored. At this point a year and a half later after numerous contact attempts I am about to trade my vehicle in and the next vehicle I am getting will have a power liftgate so I do not even want or need the kit anymore. read more

My speakers were making a cranky noise, so i stopped in the store and the salesman by name of Chris got into my car to check out the sound on all of them. He was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. The quote he gave for 3 speakers was a little out of my budget, so i asked him if he can make a better deal. He said he'll see what he can do. So, i waited for like 5 min, and he came out and gave me a really nice quote!! He took my car in and in 45 min everything was completely done!!! Stopped in before Christmas and bought a starter for my mother's car for a Christmas present. I had bought her one for a previous car she had and she really loved on winter days she could start her car and let it warm up before getting in. Same in the summer months, she can cool the car down before getting in. Instead of wrapping up the auto starter they gave me a nice certificate to give her Christmas Day. The following day we took her car here and within an hour it was installed. read more

They were able to diagnose and repair electrical issues in my boyfriend's truck in less than hour that about five other places couldn't or wouldn't fix. The price was great, too. This review is a year late. This place did my tint and hooked up all my stereo equipment. Over a year later and my tint still looks perfect and my sound system sounds perfect (replaced stock speakers, amp behind head unit, and new head unit). I have a Jeep Wrangler that I keep the top off as much as possible and the music sounds crystal clear over 70 mph winds on the highway. read more

Just got my car back yesterday --had chrome pillars installed--must say--one of the most unprofessional installations I have EVER experienced! First, I have to state that Chris did a wonderful job installing my head unit and amps! The problem was when I went back to remove my old high polish chrome pillars (that were damaged on one side) to be replaced with newer ones--the first thing I noticed is that they were cheap and dull in look. Secondly the pillars were half in short at the bottom revealing the black pillar underneath. But the worst part is that whoever did the install, cut deep gashes ABOVE the middle pillars and tried covering it over by masking it with some black paint!! There are nick cuts in several parts of the rubber molding and the several of the pillar post don't sit flush with the car--protruding somewhat out. But the truly disrespectful and most humiliating part out of this ordeal was when I called about the install and how we can correct this matter, Sam (who took the call) was very disrespectful, BLAMING ME for the problem instead of trying to resolve it. In fact he said "better yet, just don't come back we don't need your business" I t was all good until they couldn't do anything to correct it, I will file a claim with my insurance for their negligence and resolve it that way since they couldn't manage the task themselves,. Best believe BBB will also hear about this! If I could rank it a minus 5 I would, don't trust this place especially Sam--he's unprofessional, disrespectful too cocky and a know it all..DONT TRUST AUTO IMAGE ...Period! read more
