I knew from experience that Phillips was the only place I wanted my car repaired. Domenic, the owner, talked me through the process and several weeks later, once the adjuster came out to give me an estimate, I took my Escape to them to do the necessary repairs. Fortunately, today I got the phone call that the car was ready. It looked showroom new! Not a detail was missed. A couple of weeks ago I met with Philipp's owner, Domenic Donnangelo, who was not only the nicest guy, he was also thoughtful, honest, and knowledgeable in his recommendations, which were based on options that would save me money. The work took 2-1/2 days, I was charged the exact amount that was estimated and extremely reasonable, and when I went to pick up the car Domenic walked me around it and pointed out what work was performed. They had even touched up some tiny problem areas that I hadn't noticed before. AND--they washed the car, exterior and interior. My car looked beautiful. I was sure to be upfront about this because I know how hard it is to get the light hair out of the black interior. I requested a full interior detailed cleaning and a simple exterior wash. Not only did they provide prompt service, and the owner, Jamil, is very friendly, kind, and a pleasure to deal with, the amount charged was what we agreed to over the phone - which made me very happy. Other shops have always left some wax residue which really showed up on such a dark vehicle but at Diamondmill there was no residue and the it was so shiny and smooth when they were done. They even got some of the minor scratching to disappear. They have indoor facilities so they are not trying to apply wax to a hot car finish out in the sun. There is really nothing that they could have done to make look any better. I was very pleased and will never wax it myself again.
