April was so incredibly helpful and compassionate toward me with everything I needed from choosing the urn, to making the funeral arrangements. I tried calling Anthony (the electrician working with us) numerous times and no answer. I called their main number and left messages. No response. I finally sent a certified letter which got their attention. Anthony called back with apologies. "It's on me", he said. He promised to make it right with no further charges. He came and still the problem was not fixed. He was convinced the problem was a transformer. We'll at this point, not only was my problem not fixed, the light inside my pool quit working (it was fine before Anthony did any work). In the mean time, fall arrived and it was time to close the pool. I thought it best to wait until this spring for Anthony to come back as the winter cover was on and the light in the pool was not visible. He agreed, but requested we pay $1300, promising to complete the job come Spring. Well, spring came and 3 texts to Anthony were left unanswered. I sent another certified letter to Pellman's office and this has been ignored. Today, my father in law, a carpenter from upstate NY, was in visiting us, and in 15 minutes he figured out we had a bad breaker. A quick visit to Lowe's and a $50 breaker fixed the issue. My Father In law builds homes for a living, so he knows lots of things, but should not be able to embarrass a certified electrician on an electrical issue. I think I am due a refund (maybe they deserve 2 or $300) for showing up at all, but not fixing the issue and then running with my money is not fair. Fortunately, my business partner's son is a lawyer, so small claims court is in the future unless I am made satisfied. Now off to other review services to spread the word.

Well, I was wrong.The owner, Danielle, does not know the laws r/t POA and legal decision-making which cost my loved one's estate thousands of dollars in attorney's fees. She also made changes to the obituary at the request of an individual who did not have the authority to make any decisions. Not only did Danielle change the obituary without my approval, she didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that she made changes. The owner was unprofessional and refused to do the right thing for my loved one who ended up spending 21 days in their care because she refused to "get involved." She had no problem taking my loved one's money. Shameful behavior from a so called "professional" who cares about the people she supposedly cares for in the end. Would never recommend this funeral home to anyone even as a last resort.

We had our power wire that connects to our house ripped out by a car smashing in to a telephone…read morepole at 8:00 am. We were heading home at 8:30 and saw several emergency and police vehicles handling the situation, but we were without power so a policeman recommend Okot. What a life saver! Okot sent someone within a few hours, Jake did the assessment and a crew came early the next morning and replaced everything, updated our VERY old service and everything was set to go. Redcat power came to connect our service and as usual, things didn't go as smoothly as it should have. One man approved what was done, the other, due to a denial to him on our part, told me the boom bucket wouldn't reach, it needed moved, even though it would have reached because once it was changed, the bucket reached approximately 8' to the connection, and "miraculously" was able to reach 12' to the pole connection. The owner of Okot was so understanding he had his crew come the following morning and move the connection, Redcat came and "was able to reach" the now 6' span, and still reach the 12' stretch to the pole. Okot did a fantastic job, I highly recommend them.
