Came in to this location to trade in our phones. This is a corporate AT&T location. Came in a Sunday afternoon. Service was quick and smooth. There were a couple customers that was being also be helped. But not sure if I just came in at the right time but service was a breeze and quick. In and out. Staff was very nice. read more

I went to buy a new phone. Brinnan talked me into taking a "free" Samsung watch that I wasn't interested in. "Why not its free". 3 weeks later when I received my bill, it became obvious the watch wasn't free as it had monthly fees and taxes along with the watch itself being only half off. I went back to the store to return the watch, I've never opened or used the watch. The associate told me I was outside the 14 day window. When I asked how would I know I needed to return it in 2 weeks if my bill with the unexpected charges wasn't going to come for 3 weeks. The associate checked with their manager in the back and came back saying there was nothing to be done. The manager didn't even come out to explain to me why. Awful. No one explained that there would extra charges on my first billing with a new device and such. i was panicking because I thought my monthly bill was going to be $200+ Finally figured out on my own what was up. No one explained the bill to me. Very, very stressful. had to make three visits and return the phone I'd purchased because the bill was going to be to high....then I figured it out. So they lost a phone sale and most likely a customer because they didn't take the time to go over things with me. Idiots. This company shut down their 3G network, and there 5G service was horrible. I couldn't upload or download anything. This happened for over a month. I complained to AT&T, but they did nothing in return. I am a cancer patient, and need a working phone In case I get sick and need to call 911. They didn't care at all, so I ported my line to T-Mobile. read more

So let my start with I am a 60 year old on SSD and my Mom is 84 years old: Watch Out! I thought they did a wonderful job until I canceled my service only 7 days into the new contract and they tried to charge me for a full month! They don't tell you this when you go there so if you are unhappy you will get charged regardless! Check this out: I went in for a new plan, brought my own (2) phones, and got a first months bill of over $280! Less than 5 days later! For two older people that brought in their own phones??? They charge you right away for a month that you haven't even used yet! Remember folks, I canceled after 7 days! That's 280 dollars for 7 days of service? Watch out for this location! You have no say! Needless to say, NO MONEY FOR YOU ATNT! The Fix: Go to xfinity like me and get a 2 phone plan unlimited for 60$ total! Went to this store on Friday morning to review my phone bill. Amanda at the store was very patient, quick and efficient in finding men significant savings. And I was out of there, in less than 10 minutes. A problem I've encountered in the past is that because there are only quite often only 2 people working, there can be quite a long wait if they are occupied and there are two people ahead of you. I've waited for more than an hour, in the past, to be helped. read more

I'd give them a lower rating if possible. I have been in there twice. Both were ridiculously bad experiences. Ordering online or by phone is better. The phones on display have zero information on.the specs, capabilities, or memory. So you have to shop online, while you are there. Why bother going in? Last time, went in with my wife to upgrade phone, because of an email offer I received. Told them this the moment I walked in. Somehow, we waited 30 minutes while 4 employees tended to one other customer. When they finally came and asked what phone we wanted, and commenced the 20 minute setup, about 5 minutes in I asked again about the offer is got by email. The guy read through the offer and said, that only applies to calling into AT&T by phone. So we waited there for 40 minutes to be told we had to call in for the deal. Came here to buy a phone for our daughter for Christmas. The woman taking the names for the waitlist was rude. Then while I was sitting waiting, a random person walked in and one of the workers told Them to Have a seat that the guy Marvin with be right them. I visited this today to get a replacement SIM card. This process takes less than 5 minutes to complete. However, for this location that is too hard of a task to complete. I waited for 35 minutes to be seen before I just walked out. There were two ppl working and one with a beard told me he'd be right there to help me and walked to the back and I never saw him again. This is the second time I've had to leave the store without receiving any kind of help by the multiple employees that work there. When you walk in, no one acknowledges your existence, until you stand there and glare at them. If this location is unable to help customers it needs to staff more workers or be shut down and replaced with a Jamba Juice. I know I can't be the only customer with an issue considering their rating across the board. read more

Darius Sullivan assisted within 10 minutes of my arrival. He was so professional and so nice. He ws so helpful and patient with me because of my lack of knowledge of phones. He was the manager Sunday and was very aware of all customers and if they were being assisted. He is a real asset to your store. I was very impressed. Great job! read more

Going to the cell phone store is always an experience I kind of dread. I always hate it because I know *almost* exactly what I want, but there's just enough uncertainty that the salesperson will try to sell me HARD on every darn add-on, upgrade, and service in the store. Fortunately, I can say that this location (or at least the associate who helped me, Carlos) is not like that. Carlos walked me through my options, respected that I was on a budget, and while he did mention some of the upgrades in passing, he also left well-enough alone once I said I wasn't interested. One small drawback -- I was getting stuff transferred to my new phone, and having my service updated remotely using WiFi, and it took FOREVER, because the WiFi in the store is way overtaxed by all the demo devices that are connected to it. So, you might spend more time there than you planned on or wanted. But, all in all, it's a good location with good staff. read more

The customer service at this location was amazing!! Our family had to change our plan and get 4 phones. The rep Justin was patient and helpful. Our situation was a complicated one and took hours, not AT and T's fault!Justin was completely professional and went above and beyond to assist us. The manager was great and kept checking to ensure that we were comfortable. I'd advise everyone to go to this store for their needs, especially if you are looking for experienced people that won't treat you like crap. I've had bad experiences at other stores it was a nice calm atmosphere as well, especially for a Saturday afternoon. read more

I honestly wish I could give this less than 1 star, I am furious at the way my family was treated at this location, my husbands phone was stolen so I called customer service to have it black listed and turned off well they ended up turning my phone off instead so I had to go to the store to get help, I was under the impression that help would be offered since it was AT&ts fault but oh no, that was not going to be the case, I was told by "Chelsie" that my husband was the account holder and I couldn't do anything, fine no problem so my husband took off work the next morning to come take care of it, this same "Chelsie" person was there and looked down her nose at us when we came in, instead of being helpful and friendly she rolled her eyes and told us we would have to call at&t customer service..but she GUESSED she could let us use the phone there, um wait...aren't you a customer support person? It seemed she had no interest in helping us because she saw no comission at the end of it so she went on to help other people. I have never felt so uncomfortable and looked down on in my whole life, it felt like I was being punished for having my car and phone stolen, hopefully she changes her nasty attitude soon, good customer service is not hard. read more

I am a business owner in this community only a few blocks away from this location and I was utterly appalled at the way I was treated here. I have been with AT&T for many years and bought a few phones from this location over the years. I am going through a divorce and needed to drop my soon-to-be ex-wife off my plan. I went into this location to ask them what I needed to do. The girl told me that if my wife stayed with At&T that I would not be charged a cancellation fee. So my wife set up her own account with At&T that week. I went back into that store a week later to have her taken off my account. A different sales person told me that I was given the wrong information by the previous rep and that my wife had to keep the same number in order to avoid the cancellation fee. I told her that that was NOT what the previous rep told me. The rep I spoke to the week before was actually there and said, "well, that's what I meant." I told her that might have been what you meant, but was NOT what you said. I asked to speak to the manager. The girl in turn ran back into the back to get to the manager first. At this point I was getting very upset. The manager came out and told me that he believed the rep would not have given me the wrong information and they were not going to do anything to help my situation. He basically called me a liar and told me to leave the store. I called corporate and told them the entire story and also told them I was leaving AT&T and setting up a new account with Verizon. Corporate called me the next day. Apologized. Took off the cancellation fee and lowered my bill for my inconvenience. I will never go back to this location and would not recommend them to anyone. read more
