    Trying to talk to customer service is impossible, yet they provide a phone number that only…read morefrustrates me since you still can't speak with anyone. After several minutes of recorded prompts, still no one to talk to. I have been dealing with trying to close my elderly mothers account and return the equipment since she moved to a nursing home. I've had several other companies I've been dealing with throughout this process, and Xfinity is by far THE WORST! I canceled the service over the phone. Either I never got the confirmation number, or I lost it, so I was unable to return via UPS. I contacted Xfinity and was told a new code would be mailed. It never was. I had no other record of the cancelation, no email, text, or surface mail. I decided I needed to return the equipment in person, but Xfinity let me to one of their location that doesn't accept equipment! I finally did get it returned to another place that was very far. Next, there was a credit of $21. Xfinity kept saying they would credit the account, WHICH NO LONGER EXISTED! After several more frustrating attempts at reaching them, I was told the check would me mailed. Finally, in the mail is an envelope from Xfinity, but no check, instead a bill for $149 for the equipment that I already returned! Back to trying to contact them. Bottom line, I feel they prey on the elderly. I think they try their patience, so they give up on their small refund. I think they send these erroneous bills in hopes seniors either mistakenly pay or give up on contacting the company so they just pay it. Shame on Xfinity!
