I've been cutting my own foam core backing for my art prints - it's tedious, and difficult without a good work space for it, not to mention too easy to make a mistake cutting by hand. The guys at the print shop fixed me up in a couple days with foam core cut to fit like a glove, and at half the cost to do it myself - I'm grinning ear to ear here

I called nearly a dozen notaries in the South Hills -- and while many of them were likely just fine, none of them answered their phone! I called Back Office Plus, got a live human on the phone who was very personable, and verified that I could get the document notarized today by 7 pm -- despite not even calling until just after 5 pm. The process was easy peasy, reasonably priced, and done with super friendly service. We were also impressed by the sheer range of services offered, so I'm sure we'll be back soon.

You will get the same attention when it's your turn. Maybe Corporate might update or get more than one of each type printer, laminator, photo-transfer machines. Maybe Corporate might train more employees to use such machines. Those who do work there know what they're doing, know it may take time and show you the first print out to see if it's pleasing to you and them. That kind of commitment is hard to find, especially in a national chain.

Instead of printing at home, you can get a QR code, save it to your Photos, and have the associate scan the QR code when you drop off the package. I did it that way with the Christmas shipping I did this year - much easier. I also bought a 15" cube box for $4. Usually I reuse boxes but I didn't have one that large. That was super convenient. It was a silk floral arrangement that needed to be contained in a box without the flowers on top being crushed, or the vase on bottom getting broken. Aaron did some serious magic....it involved gluing one box into another box, putting padding in between the two ... securing the vase to the bottom, and creating an inviolable chamber on top for the flowers to breathe in...making sure that if the box was thrown around in transit, everything would be safe. And it was. Truly amazing. They are also very nice to deal with. I really prefer going to this small, personal, thoughtful place where they take the time to problem solve, where they are sensitive to costs, and where they execute extremely well.
