I am so thankful for the professional service on more than one occasion. I needed to fax documents, which is now a pain and many hoops of fire, but the counter person was super patient and very friendly. Even talked about kids. The beep beep boop boop of the fax machine made it sound like the documents weren't going through which was giving me some anxiety as anyone knows when they are dealing with insurance companies. ARGH! I really appreciate the staff and the pricing for the faxes was very reasonable. I know I will need to fax some more, so I'm be glad to come back here and get it done. Getting the confirmation that the fax has been successful sent and received is just what I needed for the insurance company. Now they know that I know that that they got it. HA! read more

I don't ship here often, but I have always found the employees to be friendly and helpful. As stated in other reviews, there is always a line. I most recently went on a Saturday morning and there was already a line at the door when they opened. Once inside, the line moved quickly and the staff was friendly and efficient. I visited this location because I wasn't satisfied with the service I received at the Bridgeville location, which I visited first. I had a Verizon box with prepaid label that to be returned. Because of a wonky label that came from Verizon, the woman that waited on me said that I would have to get in touch with Verizon to get a new label. So I thought maybe this location would have better luck The rep also had the same issue with my package, but simply inputted the numbers on the label, and success. No problem at all. This place actually sucks dick. I get they are about to close but I walked in and needed to get something shipped out real quick and the guys there were total assholes. I get it's frustrating and I honestly felt bad for the one worker but the other guy was a complete dick. Don't go here to ship your stuff. UPS is usually good but I wouldn't trust this store with any of my packages. read more

Customer service and attitude of the owner, Cindy was horrible. I shipped a return back to Amazon from her store on January 21, 2021. UPS tracking shows never picked up at the store and Amazon shows never received back. I have a receipt from the Upper St Clair store. Cindy blamed it on UPS, then on Amazon... clearly it never made it beyond their store but she would not acknowledge that. Sadly not the way to treat customers. The Bethel store is much nicer to deal with... extra 5 minutes of driving but I would prefer to give my business to people that appreciate business and offer good service. read more

I am regular shipper in this store. my package was lost at this store and no return call. the ups say the package never moved from this store .do this people open the package after we drop them to ship ups any ideas .. . ups told me this package was lost or stolen at this store . it never moved. the owner or manager never called back . I gave my phone number to call back . I was told they have cameras but I have not received any call back be careful. Few days service was okay and no call back for lost package filed claim but package not moved from this placed .it is difficult read more

The employees are generally nice, but the owner, who also owns the Bridgeville location, has no idea about customer service. Anything that happens is not his fault, and he is just miserable to be around. I was in a different UPS store today, receiving great service, and the owner there was complaining about the owner of this location to another customer. Sadly, the customer service here is horrible. Gregory treats customers like crap. Doesn't say thank you, your welcome, please. Use this store all the time to ship packages. Never had an issue with any of the staff.

I used them to return my Verizon equipment. The woman at the store was very professional and easy to deal with. She boxed the equipment up for me, scanned each item, and gave me a detailed receipt. Verizon actually emailed me that evening letting me know that they had received the equipment. I will definitely use them again! read more

I will NEVER spend another dollar at this franchise again! I took a package to be shipped, which I calculated to cost $108 at the UPS website. I was charged the commercial rate, which was $219, and told I had no other option. I am so disappointed and again, I will never spend another dollar at this franchise. Ripoff! read more
