The worst. I pay $700+ for an unlocked "new" iPhone. Sprint can't activate it. 2 hours dealing with Apple senior support. Hopeless. Returned phone after buying another from Sprint. Root cause: the phone had been returned by previous owner and Apple didn't process it correctly. This caused the network to think it was stolen. Apple geniuses could not, or would not see the issue. Sprint gave me a new phone, that was actually new, and works. Lesson learned for life. Knowledge indeed is power. read more

This is the worst Apple store that I have been too. I made an appointment at the Apple store at Park Meadows. I had a back -to- back appointment, one for my iphone 4S and one for my MacBook Air. They did not even plug in the phone to test the connection like the normally do at other Apple Stores, they told me that I had to purchase a new phone with a contract, which I don't want since I am waiting for the 5S to come out in about three months. They did not even look at my computer, I never took it out of my bag. I told them I need it right away for my graduate school because I have projects to do, he won't fix the computer because he had 40 people before me with repairs and told me it would take 5-7 days to repair but I can't wait that long, due to my graduate studies and I told him other Apple stores will repair my current repairs for 40 minutes to a few hours, within the same day. The manager stated that the employees are not allowed to work on the repairs till after working hours; however, at other Apple stores, like the Arden Fair mall in Sacramento do repairs during their business hours. They should have people in the back working, instead they are supposed to be helping customers but they are not, they are just shooting the breeze. They do not care about customers, this store is low class and unsophisticated. I will not go here again, I hate this store. I went to complain to the manager, who was rude, unprofessional and acts like he doesn't like his job. Apple should have a class on teaching some of their employees to have manner, especially the manager; he shouldn't be a manager. They seriously should close this Apple Store down, it is a sick joke. read more

I have been a dedicated apple customer since the iPhone 4 was released, in 2010. My whole family has only apple products, from MacBooks to iPhones to iPads and apple watches. All of us love apple. But, recently, my phone started to act up and freeze a lot and when I took it to the apple store, they acted as if it was a burden for them to help. I have gone to this store a total of 3 times now in attempt to fix my iPhone 8+ that I have only had for about 6 months. First of all, my phone should not be acting like this and 2nd of all, the employees should not be acting like this either. A manager of this store by the name of Katie, basically told me that I should not come into this location and the fix to my problem is "a simple solution." Another employee told me the same thing but NO ONE was willing to assist me with that "simple solution." As someone who has spent OVER $3,000 in apple products within the last 6 months, I have got to say that I am extremely disappointed in both the performance of my phone and the lack of customer service at this store! I am not asking for a hand out, I am simply asking for my $1,000 product to operate how it is supposed to. read more

I purchased my first ever Apple product, an Iphone 6, for my girlfriend. Within the first week, the phone casing started to disintegrate. The battery seemed to be swollen inside and it always got very hot when it was charging. It was obviously a manufacturing defect. My girlfriend took it to Apple Store Park Meadows, CO, hoping to get it replaced since it was only around a month old. To our surprise, they just decided to glue a new front face back on and completely disregarded the fact or even considered that the battery might be swelling and may cause further damage or catch on fire. My girlfriend decided to take the technician's advice and accepted the "glue" service. Sure enough, a few months later, the battery swelling became worse, the phone was extremely hot while charging and started disintegrating again to the point that it bent the metal casing. The LED backlight shined through the crack. She brought the Iphone back to the same Apple Store and they told her that they may charge her extra because the case was bent from the swelling! I decided to return to the store and asked to speak to a manager hoping that he would be able to assist because the IPhone looks like it could explode at anytime. I met with a manager, he had a blond hair, I believe his name was Justin. We were there in the evening 05/11/2016. I shook his hand and explained the situation. He did not show any sign that he actually care about the issue, and kept on repeating that it will be up to the technicians, all the while, I was holding an Iphone that was leaking lights, swollen, bent, and was probably about to explode! Justin did not make any effort to acknowledge the issue or made any meaningful attempt in showing that he cared about our issue (no offer of direct help, no offer of business card, no offer of follow up). He snickered when I explained that swollen Iphone issues have been reported on the internet. He rolled his eyes when I explained that other Apple Stores were reported able to replace other Iphones with similar issue. At one point, he hovered over me and walked closer to me until we were less than an inch apart, as if he wanted to push me away. I felt intimidated and threatened! I am extremely disappointed with the level of service shown by this Apple store. I believe as customers we all have the rights to receive undamaged product and honest service that was paid with our hard-earned money. I always thought that Apple was one of the companies who would stand behind their customers and provide above and beyond customer service. In contrary, it was the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I have never ever felt threatened or intimidated at any retail stores. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I no longer have any desire to walk in to an Apple Store. Others beware! I don't think any customers should experience what I had. No wonder this Apple Store has only three stars at Google review! read more

I live 2 hours away, because my husband has been very ill we are in Denver and one blessing in this time of turmoil has been the time I'm able to spend in this store taking the hands on classes to get the full impact of the fantastic machine I have (mac book). I wish I had switched to MAC years ago ! Every experience I've had at this store has been educational, helpful, courteous, non-pushy etc. Apple has top notch products, service, and marketing and I wish them every success. Wow! We went to the Park Meadows Apple Store because it is the largest to get help with our sons iphone. It was l1 year 18 days old...it was not charging- we read that there were battery issues on this model and they were being recalled. Store Manager of Park Meadows- Joe Huckaby blamed the problem on a little lint in the port (sounds normal to me since most guys keep their phone in their pocket) he said it was out of warranty by 18 days. Apparently Apple products are made to last exactly 1 year. We called Apple Care and they told us to go to a different store to solve the problem, where they gave us a new phone! It was an awful, time wasting experience!!! Joe could have just taken care of his Apple customer to n the first place, and sent us out happy with Apple. We have purchase 20+ Apple products over the last 6... our experience with Joe made us wary of ever purchasing another Apple product. read more

Today, I went to have my MacBook Pro serviced because the CD drive was not working probably. They had 1 of their techs take a look at it. He returned from the back a short time later to say, "The internal hardware showed liquid damage!" That meant that even though I had purchased an extended warranty, I would still have to pay the full $750 for any repair work because any sign of "liquid damage" automatically makes the warranty null and void. I hadn't read the entire warranty agreement. I decided not to repair the computer's CD drive, everything else worked perfectly. I asked the manager, Jolene Whitney, if I could cancel my extended warranty and receive credit for the cost of the warranty. She explained that she couldn't do that. However, she said I still want your continued business and I want you to leave here knowing that we (APPLE) do strive to satisfy our customer's in every way possible. So what I can do is "give" you an external CD drive at no cost to take with you. That way we both "WIN" and I hope to see you back buying more of our products. Thank You Jolene Whitney! I'm a big Apple fan, and always believe that Apple has one of the best customer service, until tonight. I went to this Apple store hoping that I could have a quick replacement of my broken charging cable for my iPhone, which is still under warranty. It was late at night and the store was pretty quiet. However, the lady (named Chris?) wouldn't bother spare her 2 minutes helping out. Understanding other Genius bar techs were helping other, but she, on the other hand, was just standing there and looking pretty. She wasn't helping customers at all. She started arguing with me, which literally took 4 minutes, while it would only take 2 minutes to help me out. I've been to other Apple store that the staff would help me out with bigger urgent things like this (I walked in with a dead phone - of course there was no way (no internet or phone) to make an advanced appointment), without acting like a God. Customers would drive 30 min - 1 hour to get to the store, but they can't spare 2 minutes take care of such little things, and making customers come back another day, understanding a dead cable means a dead phone. This proves this lady (probably a lead or a manager there) wouldn't care about her customers. read more

I have been in this store many times and everytime I go in there without my husband I am treated like garbage. I am hard on cell phones and when I break one I expect to be able to walk in give them my money and get a new one...no hassles. First time I did this it was expensive full price for a new phone, but my fault i broke it no big...second time I break it I go in ask to buy a new phone and the stupid rep stands there for 20 minutes arguing with my why she won't sell me a new phone that a factory refurbished one is what I need...fine whatever then why did you charge me an arm and leg for a new one last time instead of offering me this. So I finally upgrade my phone again and last night I drop it and it shatters...I am smart I have the replacement plan...walk into the store hand them my phone...there are literally 10 employees standing there doing nothing and they tell me they can't help me because I don't have an appointment and it will be at least an hour. I have my three year old with me and I am 8 months pregnant spent the previous day in the hospital due to complications and have to be in and out that store so I can get him to a babysitter and get back to the hospital for more tests today...and they can't help me till 7pm tonight. I have no way of contacting anyone for the next 10 hours if I wind up in labor etc....EPIC FAIL APPLE. I will be replacing this phone with your oh so helpful plan and then I will never be walking through your doors again! read more

I had hands down the worst experience I've ever faced with Apple at this location. I scheduled a Genius Bar appointment to have my iPhone 4 replaced due to it having a number of problems. The first "genius" I dealt with quickly ran some tests, told me there was nothing wrong with my phone, and wiped the phone clear, losing unread text messages. I told him I had already visited apple stores before AND wiped my phone and he wouldn't hear anything about helping me out with a replacement. I then asked to see a supervisor who was just as stubborn and willing to do anything about my problem. The manager actually told me that to really ensure that I was having a real issue, I needed to not load anything on to my phone, rendering it useless. Not an option. Both the genius and his supervisor were just interested in being right, and not listening to my problem. When I asked for the supervisor's supervisor, I was given a hostile answer about needing to call back in the morning. I left with a completely unusable phone. I then called the 1-800 number, got an extremely helpful supervisor and was able to go to the Aspen Grove location to pick up my new phone. I will NEVER go back to this store. They're only helpful when they're trying to get you to buy something, and even then, customer service sometimes costs extra. Extremely disappointing experience. read more

Had a horrible experience over the past few days. Went in on Saturday to have my phone looked at for a malfunctioning button. I bought my phone 2 months ago and they told me it showed out of warranty after one-month because the phone was owned previously. Andrew informed me to update the warranty date on Apple's end he needed a hard copy of the receipt with the serial number on it. I showed him my Verizon receipt for the equipment online but it did not have a serial number on it. I even showed other identifying numbers on the Verizon site and he spoke to the Verizon agent. Not good enough. Soooo, I went to the Verizon store to get my magic ticket for Andrew. Could not make a follow appt until the following Wed. This time when I go in with my receipt, Apple tells me that my phone is Pre-owned (I know that, thanks) and pre-owned phones do not 'refresh' their one-year warranty when purchased like refurbished phones do. Fine, just someone tell me that when I initially came in instead of making me go to the Verizon store and the Apple store twice. When I saw Andrew he was VERY unapologetic when all he needed to do initially was ask me if my phone was refurbished or pre-owned and save me hours of run-around.
