I live an hour away from this store so i called and sat on hold waiting for someone to answer to let us know is they have it in stock then they said they would check and came back on after a 7 minute hold and told us they don't give inventor over the phone why not told me that so I didn't half to sit on hold and what bulls**t says there company can't give inventor over the phone they will only tell you if your in store? The worst customer service I have ever received from an apple store. I had to wait in line just to get my name on a list to talk to someone about buying an iPhone. When I did get my chance, the employee assigned to help me, Joshua, seemed irritated by my questions and like he genuinely did not want to help me. At one point, he suggested that I "Google it" (when I asked him what 16 gigs of data meant). I'm sure I was not the only person trying to buy an iPhone yesterday and I'm tiny in terms of that store's sales, but to me a $750 phone is a big purchase and I would have liked to have been treated with more respect. read more

I took my phone in this morning to get my shattered screen replaced. Because I know how busy an Apple Store can be, especially one at a large mall, I arrived 15 minutes before the store opened. I was immediately checked in as a walk-in, and right when the store opened I brought right in and they began working on my phone at the Genius Bar. The staff this morning were incredibly friendly and professional. I came back when they estimated my phone would be ready, and it was ready for me so I could get on with my day. You should be aware that despite the fact that the ENTIRE rest of the mall opens early for holiday hours, the Apple store doesn't feel the need to do so. Consistently rude and unhelpful. I have worked retail and am generally understanding, especially around the holidays, but have now left this store super angry twice in a row. I sincerely believe this store's employees at the Genius Bar are encouraged to sell new phones instead of fixing the problems. My husband's iPhone 7plus died with no explanation. We took it to this location and were told that it would never work again. They offered to sell him a new 7plus at a discounted price of 400.00. I have an older 6s that needed a new battery (a well publicized issue). I figured I would get my battery replaced and let him use that until we could afford a new phone to replace his Iphone 7. I had to call Apple first to set up the appointment. It took TWO HOURS to talk to someone on that line. I requested a new battery for my iphone 6s. I finally received some sort of update 3 weeks later. When I showed up at the store before it even opened, I had to wait in line to put my name on another wait list. I spent 30 minutes waiting to hand over my phone to replace the battery. When I was called by name, the technician told me that they would not replace my battery because the screen had water damage. On the initial call I made to request the battery, THREE WEEKS AGO, I was never asked if my phone had water damage. The technician's solution was "buy a new phone". Seriously? This is the same solution that was given to my husband a few weeks prior when he brought in his (3 months out of warranty) iphone 7plus because it just stopped working with no explanation. He took that 7plus to someone else who charged him 175.00 to FIX it. If I would have know it was going to end up like that, I would have just had someone else replace my battery 3 weeks ago and saved myself the grief. We are never buying apple products again. read more

We went in to buy my husband an iPad, and an hour later came out with his new iPad and my new iPhone. This place is packed. I think just about every Apple store I've ever been to is always packed. It's a testament to the excellent quality Apple pays to its products, its employees, and their technology. Jeff helped us in no time. It would have taken all of 10 minutes to buy the iPad, but I mentioned a deal that I'd briefly seen in my junk mail about upgrading my iPhone (the 4s). He checked on it, got me a good deal on a buyout for my old phone, and helped me choose a new case (Kate Spade, matched my handbag perfectly), and a new car charger. He then set me up with the service, and handed me over to Sean to do the upgrades. It was a long process, but they were all patient and friendly. This is one reason I am so loyal to Apple - they really care about the user experience. read more

Don't arrive late to your appointment to have your device serviced. Unlike a restaurant that gives you a 15 minute grace period, there is NO GRACE at the Park Meadows Apple Store. The person asked if I had something else I could do at the mall for 4 hours while I waited for the next available appointment. I was 10 minutes late to my scheduled appointment after spending an hour with the Apple hotline that made the appointment on my behalf. I didn't wait and won't be back to this store. On previous occasions at other Apple stores, I have waited 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment time after I arrived early or on time so I was more than surprised that I was told I had to wait. read more

Maybe I have been spoiled by customer service in other states. For instance in California, I usually get a sales rep in about 5 mins if I was buying something. Than its about 30-60 mins to get walk in service. It took roughly 20 mins to have somebody help us get the I-watch. Just seems like New York and California has there act more together than Colorado. read more

Steve Jobs must be spinning in his grave like a propeller. I just got an iPhone 6 sent to me from Verizon and I wanted a screen protector. I visited this store and the Apple-droid showed me the less expensive models and compared them to pricey version that was glass. I opted for the glass. During a visit to the local big box retailer, I discover what I had been sold was a plastic screen, albeit with some balllstic qualities. I thought it was strange, because the shield gave the screen a matte look and muted the screen appearance. When i returned to the store, the second Apple-droid spent a lot of time trying to convince me that what I got was great protection; completely disregarded the fact that I was sold something different that what I was led to believe I was buying, I was finally able to overcome the over-selling and got the item returned. The I asked a question about decommissioning my 4S and activating my 6. The A-droid was completely miscalibrated on this and, had I not intervened, would have completely wiped out all my data I had just transferred on to my 6 because she had no clue what she was doing (subsequently confirmed by another employee). Suffice it to say that no one here, other than the Genius bar staff, has no clue what they are doing. You'll be better off stumbling around in the dark on your own. read more

Made an appointment to see a Genius,got there 10 minutes early, but had to wait 10 minutes after my scheduled time to talk with the Genius.

I had a horrible experience here. The wait was way too long which would have been okay if it were not for the multiple technicians who were just standing around either talking with each other or aimlessly punching at their iPads. But not actually helping anyone. I finally got a technician to help me - and another person. So he went from me to the other person and back to me again. All while there were multiple other technicians just standing there or talking with each other. What should have taken 15 minutes took forever. And this technician was condescending. Steve Jobs might have been an ass but this guy didn't need to be. Next time I need an Apple Product I'm going to a different store. read more

I'm constantly amazed at the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the sales staff here. They offer to help, then when asked questions tend to just shrug or call someone else over who also doesn't know the answer(s). The level of knowledge doesn't seem to extend much beyond what's already available on the iPad next to the product. And they're completely uninterested in actually making a sale. Amazon had an iMac for $50 less. They were unwilling to price match (despite them doing some price matching for other stores), because of "well, the shipping costs and stuff." So a sale walked right out. The Genius Bar staff is normally much more helpful (which is the only reason this got three stars and not one) and quite good. So if all you have to do is get your stuff worked on, this location is fine. However, I'd look elsewhere if you're actually interested in buying an Apple product. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with their services. I took my charging cable which is still under manufactured warranty but they didn't replace it because they are saying wire is cracked from the top. Logan Sullivan is the name of person who asked me for receipt and when I present the receipt he didn't have any other excuse so he said wire is cracked from the top. He can't replace. I come here any time I have an issue with my iPhone and never feel pressured for a purchase. People are honest and want you to have the phone that suits your needs. Alright. Not the best Apple Store I've frequented. Small space for such a popular store. They do not have enough employees to meet demand and there just isn't enough space for customers to look at what they want/need. This is mostly true in the accessory area. The accessories are quite limited for older editions of models even as recent as the iPhone 5s. In addition, so many of the accessories are placed very high where you cannot reach them or learn about them. Proceeding to buy something may take a long time because employees are always running around helping as many people as they can before they even notice that you are trying to buy something. read more

I came in to the store to fix a cracked screen which can only be done at Apple unless you want to void your warranty and risk them over charging you for a fix in the future. The "genius" took my information and said their next available appointment was 50 minutes from now. Not ideal, but I can kill some time at the mall. About an hour later, I receive a text that my appointment has been moved back to a later time window. This happened 3 more times before they actually started the process of helping me. By now, I've been at the mall for 3 hours, 1 of which was spent entirely at the store because I had to charge my phone so I didn't miss their texts rescheduling me. Meanwhile there is at least 12 employees wandering around and not one of them asked if I needed help. One of the techs finally began to help me, first I needed to back up my iPhone he said. I had heard him telling someone else this before me so tried to start the process myself but the phone wouldn't let me. In the middle of helping me with this, he had to go find another technician and completely forget about me until I asked him what to do next. I'm then relocated to a laptop where I'm waiting for my phone to backup so they can replace the screen without deleting my data. Another technician begins my work order and finally 30 minutes later he takes the phone to the back. He's back within 5 minutes to tell me that after waiting for 4 hours and being pushed back and back on the waiting list, they don't have time before closing to replace it. I can either leave my phone or drop it off first thing in the morning. Well sorry, buddy, but I have a real job that requires I be there before 10am. I have never had such terrible customer service. If they had told me before we even started the work order or before they even took my information, that they wouldn't be able to replace my screen tonight, I would have gone elsewhere and saved myself the immense frustration resulting in a potentially dangerous still cracked screen. read more

I was concerned with this location after reading previous reviews as it relates to customer service, but decided to visit the location anyway as it opened at 8am and is close to my work. The home button on my iPhone 5 was no longer working. I set the appointment for 8am using Apple Store, and the representative had my phone fixed with me walking out the door by 8:30. The service I experienced was fast, very friendly, and extremely competent. He even gave me some tips of things to do so that if my device ever needs to be replaced, they can do it on the spot versus me coming back after backing up my phone. My boyfriend went into the Apple store after T Mobile looked at his phone and saw that it was not a network error and suggested we go into Apple. We went in and the employees were condescending, unhelpful , and completely unaware. They seemed too lazy to help us and mid conversation walked away from us to get a manager no warning completely blowing us off. The manager was then saying better luck next time even when we explained he had a 13 hour drive tomorrow morning by himself and he needed his phone for the drive. They sent us over to make an appointment after knowing he leaves tomorrow and we saw that there was only an appointment Thursday. When we told them they said yes we know. Wasting our time and sending us on a wild goose chase. They answered none of our questions, gave us no suggestions, and sent us on our way without any guidance. This was the worst customer service I have ever had especially with a high end brand like Apple. Secondly there was no sense of apology and no help. Brent or Bret was terrible. Worst experience and worst employees. They will never get my service again and Apple has heard from me since. The Apple care service was very helpful and got us taken care of. read more

I expect the Apple Store to be crowded on weekends. I didn't expect a crowd at 10am on a Monday morning when I went in for a Genius Bar appointment with my iPhone 4, which had some issues. After checking in, I hung around and surfed on an available computer until they called me. The guy who helped me was fast and efficient, and when it turned out my phone's issue was hardware-related, they gave me a new phone on the spot. Turned out I was overheating due to a dusty airintake and a tired power cord. They fixed me right up and even threw in a new cord....for no charge! I spilled liquid on my MacBook. (No -- not intentional. Never intentional.) However, when I accidentally did this to my home PC laptop, I was able to fix it myself by turning it off, drying it off and removing battery. I turned of the MacBook, but unable to access battery. Keyboard did not work and I could not enter my password so I could access the hard drive. I took it to this Apple Store after my job. Waited over an hour to talk to a "genius". In meantime, I head other "geniuses" telling people how their iPods etc. would have to be returned to the factory to be fixed. And in surfing the internet while waiting, I found out my warrantly was probably now invalidated. Finally got to see a "genius." He tells me he can take my MacBook and give me a free fix that normally cost $800. I would lose the MacBook for at least 5 days. But my warranty is invalidated. He was pushy. Annoying. And not ready to think outside the box so I could get past my login issues. I took MacBook home, attached an external keyboard and was finally able to enter my password. I was able to back-up my data with a flash drive. I would have been so much happier with the service had the "genius" come up with quick solutions like what I did instead of telling me how he was offering me this great deal. I think Apple Store "geniuses" are company shills. If you spill liquid on your MacBook and can't login, try an external keyboard before taking it to the Apple Store where your warranty will be invalidated. And get a PC where you can easily remove the battery and let the system dry out. read more

We are very unhappy with our visit to this Apple location, and we will never shop here again. My grandfather ordered my laptop for me because I'm starting school soon, and we decided to go with the student deal they had going on (buy a MacBook get free AirPods) We decided to have the items delivered to this location because we thought it would be safer than having it delivered to the house, and I work at park meadows so I could just pick it up after work. But it was not that easy, I couldn't pick up the items because they were bought under his Apple ID. Even though the order was in my name, the AirPods had my name engraved in the front, I had the order number, and email, they would not let me pick them up. I was told 3 different things by 3 different employees, the first one said I could add myself onto the order through setting, the second said I could add myself through the order, and the third said my grandfather could call to add me. We tried all three things, and he spent well over an hour being transferred, put on hold, and told that they weren't sure what the people at the store were talking about. I went back to the store, this being my forth time there, and asked to speak to a manager. Her name was Lindsey I believe, and she was very rude, condescending, and unhelpful. She made snide comments, and offered no solutions to our problem. Our last option is to go into the store for him to pick it up, which is very inconvenient for him. He is 70 years old, and it isn't easy for him to just walk through the mall. Long story short we will never shop at this Apple again. read more
