Because I was trying to keep to a budget, I wanted to select one color that worked in every room regardless of the different lighting. Florence arrived early, with large samples and knew exactly what I would like based on the inspiration pictures on my phone. I also happened to have a painter at the apartment at the same time who was pricing out the job and she briefed him on everything I needed so that I wouldn't have to. Not only that, but she made sure that I was getting a fair price for the labor and paint, which was not something she had to do.
