We have been working with Kristie Still on the interior design of our house for a couple of years. She always has samples laid out for us before we arrive with great ideas. She helps us pick out everything from Cabinet style & color to manufactured hardwood to tile & stone in the bathrooms. A rating of 2 might be generous. First of all the center itself has no examples of the application of tile on a floor or a shower enclosure. So we found what we wanted elsewhere and had to be ordered by Cascade Design Center. We provided Kristie Still exact pictures of the installed tile that was designed to be installed without seams yet it was nonetheless applied with wide grout seams completely distorting the end result we expected. We will have to remove the tile and start over! And never an apology regarding the result or any interest in correcting this enormous mistake. Had the tile been installed by a tile setter with an eye this never would have happened. He was more or less turned loose by Kristie without apparent direction. Beyond the separation of tile that was supposed to be confluent, the rest of tile was applied with inaccurate cuts, no bull nosing and in general a very sub par result. One excuse used by the installer was that some of the tile was broken so he did the best he could! It's our opinion that the Cascade Design center should stick to selling furniture and vacate any further sales of tile as that seems an afterthought in their business acumen. And Kristie should re evaluate her high opinion of herself. Consider Home Depot as an alternative as the result will be better and the customer service much better. And if you do choose Cascade Design Center avoid Kristie Still as your blood pressure will remain in a much more healthy range. Our $2M dollar home has track home tile work. I'm remodeling a shower so relatively not that much tile. I'm pretty bad at finding the right colors. It was even more difficult with the showroom 700k temperature lighting which is atrocious. Fortunately finding the right tile was a pleasure working with Leah. With her knowledge of the brands they carry, experience and judgement (and patience working with me) was remarkable. I rarely write reviews with the last one being 2 years ago. It inspired me to write this review as I was also very surprised to see the poor reviews. Beware of Leah, she gave us a quote in writing then went back and raised the price when we had decided to go with them. Glad we bailed, if that's the way they do business. Bad at returning phone calls, emails,etc. Look at Summers instead. read more

We used cascade design center for the interior decoration of our new home. We specifically worked with Leah. I felt she did a wonderful job and was very easy to work with. We were a bit indecisive and made several changes. She was very accommodating non-judge mental and was willing to work with us. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. Just don't judge a book by its cover people are way too fast to do that. I would highly suggest using cascade design center as they have incredible experience and do a wonderful job and get you to the right contractor Who will do superb work. read more

We are again fortunate to be working with Cascade design after flood damage. They have been wonderful to work with and my bathroom, kitchen counters and backsplash that Ronda helped me select look amazing. With shipping challenges beyond their control, we have received regular updates on delayed flooring. Paul has stopped by several times to check in and look at work quality. Great inventory and showroom but they can help you with custom orders to fit your budget and style. Fantastic customer service (I worked with Rebecca)! This gem is a little hidden but so easy to get to - right off Hwy 20 and lots of parking. They have so many ideas, it was a bit overwhelming. Rebecca helped my organize my thoughts and then we tackled each need separately. They're all designers so they can help with you project no matter how big or small. They also have a full contract crew of subs to help get your pieces properly installed. One stop shop! read more
