The tech said he needed to work on my Face ID and charged me an extra fee for that, so I agreed. When I went back to pick it up he had removed extra components claiming he wanted to look into them over night. The phone wouldn't stay on longer than 3 minutes so I went back and they agreed to fix it. Over the course of 3 days I went in several times as they kept making the phone worse!! In the end they completely ruined my phone and blamed it on me. The tech and owner are so rude and cocky, I was shocked at their lack of professionalism. I should have listened to the other reviews who have also had their phones broken here. DO NOT GO HERE. They destroyed my phone, did not offer a refund, and now I've had to buy a new phone.

We found Computerzone USA on YELP and called and was told by the owner Sultan Shariff to come in anytime for a hard drive replacement - for which he quoted a price. Upon pick up we noticed several files missing and most other files, pictures, and on-screen icons all jumbled - nor could we open our voluminous MS Outlook. Yikes - so much stress! Best I could tell, he tried to install some upgraded software that caused that problem. He quickly volunteered to fix it upon returning the computer next day and to mirror the EXACT INSTALLATION we had previously.
